I went to get a full set done on Tuesday, by SATURDAY 3 nails were lifting like cheap press ons. I have never had nails this terrible no matter where I’ve went. Not even a week in and they are lifting so what will all of them look like in a week? TERRIBLE.They are not even shaped correctly yet I was charged EXTRA for shape. The nails have to be shaped regardless so you’re charging extra for part of the necessary process anyways.I came in to get them fixed today and was asked to come back. Very unprofessional. So now I am in an almost 25 minute wait, still waiting to get my nails repaired.Would not recommend and would not have returned if I didn’t already waste my money with them.

I called Jaclyn for an appointment this afternoon and she was able to accommodate me with Ty. He perfected my beach vacation nail wishes just as I had hoped for! Colorful nails done with perfection and refreshing orange and stone pedicure by Helen! I am sun and sand ready! Thank you so much!!

$128! For this! Never ever again!-I thought Id try a different nail place rather than my usual - Milano in Sugar Land. Huge error on my part! This was far and away the worst manicure Ive ever had. Ever. Part of the problem was the language barrier. It was very difficult to communicate with my nail tech, so much so that we needed a translator. (I added my inspiration pic to the bottom for comparison, and yes, this was shown to her several times.) My nails look absolutely horrible in every way. I was cut several times, my cuticles look like garbage, the lines are not nearly straight, etc.-I also got a pedicure which was actually quite nice. No complaints. In fact, the only two stars I gave were for the pedicure! It was so relaxing and, unlike the manicure, it didnt hurt!-On my way out they asked if I was happy, and after a 2.5 hour appointment full of miscommunication and difficulty, I said yes but only to get out of there as quickly as possible. If I would have known how much they were about to charge me, I might have done things a bit differently.-All in all, for the #4 pedicure and manicure, with gel and the removal of my acrylics, I paid $128! Let me say that again. $128! For those nails! Honestly, I want a refund. I couldnt believe it when she told me thats what I owed, but I didnt want to be *that* person - someone whod put up a stink at the register. So I paid and left. Never. Again.

First time trying this place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also very accommodating. I will definitely be going back!

My first time here and it’s so nice! The workers are friendly. The lady who serviced me did such a good job. She was so nice and the price for the pedicure that I paid for was a good price it was the best first visit I’ve ever had. I probably will be returning back and hopefully I can find someone that can do force it on me really good there. So happy with my visit. It’s a cute little place. I was taken care of very well.

First time here. The receptionist/host was very professional and accommodating in various ways. Give him a raise😉Mary did my pedicure and I will definitely ask for her again. She takes her time. She wants to get it right. She needs interpreting from host but shes a perfectionist. Just let her know what you want and she will deliver. Be patient.

Had a terrible experience!!!! Asked for a full set with dip. The tech seemed inexperienced with performing the service. Very sloppy and uneven. When asked how I felt about it, I let her know that I didn’t like it, she became very rude and dismissive. I asked her to remove the little work she had done, she proceeded to cut my nail (very painful) stating that I was wasting her time and yelling out dollar amounts that I had to pay if they were to undue her work. I remained calm the whole time, never raised my voice. Other staff members had to step in. Everyone else was very understanding and helpful. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone! But if you do come make sure to request anyone else!

Came in with my mom and 2 family friends. Called the morning of at 11am to schedule all of our appts at 4pm. Took us in.We got the private room away from the main area. Beautiful environment. Super friendly technicians. They are very detailed. Will recommend and come back.Victor & Karen were great!

I absolutely LOVE coming here. I’ve been a customer for over a year and if I cannot make it in for whatever reason, I will never go anywhere else! The customer service is exceptional and everyone makes sure to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. Whatever nail design, shape, or color, my needs are always met and I always love my set! The milk and honey pedicure is so relaxing. No matter how busy they are, they always take their time. Very fair pricing and a wonderful color selection. I always try to get everyone I know to come here!

I have been going here about 6 months and nails are mediocre pedi are amazing very relaxing and the hubby really enjoys. So tonight I was surprised my nails were done by Victor and not only did he do a fabulous job he was very quick I will make appointments now so Victor does mine. First time coming here. I have read only great reviews but I did not have the best experience. I went to get my eyebrows and lips waxed, and they didn’t do a very good job. Plus, something was wrong with the card reader. I had to swipe at least five times to end up paying in cash. They have reasonable prices tho.

I received pedicure, full aceylic set, and eyebrow waxing. My nails and toes look good but my eyebrows look amazing!!! I think my technician was named Hailey?

Seen two black males turned away during my pedicure. One had an appointment. The lady FILED my cuticles and used the cuticle nipper to scrap underneath my toe. Had to tell her more than once that she was hurting me. Very disappointed in the treatment of customers and the careless if tech.

I have taken my wife here twice now. First time was for a pedi and she had such a great experience. Second time was last night. The staff here is amazing. They always make you feel at home. The owners are so attentive and funny. The employees seem happy, and the owners seem like they care about their staff (very important). Most of all, the quality of their work is consistent (no matter who helps me); and the online coupons keep the prices competitive, which allows you to put the money you save from the discount toward the tip. The shop looks fancy, but it has a friendly and down to earth atmosphere.

First time here and I must say John did an amazing job on my nails.. I wanted ombre coffin with design and he nailed it. Very professional and skilled artist.. The ladies who work there were so warm and welcoming, and they made me feel at home right away. Annie did a fabulous job on my manicure and Ming was a master pedicurist. Came in to get my nail redone because guess the guy was rushing 🙄 and now I supose to wait until he comes in customers services is someone fixest it specially if you have a receipt and they are seeing the problem. Poor quality service.

Customer Service is always great with these guys. At some point during the visit you are asked if you are being served well or if there are any other services or comforts you might need. There is a follow text after as well . I like that.

The absolute worst pedicure I ever had. She simply rubbed the product on my legs I do better when getting myself ready for the day. Can’t believe I paid $80. No cleaning under my toenail, polish needed so many layers and still looked bad, toenails not cut straight, and others was offered something to drink but I wasn’t. I won’t be back!

Terrible service. To start, yesterday I went in to have powder dip removed due to an upcoming medical procedure. I asked for a regular manicure after that with clear polish. I also asked for my nails to be cut down just a little. It was horrible. Both my thumbnails and nails and on little fingers dont even come close to matching. The nail next to my little finger on left hand has been filed down so thin it looks like it will break almost half way down anytime. The nail next to my thumb again on the left side started bleeding about 2-3 hours after I left and looks like it is broke halfway down.Then to make matters worse due to pedicures I have received here I have fungal infection on all toenails on both feet and had to get my large toenail completely removed.I will NEVER go back to this place

I’ve been coming to this salon for a little over a year now and when I heard there was going to be a management change I was a little nervous - I loved this place! But the new management (Tom and Mary) is absolutely fantastic - they are such warm, kind people and the techs are great! I truly did not think this place could get any better but the new team blew my expectations out of the water. The attention to detail, care, price, and friendliness are the best in the area.
