5 stars for this places cleanness and covid -free setups! My favorites are the gel manicure and pedicure . Sometimes I even get a design. And sometimes I dont get polish at all. Ive been coming here almost 5 years and have no complaints. They are the best‼ Wish More people know about this so they can come support this local business with great efforts to keep public safety!

Love how patient they are and willing to work with you to achieve the design you want. It was such a relaxing experience with excellent service! They really took their time and even gave me rose petals in the foot tub! So excited to have them in the neighborhood! Theyre SO VERY NICE here! They know what they are doing. So convenient, they are super friendly, its clean and they do a good job!

Amazing experience from the second we arrived. I got acrylics my first visit with gel and they looked wonderful. My nails always look great for a few weeks after leaving . The pedicure was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I cant speak for pedicures but Id venture to say theyre great as well !!! Well definitely be back!

I think I may have just found my new nail spot to go to! Everyone is so nice and they take their time with the service- doing an excellent job! The salon is very clean and I felt very safe the entire time I was there. I always leave with exactly what Ive asked for and they always get me in on short notice. Really happy to have gone here as this will be my new neighborhood salon . Will definitely be going back!!!

I got my lash extensions done by Sumi. I was under the impression that she was doing professional individual lash extensions.She charged she $70 for a $25 job. It turns out all she did was glue partial lashes on to my lashes. As soon as I got home my lashes started falling out. I came back 2 days later and asked her to redo my lashes. She told me that my lashes are supposed to fall out and that’s normal What?!Also she over charged($40) me for an overlay set with no tips and polish.I would not recommend this place AT ALL if you do go here DO NOT GO TO SUMI!!If you want to get your lashes done, go to the lash studio two doors down, they’re great!!Edit: I will gladly come back and will expect a full refund for the $70 AND the $40. When costumers come in you don’t ask everyone to sign in, you just sit them down and start performing overpriced sloppy services.

We called at 3 pm on a Friday the day before my daughters prom and they fit us in at 6:30 pm that night. Fantastic place to get your nails done. I would definitely recommend an appointment versus walking in as they seem to stay very busy. We love going here because it is a clean business that does a fantastic pedicure!

First time customer here . I called in the morning on a weekday and asked if I could come in ten mins to get a full set. When I got there, I got in right away .Was pretty busy when I walked in but only waited 25-30 mins since it was a Saturday. Wanted coffin dip nails and the results came out nice! Will come back again!

Thought I would give this place a try for convenience, big mistake. It took two hours to get a full set that was chipping off before I got home. The lady was extremely pushy about upgrading the pedicure, I am so glad I did not. My toes look and feel worse than before I went in. I now have absolutely awful looking nails and am highly dissatisfied with the product and service received.This photo was taken an hour after the pedicure, looking at the picture you would think it was time to go get a fresh one. Very disappointing.

When i came home from work i saw this nail salon, i was a bit hesitant but decided to enter She has a very good technique, my first time here and I will choose this salon for nail care more often, the service is quite good, the price is just right, I like it very much and would recommend .

I was over charged. I was a walk in no book was there to sign in. Therefore no need to say anything about a book. They are slick be aware of the way they treat you compared to other clients.

I went to get my eyebrows fine, the lady was doing someones nails and asked me to follow her. She proceeded to start my eye brows when I asked her to wash her hands she tried to use sanitizer when I asked her to use soap and water she clearly got offended. Used hot wax on my eyebrows didnt try to cool it down did not use oil or anything after just walked out with wax on my face. I asked for something she had to come back in because she was already ready for me to pay when I told her there were chunks missing mind tou I dont get my eyebrows dome religiously but Im going out of town. She said sorry! Horrible, nasty, dirty and rude.

The owner here is Sumi, she is very enthusiastic and attentive to customers, I have been here five times and I am always very satisfied when I leave, the price here is quite cheap compared to other shops around, everyone please try it now

I wanted to try a new nail shop so decided this one since I shop next door. The ambience is all that but the professionalism and work did not impress me especially for the cost. I only needed my lashes done, a mani cure and polish, a toe nail polish change, $140 later and the nails messed up the night I done them. I was not happy because it felt rushed. I said ok, I’m going to try again, spoke to the lady, made an appointment as she requested and then I find out when I drive there that she was out due to a dr. appt. I never received a call and also wasted my time and gas. I wish I could give them NO STARS but unfortunately I have to give them once…shame on you though because you lost a potential loyal customer.

I used to love this salon. They were always professional and did great work. Then it was sold and I gave the new owners a chance, a few chances. I have now given up and am in search of a new salon. I always made an appointment here and requested my fav nail techs for my nails and pedi. The last 4-5 times I have been there, and requested my peeps, I was assured they would take care of me. It. Never. Happens! I am always told, Sorry! She is not here today! We will take care of you! I gave it all I have the patience for and then some. Last time was the final straw! My nails look like I have pink plastic Easter eggs on each one and I was scraped on my right foot from the top of my second right toes down the top of my foot-about 3 inches which drew blood. PL Nails and their staff was amazing. I cannot say much for new owner and staff of Queen Nails.

I went to queen nails spa yesterday, i was really surprised with the owner sumi, she was very attentive and enthusiastic, i did my manicure and pedicure in just 1 hour 30 to finish, she very meticulous, and I will be a loyal customer of the shop . everyone try it

Summi, is a very professional nail artist with a beautiful spirit. I have been coming to this nail salon since they first opened. I have always had exceptional quality service.

Horrible experience the lady that did my nails overcharged me and did a rushed job when there were no customers at all. The nails weren’t even what I asked for. I do not recommend this place and plan on never going again... I usually always come here and never get charged more than 45 but they tried to charge me 70 for some short nails. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a simple overlay manicure that was poorly done. Sumi Over charged me $40 for a simple overlay, no tips and regular polish. the acrylic is waay too thin and its already chipping and cracking(its only been 3 days). I am so disappointed in the quality of the service and I will NEVER come back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. I just moved back in the area and decided to go to a place closer to my apartment.Everyone was friendly and cleanly Im so happy with the results and will definitely be back.

Very upset, off from such a busy day and got there at 340 and they had to switch to 3 different nail ppl to do my nails on there own pace... Didnt get done until 617. I just moved to this area and I was not satisfied!

Poor quality and poor customer service. My mother and I made appointments for pedicure/ manicure. We walk in and their is old coffee cups on the floor by the nail polish selection carousel. Pedicure packaging seemed reasonable and 10 minute massage was high lighted in red. Unfortunately, the massage portion of the pedicure did not even last 5 minutes. Half way into the session, a regular client walked in and our manicurists ( 3 people working with us) left us to attend the regular client. Then then informed us they had an appointment and we would half to wait, despite the fact we were halfway into the session. We had an appointment too and had called ahead but we were not as high of a priority as the other woman who walked in. Finally, another girl took over to finish my manicure. She did not even massage my hands or arms. At the end of our session, we were told there was a fee to remove the polish that was on my hands, despite that I told them over and over it was fingernail polish I did myself at home.I did not feel pampered or luxurious at this salon. I was looking forward to the experience but will not be returning. There are many great places in the area and I highly recommend giving your business to another salon.

I have been coming to this salon for over 7 years!! I absolutely love them, they always do an amazing job with my nails!! Lisa knows exactly how I like my nails, and she never lets me down. Mimi always gives the very best pedicures!!! I have brought many of my friends here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nail place!! They do tend to get busy, so I try to call in advance to cut down on the wait time!!

Excellent service every time I come here. They really take their time and check in with you to see if you like what they’re doing or want to make any changes. This time I got the deluxe pedicure and Tammy gave me the most amazing shoulder massage. Come here when you have a lot of time on your hands because nothing is rushed but that’s what I love about this salon.

I went in today and no one said hi or asked what I wanted. I went to the restroom after a few seconds of standing at the counter. I then sat down to wait for service. Another person came in 10 minutes later and they asked her what she wanted and sat her 3 minutes later. They treated me as though I were nobody.

Im staying in Houston for 2 months and I had to renew my nails, I went to the salon 10 days ago, I was renewing my dip full set and I was immediately surprised how poor quality and service is there. Im doing my nails for over 15 years and never ever had nails bad quality like this now. Lady didnt even file it properly around cuticle so day after you could see the nail was already lifted by the cuticle. She didnt even clean my hands so I had my fingers all over pink and purple from powder so I had to tell her to clean all before I leave the salon.Now all my nails lost shine and they are cracked . Dip cracked in all the directions. Terrible terrible.

I have known Lisa, the owner, for over 15 years. She is excellent and I am a picky customer. I have never had a problem with her and she makes sure her customers are happy. I highly recommend her.

So went there for a mani and pedi. The mani was not totally smooth at finish. and lengths were not all consistent and event. THEN... I supposedly had a coupon for 20% off of purchase over $55. Only to find out the coupon was for pedicures only. HOWEVER! There is not one pedicure on the menu that is $55. The most expensive one is $49. Sounds like some false advertising! They have permanently lost my business.

Just went in for the first time today and I have to be honest, I was very impressed. The decor is amazing the staff is friendly and if you want more of a VIP or personal or more quiet experience they have another location just a couple feet away where you yourself or a group of friends could enjoy more of a spa treatment personally.

Got nails done last week, the nail technician was constantly on her phone and laughing and talking WHILE doing dip powder. Needless to say, my nails are cracking after a week and minimal manipulation on my part (as in no heavy lifting or anything). I noticed the cracks a few days after the service but now it’s extremely noticeable and happening. Will be getting it fixed today. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this salon.

I went here for service for a pedi and lashes. My pedi was really good as far as the value for $26 it comes with hot stones and a great massage and the staff is very friendly. I was disappointed that my toenails were cut way to short avdcthst I was not asked about the length I desired my toe nails to be. It was so short that it hurt for her to finish cutting or filing my toe.My lashes were the $30 set. I prefer the extensions with 3-5 strands attached which gives a natural but full look. I had lashes on from another place which were the same kind but gave my eyes a very full effect. I was dissapointed with the quality of what I got from this place. It took her 10 minutes initially to do my lashes (I knew at that point that they could not be full enough) I explained to the tech that the new lashes simply didn’t blend with the old ones, and that they looked worse than a wearing a strip. So she took her time and filled them in more, but there isn’t a natural curve in the lashes, and they look like fans on my eyes.It was cheap ($30) for the lashes, and shame on me for thinking they would be a good quality for that price. I’m trying to do whatever to get these to fall off my eyes without ruining my natural lashes. I would recommend them for nails perhaps because overall the pedicure was good I was just unhappy with how short my nail got cut, but I will never use them or any other nail shop for that matter for my lashes.

As one of only 4 customers present, I waited almost 30 minutes for pedicure to begin. Baseboards need cleaning, shelves need dusting.

The staff is super friendly and they did a great job on my nails.

Made 3 reservations 24 hours in advance, for spa pedicures.One of us waited for 30 minutes while the other were getting their pedicures.

Very poor customer service. I was the 2nd person here when the shop opened. I had to wait for the second person to get in. When she got here, she was running around the shop and talking on the phone and it was a another 15 minutes before she started on my pedicure . I’ve never had such poor service.

They did a really bad job on my nails. They tried to “fix” them but they still looked horrible. Really bulky at the tips and thin by the cuticles.. they offered to re-do them another day but I decided to just never come back to that place.. One of the nails ended up breaking and it broke my real nail along with it. It split my nail in half!! Worst pain ever!!! So I went back to have them just taken off.. The lady at the shop seemed really bothered and kept repeating how I didn’t come back when they told me to to “fix them”.They just took them off and when I asked if they could put overlay on them to keep them from breaking she said come back on Friday... the shop was empty it wasn’t like it was busy. Its a tuesday morning..Anyway.. I wouldn’t do my nails here again and wouldn’t recommend them to anybody looking for a new nail shop. And I I wouldn’t have given them a bad review if they would have been professional and fixed my nails, I was never rude about it. Very unprofessional and bad experience.

Always had a very good experience always get treated like a #1 priority. although i think they need more employees to handle the amount of customers they have.
