Kelsey was very pleasant and helpful, but I was terrified to go in because upon walking in I see a dog kennel with the door open and was most uncomfortable. Im not sure why businesses are now ok with animals in the office. NOT everyone loves animals and due to allergies and just the fact animals DONT belong at a business unless its a place for animals

I spoke with Brian once to sign papers about vehicle insurance. Never heard back about my house insurance renegotiation. His assistants are usually great, but they change often. Had a problem, not resolved in fast time. Hes moved downtown, so out of my area for convenience. Was changing anyway because He didnt take interest. But its typical.
