Two people came by and were super clean (didnt track dirt in or have oily hands to get on the walls) and even vacuumed up their debris from cleaning. They answered questions about the job as Im always curious about particulars in other jobs and they were knowledgeable and friendly. Great service.

I was very happy with this service! Brad was on time very professional. I appreciated that he was so honest, he could’ve charged an extra 32.00 due to the roof access of my dryer vent but instead cleaned the vent and performed a test to see if it was clear before having to go on the roof. I would definitely recommend this service and it is great to have peace of mind that the dryer vent is clean and is not a fire hazard. Brad was very professional, knowledgeable, and clear with his assessment of our dryer ventilation system. He explained several options, and the pros and cons of each. His work is based on city codes, so you dont have to worry about cutting corners or shoddy work. Although the prices of each option varied, he made suggestions that would be in our best interest, and not what would be best for his pockets. Brad was thorough and efficient. He installed an airjack vent duct roof cap for me to replace my old one. He explained the benefits of the cap and showed me the manometer reading at the end. I did not know this business existed until I met the owner at lunch one day recently and asked him about his Company and what services they provided. Once I found out that he worked on ductwork for downdraft stovetops and dryers I told him I had two jobs for him on Dauphin Island repairing the same. Brad performed the work himself and could not have been anymore professional or knowledgeable. He had exactly what he needed to move my dryer vent so that my new dryer would go all the way back to the wall and he also removed an enormous bird nest from our downdraft vent and had it working perfectly all for what I thought was a very fair price. For anyone that has dryer vent issues or other duct work issues I would highly recommend Brads Company. In addition, I mentioned to Brad that he should install the dryer vents in new homes so that he could match the vent location to the home owners dryer like he did on ours. He was able to install a new dryer vent on he wall behind my dryer so that we no longer need an aggravating bunched up duct hose stuffed behind the dryer by installing the new duct coming out of the wall precisely so that when we push the dryer almost to the wall that it lines up perfectly with the duct on the back of our dryer. The cleaning made a big difference on the drying time. My drying time was pretty much cut in half. My house and my dry are both 20 years old. I was thinking of replacing the dryer so this will save money. The vent price was not bad but the extras were a bit pricey.

I called Lint Lizards because my dryer was taking a long time to complete cycles after we moved into a new to us house. As a precaution we decided to have our dryer vent cleaned because we didnt know how well the house had been taken care of and the laundry room is located in the center of the house rather than an external wall. It did not take Brad very long to discover the problem. A massive clog about 2 ft into the pipe which stopped his cleaning equipment dead in its tracks. After pulling the clog out you could see that it was already starting to burn. We likely just saved this house from burning to the ground because of a clogged dryer vent! I recommend anyone that buys or rents a preowned home to have this service done immediately. Lint Lizard did an amazing job cleaning the dryer and roof vent. The drying efficiency and quality has tremendously increased.

The technician arrived promptly, was professional and courteous. He explained the process before he started, then got to work. When he finished cleaning the duct there was a noticeable increase in airflow. He measures the airflow before and after the cleaning. The amount of time it takes to dry a load of clothes has significantly decreased.

We called Brad with Lint Lizards because our dryer was taking two and sometimes three cycles to dry our clothes. Plus the laundry room was so humid when the dryer was running.
