Bought new refrigerator from sears 4yrs ago. Have had to call for 2 years out and it quit again 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for them to come fix it. Clearly customers are not important to sears anymore. No wonder they are going belly up. They have forgotten who actualy pays thier bills. Not the shareholders....the customer. No customer no business.

Jolette Fischtziur. I just had repair for a small part from my water hose to the connection for the ice maker in my fridge. It to the repair person about 20 minutes to connect it. It cost $489.+ . This is awful. The repair person was kind,polite and professional, but if there is another company available I will use them. Due to this lock down I could not find another company available. The cost was to high. I tried to speak to someone at the repair center and the women was unwilling to listen to me and hung up. I was not rude.

This has nothing to do with the repair man. He was polite and very professional. However, I was appalled having to pay $131.50 for a service that did not require a part. Over the years I have spent so much money on appliances with Sears because I believed in Sears. I am giving it up, I will only buy cheap foreign things at least I dont feel taking advantage when the darn thing brakes down. Ill just get another one. This is were you could have increased business by showing you trust your products and if repairs are required after warranty the costs are reasonable. A $131.50 without parts, in my opinion, is unreasonable. Good luck for the future, without me!

My oven liner expanded which meant that the racks fell through easily making it unsafe. I have an extended protection agreement which meant that there were no out of pocket expenses for the parts or labor. It took 3 visits for the repair to be completed and now the racks are secure. The replacement parts have been close to $1000 since Ive had the range. I would have preferred a credit for a replacement range but oh well. The technicians that have come have been fine.Also for my French door refrigerator it has saved me money having the yearly protection agreement.

Horrible!!! The first technician showed-up to repair my GAS range with no manometer (device to measure gas pressure), then tried to guess at the problem being related to the electronic ignition system. Then, the second technician shows-up a week later with the manometer but with no adapters to check the gas line or the regulator pressure so just guesses its probably the regulator. But, the regulator he orders and delivered to my house is clearly the wrong part so I have to spend hours with their non-native English speaking customer service representatives to cancel the next service call and get a UPS pickup order to return the part.Now SEARS is fighting my credit card dispute for all the charges including the wrong part that was returned over a week ago. No wonder the company is having so much financial difficulty.I WILL NEVER USE SEARS EVER AGAIN!

Sears has the worst customer service. It is not a surprise they are shutting down stores in Mobile and other areas. My refrigerator quit working before Thanksgiving and now it is the middle of February and all I can get is the run around on why they cannot fix it. I purchased a $60 warranty, but what good is a warranty if it takes 2 weeks minimum and sometimes up to four weeks to get a service man to come look at the problem. Each time the repair man comes, he needs to order another part, and it takes another 2-4 weeks for him to come back. This has gone on for 3 months. I will highly recommend anyone looking to purchase new appliances to stay away from Sears. There are some things I can live without, but a refrigerator is not one of them, especially throughout the holiday season.

I had two services scheduled, Dishwasher and Washer and Dryer. The first cancelled a week early and was rescheduled (dishwasher). The second after waiting 4 hours, as a no show called on the 5th hour to say they were running late and could they still come (washer & dryer), needless to say the answer was no. The service provided for the dishwasher was great but the cancels and no shows are unacceptable. Im not sure if the washer & dryer have been rescheduled, my wife is handling it.

My service was done by repair contract with sears. At the time of repair approximately 2 weeks ago a part was replaced for the 3rd time that controls the starting up--running on. NOW AS OF LAST NIGHT DISHWASHER WILL NOT START AGAIN--THE 4TH TIME. IT HAS BLINKING LIGHTS AND THAT IS ALL. I AM DISGUSTED!!!!
