My experience with Spherion has been A+ from start to finish. They have been accommodating in every aspect and have made my career transition as smooth as possible . Their staff are very professional and motivated to help, which is something you don’t find every day. Highly recommend this Agency!

Just be warned, if you give them your email address and later ask for it to be removed, THEY WILL NOT REMOVE IT. I was told to mark them as spam. Not acceptable. In todays digital world, if a customer asks for your email address to be removed, it should be promptly honored. I have requested numerous times to get my email removed from this company, and they keep sending me job posts.

Cheryl Williams was great today when she contacted me about an opportunity. She and I reviewed the position and how my experience met the requirements. She made several helpful suggestions which better explained my experience and that I appreciated. She then explained the process and what to expect next. I was extremely impressed with her and her helpfulness.

I usually only compliment services while within the establishment or via word of mouth to friends and family but I had to give this online review a try. Unfortunately too often the customer experience is bittersweet and too many times simply bitter. Employees lacking basic interaction skills and connection to their customers. The experience is a smooth transaction. Professional atmosphere all around. I have to THANK Aulaydra for being a rare find! A true gem. She was professional, respectful, helpful and above else APPROACHABLE AND PERSONABLE! A bright young woman who had a textbook style making me feel cared for and appreciated as a customer. Ive had more bitter than sweet experiences and that young woman is simply top tier.

Ive had a couple experiences with Spherion over the past couple of years. To be honest, I used to be self conscious about the stigma attached to finding work through a service rather than off my own merit. Spherion has eased those insecurities with service that has exuded both patience and care. Where as I was concerned about being viewed as just another person looking for work, I was treated as a priority instead of a burden. I can tell that there was a special consideration for my past work experience, my career trajectory and my overall person. I definitely recommend Spherion and its services to anybody looking for direction in the job market.
