WARNINGjust be aware if they send you to john fayard that the pay is 50 dollars a day. they will break it down in different ways to confuse you and will not give a straight answer but they expect you to load up thirty pallets a day for 50 dollars. they will tell you there is an incentive, there isnt. they will tell you that you can be done by lunch time and that you will be paid for 8 hours, you wont be done by lunch, thats just how they trick you into not taking a lunch and working even harder for minimal wage. its 7 dollars an hour or 50 dollars for thirty pallets, dont let them mislead you. the company john fayard knows it cant keep up with the turnover rate because no one would agree to such a deal, so they hire different staffing agencies to funnel in people who are confused about what they are being paid. if somehow you think working all day in a hot warehouse for less than they pay at wendys is a good deal then you will love it!!thank you and god bless

Let me tell you Snelling will give you a run around for months. Beth will have you thinking that youre set up for a great future. However, you will never get anything! If you call Beth she never answers. She rarely returns phone calls. You have to just about stalk her to get answers. Their clientele has completely changed from what it used to be!!!!!!!

I have been working alongside a recruiter named Beth at Snelling. Shes been very open to giving me great feedback on the re-development of my resume. Ive been treated with respect during the process. Regardless if I am able to find a placement in my field, the experience Ive had here with them has been great. But, still hoping!

A waste of your time. You’re better off applying for jobs directly from your personal computer & not through these guys. Finally a month later I received feedback on a job I recently interviewed for and they told me the position was filled. That’s fine, but don’t leave me in suspense for a whole month. I emailed & tried following up numerous of times and no response.

We use several employment agencies to handle temporary needs for our factory in Mobile, but have found Snelling Staffing of Mobile to be the best, particularly with temp-to-perm positions. They do an excellent job of screening, are quick to respond to additional or immediate needs, and handle occasional but inevitable problems quickly and discreetly. They get over 80% of our business for a reason: they earn it! Highly recommended.

I went in with the expections that I would be put in the top priority of job opportunities given my skills and was completely kicked to the curb. I followed up with Beth only to be ignored and she hasnt followed up with me once and its been almost 2 months.She had my word that she was not like other agencies that Ive dealt with that just put your name in a bucket and youre just hoping you get picked. I would not recommend their services because they do not follow through and when you try to contact them they check you and tell you theyll call if they see something which is all the time ..what they really mean is when you are a priority.

I had a interview with Beth Robinson who seemed very nice and helpful. I was told she would call me back. I have called and emailed with nothing in return a month later.

Recruiters arent knowledgeable about employers as they access your skills without verifying with employer on education requirements. Wasted 12 hours on assessments without even having at an interview.

I would like to know what 2 jobs i turned down i was only offered one when after i got injured before workers comp started and i had no transportation there you guys tried to make it look as if i didnt want to work i have operated a tractor trailer over the road for over 12 years and before that i operated a forklift and worked in warehousing and production and i also worked in law enforcement so as far as your statement i turned down 2 jobs no it was only one due to no transportation at the moment and im going through back surgeries now so o never been lazy
