Great Employees are a RARE find. After months of looking on my own to find and hire a qualified, personable, and experienced person, one call and I had two potential applicants sent to me. The first guy - never turned up, BUTthat turned out to be a huge win for me. I could not be happier ! They immediately sent another applicant, he was and is a Rare Find! He has worked through his entire contract and will be staying! Amber, Gina and Everyone I have worked with at this office has been amazing! My only disappointment ? No duplicating machine to make another just like him!This is not my first positive experience with Express Employment Professionals, and will not be my last.

I have been working for them since January I think. They found the perfect place to assign me to. It only took a day or so and they had already found a place for me to work. Express Employment is really great and really pay attention and listen to what kind of employment their applicants are interested in. I really love where I am at and the people. I dont want to ever leave!

Express used to be a great company to get employment through. Now with the women they have working in the office it is terrible. They have shorted checks not issued out payroll and now we’re fighting about how many hours we earned in our assignment. Amber ended the assignment on Thursday and did it through a text message. And now she is arguing that she ended it on a Wednesday when the proof is in the text messages. They don’t take it into consideration that people have bills to pay and kids to feed especially with covid going on. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to someone who is seriously looking for placement on jobs. Worst customer service ever.

Kayla, is an amazing Agent who is very helpful and will get whatever you need taken care of right away! No hassles. I definitely recommend going through them if you are in need of a job! I have recommended several friends to go through Express! I was in an industry that I did not enjoy but thought was going to be my lifelong career. I went to Express, not knowing at all what I was going in for, and they did an interview with me. What could an interview hurt anyway? I had taken the tests I was asked and a company was recommended to me. Within a week I was working for my true lifelong career opportunity. I know God sent me to Express. I would have not found my true dream calling had he not done so 5 years ago! I will continue to recommend them and their team.

Let me try to paint a picture for you.. Moving to Mobile, AL from another state was a huge transition in itself for me, let alone to be on the ground hitting the pavement in the search to find a career that fit my skill set and work background. For someone who was very unfamiliar with the area this was proving to be a tedious task, almost discouraging. Express Pros actually reached out to me, which was a sigh of relief after several attempts with searching on my own. After answering their questions and taking an assessment test they were able to place me with an amazing company! They seem to have this knack with finding a great compatibility in both employers and future employees. I just recently celebrated my 2-year Work Anniversary! :) Thank you for all you Guys do!

I never had any problems with the Baldwin county office. But the Mobile office is another story. At the Mobile office I was told I was getting paid one thing and and they have me less when I got my check and this has happened more than once. They also dont prepare you for your job properly. I am on a job now that has us digging around dirt and sewage now I have broken out in rashes and boils. So I called to tell them and they act like they didnt care. I am not the only one out there it happen too. I ask for another assignment but like the last time they make you into the bad guy. Maybe I need to go back to the Baldwin county office cause a I want to do is work and be treated like I am a human.

I dont think Ive ever been treated as rudely as I was at Express Employment. Dropped off my resume and took all their requisite test plus drug test. Was told everything is great, we will call you. Never heard from them again. They advertised several jobs that were perfect for me, I emailed (several times) called, called, called. No one ever showed me the courtesy of calling me back or even answering one of my emails. Wasted my time even going there, so dont waste your time. They dont deserve good, hardworking potential employees who are seriously looking for work. Most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with.

They handle all my needs from office work to labor. They even provide class A drivers. Very professional staff and they utilize email as a way to communicate if you would rather go that route which for me works the best. Rates are very competitive.

I found out about this company on Criagslist. Within two day of applying I had an interview with Express Employment Professionals . Amber Krisell was very nice and respectful to me. She and Angela kept me posted on what employer was available and what they thought about my resume. The thing I like about this company is they are more interested in not finding you a job that you are not interested in. In other words they want you to have a job that you could enjoy or a job where you wont have any problems with. They set me up with two interviews within a two weeks of applying; now I have a job that Im interested in and landed the job in a fast pace. So thank you Express. Question? So text messages for job openings are sent to ppl seeking a job before you even check to see if they qualify for the position?I been seeking employment for a while and I was excited once I received the text. As I replyed numerous of times saying I was interested, I never received a reply back. So then I proceeded to call the office and was told I would be called back and that they are trying to fill positions with that employer. Still havent received a call back. Now this review isnt to talk negative about Express because my experience was amazing but I would love to give a suggestion. Do not send text for an opening if the individual isnt qualified for a position. Thats like sending out false hope!!!
