They never answered a single phone message. I went by there and found this business gone.

I spoke to Steve today about my 15 yr old dryer. He went over the cost of the service call and explained how labor and parts would affect the price. He discussed the problems with my dryer and at his expense agreed that a new dryer was a better choice for me. He also warned against selling or giving away a dryer with a gas leak. I will definitely call Steve for any other repairs I might need on my other appliances. It is so refreshing to find a technician with integrity and honesty.

Steve is always so accommodating and reliable. I love that when you call Coast Appliance repair, a person answers (usually Steve himself) and makes sure he gets to you promptly. They are thorough and precise as well! We use them for all our appliance repair needs! Cannot recommend them enough!

They were ok.

Steve was the second tech I called to repair my Whirlpool dishwasher. He’ll be the first from now on. He is in every way a professional and quickly diagnosed the problem correctly; which the first tech from another business failed to do. He laid out my options in a straight forward manner, including what to do if I wanted to complete the repair myself since it was relatively simple, but due to parts would require him to come back in a week.Now I’m back to clean sinks and Steve is in my contacts list for anything that breaks in the future. You won’t find better service in The Mobile area.Thank you Steve.

I called Coast Appliance Repair after our fridge stopped working. They showed up during the arranged time, and figured out the issue fast. I will defiantly use them again in the future.
