Repaired my daughters bracelet... Had to remove one of the settings to repair it and didnt charge any extra for it. Cleaned my 50 year old diamond ring to a shine. Great work by a great guy.

James is a true talent and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He took a pair of very sentimental earrings that were were given to my mom by my grandparents more than 40 years ago and restored them to look like new. The nacre, or shine (which cannot be replaced), had worn off of the original pearl, and James looked high and low for just the right pearl to replace them. They are absolutely beautiful now and still have the same sentimental value. Hi! He is the greatest! Very knowledgeable and such a gentleman. Hes done a lot for me watch batteries w/care on some. I have 15.🙄 LolI have a solid silver cross thats about 2x1.5 in cross that I dearly love. It has large teardrop Garnets on each end 1 round one in the middle with diamonds& pears Around it. Well I lost 1 of the Garnets & was sick. Thinking noOne could match it where it looked like it did when I got it. But JT did!He found the stone and fixed it.It just looked amazing!!!!Only JT could have priced it and found the stone like he did. Everything he has is state of the art. Ill never go any where else!

I knocked out one of the diamonds in my pave set diamond ring. Another jewelry repair said it could not be repaired without resetting all the diamonds and this would be quite costly. Then I discovered JT and he was able to repair that one diamond securely and did an excellent job at a small fraction of the cost. Also had two very nice pieces of jewelry in yellow gold that I wanted changed to white gold. JT rhodium plated them and they came out beautiful!!! JTs customer service is great! Hes the only one I will go to now.
