Unprofessional, and unethical van rental company. I called several time nobody pick my phone call and I visited their office but office was closed (Wednesday @11:20 am to 11:35am and 3pm to 3.10pm).

First and foremost, excellent service from Vinod - really felt as if I was speaking to a family member, he was there every step of the way to make sure all of our questions were answered and the process was smooth for us. We rented the 15 passenger Mercedes Benz Sprinter to go for a day trip to Austin- from start to finish, everything was amazing and very easy to book and pickup. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for Sprinter van rentals in greater Houston area. My family and I had a blast and look forward to being in touch with Vinod and Texan Auto Rental for our travel needs in the future!

Stay away. I reserved online, called to confirm, then, on rental day, nobody was at the office. I called and woke a guy up. He said that he didn’t know when someone would arrive, then hung up. I left messages, but never heard from them. Four nice vans sat in their lot!

The experience went above and beyond my expectations. I reviewed several different companies and Texan Auto Rental surpassed every other company in the area of customer service and price. Every time I called they answered as well as after hours. We spent approximately $2,000 for a 15 passenger sprinter van that had Bluetooth, WiFi, surround sound, flat screen tv (Netflix, Prime Video, etc), DVD, and gaming devices could be added. Great price for what we rented.We drove from Houston to Florida for vacation and were gone for 5 perfect days. Texan Auto Rental drove the vehicle to my residence and picked it up when I was done. The Mercedes sprinter van was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for the entire family (14 family members travelled in the van) and made traveling extremely comfortable. Also I filled the tank up once each way so it had incredible gas mileage.Call Texan Auto Rental!!!
