I use to love coming to this place, but lately the manager Tiffany is rude and unprofessional. The more I come the more I feel unwelcome. I call to make appointment but when I come at my scheduled time I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes. I have observed how she get angry when asked to do a design. Like why advertise the designs if she don’t want to do?! It seems she the only one that knows how to do designs because I have two or more people stand over us and watch as she teaches. It’s a few lady’s there that are professional and great work. Now I have to find another nail shop due to Tiffany’s unpleasant, unprofessional, inefficient attitude! I’m done with global and have told my 5 family members to not come here anymore!!!!!

I try my best to avoid this place because they continuously damage my skin every time I get a wax here. I went to get my eyebrow done and this women was putting the wax below the eyebrow close to the eye lids and when she waxed it she messed my skin up and tried to put aloe Vera gel and it started to burn. She tried to make me pay and I told her no ma’am. I developed two scabs below my eyebrows. I have been to other nail shops and this never happens. Instead of apologizing she said my skin was sensitive and that was when I had enough

I dont recommend getting your lash extensions or eyebrows done at Global Nails. In my experience Tiffany, the lady who provides the lash extension service, is a not skilled enough to in this area to be performing it on clients. My lash extensions look VERY unnatural, are clumped with glue and arent close enough to the lash line. Not to mention this was a very rushed process, I thought putting lash extensions was a meticulous, precise process. She also did my eyebrows poorly. She did not listen when I told her I just wanted a clean-up, now my eyebrows are remarkably thin. I recommend taking your money elsewhere for these services.

The other ladies in there does a great job. However my issue is with Tiffany I asked for a simple shellac polish on my nails. However, when she was finished the job was very sloppy, ugly, nails uneven, thick, and she was rushing. You could even see the bubbles and lines on my polish. It literally looked like I attempted to do my own nails.She cut me twice my nail was bleeding which is a big no go cause that can create an infection. I told her it was sloppy she tried to explain it was my nails which made no sense because the lady that re did my nails did a great job. I do not like Tiffany because she rushes and does a terrible sloppy job. I feel like if you paying your hard earned money you should at least be satisfied with your nails especially something as simple as shellac polish. Again the other ladies in the nail shop are great I advise you not to go to Tiffany cause you never know when she is going to decide to rush and do sloppy work.

I showed a lady I believe her name is, Tiffany, a picture of some bubble gum pink nails that were solid light pink all the way to the tips she gave me clear with a so very light tint of pink . It is pretty much clear. She used clear tips too . When I left and went to my hair appointment all the stylists there said to go back and have her put a darker pink powder, she should of done that in the first place or used pink tips. When I did she got annoyed and and said “ well you pay 25$!” ??? Why would I pay anything for her to fix something so clearly poorly done in the first place! I was trying to give her the opportunity to not have such bad work out there but, yeah no. You can see all the knicks and scrapes under from the electric file thingy because it is all just clear.

I drove a friend by Global Nails this evening. They were open until 8pm but they stayed beyond that to complete all their customers wants. They took a long time because they didnt want to do a sloppy or rushed job. From what I could see my friends powdered nails looked very nice. Thank you workers of Global Nails!Comfortable husband seating was available which allowed me to do extremely important work on my cellphone. (I bagged three grogs and a wooly for almost 1000 points!)

I gave 4 stars because my manicure didnt even last a week, but the service is always great. The ladies are friendly and professional, and not pushy with up-selling. Next time Ill try a different product; that can be fixed. But you cant put a price on good service.

This is actually one of the worst nail shops Ive visited in a long time. I had to forego my normal place for this one because I was in a hurry and its right next door to my daughters dance studio. My experience was horrible. First of all, when I walked in no one was available and I asked how long it would be...I was told 10 min., which ended up being more like 15. Then I asked how long it would take to do my nails...30 min. is what they said. Long story short, I was there for over an hour (after telling them that I was a little pressed for time) and my nails did not come out good. I noticed later that a couple of them didnt even have full coverage with the dipping powder. I will NEVER return.

I got my nails done maybe 5 days ago, 1 has popped off already. I paid $40 for a set that didnt last. Very upset. Will not be going back

Tiffany is very rude over the phone and doesnt appear to have much time for customers unless your an existing customer. They have no customer service skills. Nice salon and very clean however the experience is less than half great

I have been here 2 times. I really liked how Tiffany did my nails 2 weeks ago, they came out beautiful and looked real. and then Henry did my refill yesterday and I really didnt like it. It looks like I still need a refill lol. But eh not that bad just not as good as Tiffany. Ill go next next week to see how it goes, but Im going straight to Tiff.

I have been to many nails Salons, I finally found one, Im happy with,..Mai is the Best!..,shes kind,and has a great personality,and she wants to make sure that you are happy with your nails,..if Mai, is busy, I have tried, the other manicurists,they are good also.

Tiffany and her staff were outstanding today! I had my nails done and a pedicure. Anna was really good with my feet. Also got designs by Tiffany ...very pleased. Thanks ladies.

Save your money and drive a few miles down the road and find another nail salon! My mother wanted to try this place out and never again! Instead of the available nail technician doing my nails I had to wait about an hour for the technician in the front with short hair. She tried to get me to add on tips after I reiterated several times I only want powder on my real nails. She cut a piece of my skin and broke the edges off two nails off my right hand. After the cut, I was done. I paid for my mothers nails and left my left hand with the old powder still on it. I wasnt going to let her attempt to remove the powder from my other hand. What a waste of time and now Im headed to Nail Royale in Missouri City where I usually frequent. Save your time and money from this place!

Never again the first salon with no prices and they dont do good refills I could do this myself being a cosmetologist...only been twice and thats it Walmart do a better job...dont give them your credit card with knowing how much first

The worst pedicure I every had it was so painful! I have a toe that pops to the side uncomfortably and she kept holding it that way! I told her you know my toe doesnt go that way right! Then she refused to do a design! Flat out said she doesnt have time!

Terrible experience! I got a full set of powder nails and a few days later ALL OF THEM began lifting up. I called to see if they would fix my nails and the lady had the audacity to tell me that “sometimes that happens”. No ma’am. Never again!
