I own a small landscaping and lawn care company and I have been coming to this location for a few years now. They are consistently great! If I have equipment go down they are quick to get me back up and running and Josh in parts is always taking care of us!

I just recently had a riding mower given to me. But the mower needed a belt and didn’t run because of fuel issues. A nice man by the name of Josh assisted in finding me the right parts I needed for my mower even though it wasn’t a John Deere. The knowledge this individual possesses is as equal as his customer to assistant etiquette. I was very grateful for his assistance and happy I get to go home and mow my lawn without any issues!!!

I bought an old (1996) Gator knowing I can get any parts I need at SunSouth Mobile. Today I needed my first part and they came through. The parts guy that helped me knew details about my old Gator and shared a lot of insightabout the machines, as well as providing the part that fit perfectly. Since buying parts for my 2007 JD Lawn Tractor there and now my new baby, the old Gator, I feel very privileged to have them close.

When it was my turn he greeted me with an introduction. I explained my situation as he listened intently to my story. Call them and asked if they worked on Case, Tafe and farmtrac and they could careless to get my business until winter! Last I checked money is green doesnt mater what color a tractor is.Even if youre looking for a JD with their poor attitude Ethan has I would steer clear and go elsewhere.Plenty of other JD dealers nationwide that care about any and all customers

They are really nice and it is 20 minutes from my house and they are really helpful and they sell John Deere novelty items they also sell John Deere everyone knows this and sells StihlAnd Honda power equipment and Kuhn implement

I voted 5 although I dont own the right brand. SunSouth got good reviews and am sure they deserve them, so perhaps this will get attention. Sun South works exclusively on John Deere mowers, so dont bother them if you have a Toro. I am disappointed with that and I dont understand allowing possessiveness by one manufacturer. This aint a Ferrari or a Beechcraft-its a lawnmower. I am weary and wary of going down to Tillmans where the hardware store feeds you attitude, promises free rides in police cars as a presumed shoplifter, and then take 3 months to fix your daggum mower.
