They were very professional and did a wonderful job!

This company is a waste!The upper management is rude to the facility managers they talk to them like a dog. They dont allow enough in the budgets for managers to even take care of the supplies they need to make the facility run like it needs to. You ask the district and regional managers questions and they flat out lie to facility managers to make themselves look good! They expect the managers to make their staff work nonstop with no overtime and without breaks. Its the biggest joke of a company Ive ever seen. Take my advice and run! And never hire them to take care of your place.

Felder took over shredding services from a previous supplier and has done a fantastic job! Riley worked with us to maintain our established schedule, recommended alterations to our service that continue to save us money, and suggested additional value added services that have proven valuable. Over worked yet very under paid. Felder does NOT give raises. I work with a man who has been with Felder services for 5 yrs and he still gets the same pay. Minimum wage. Some of us are parents. We have families, children, bills to pay, rent, electricity, water, gas, phone bills, internet, car insurance, gas, etc....but dont get paid enough to pay them all. This company does not do anything for its employees. Nothing.

Riley Copeland and Felder Services are fantastic! This company maintains the landscape at my Foley facility and does a great job. This is a reputable company that offers great services and is quick to help out with community events and charities. I highly recommend using them for any of the services they offer. They do a great job on shredding too.

They are the people who do nothing about bullying in the workplace environment. All they kept wanting done was all the negative reviews to be taken down because their employer was getting a lot of negative feedback.

This company DONOT take complaints about their head leader serious or even follow up on them .

I think these guys do it ALL and they are GREAT at ALL the services they offer- from janitorial, shredding, lawn maintenance, housekeeping, laundry to food service they strive to be a one stop shop. Riley Copeland is a tremendous person that has a special gift for listening to the client, determining the need and finding a solution to best fits that need.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to clean my dog house. The employees are lazy and will take everything that’s not locked down. My company has had problems with them eating our leftover lunch and not doing their paid duties such as changing trash liner, sweeping etc...once we had a dirty paper napkin under the table in the break room for 3 weeks. I wish I could give the less than 1 star!

Riley is the go-to guy for janitorial, shredding, cleanup, and disposal services. They did a great job on a last minute strip/wax on some VCT floors at our office prior to move-in. Highly Reccommend

Feeding residents grits and oatmeal that rats ate out of is so nasty. The manager is so 👎. We never have everything we need to cook. When employees how to use there EBT or money to go buy food we need. Thats bad service.

These ppl dont care about their employees

They do security where I work. 5 cars were broken into in 2 weeks. People are afraid to come to work now because they cant afford to keep replacing their car windows.
