Tom is BETTER THAN AMAZING!!!! My nails have never looked so good and Im very picky and I dont like to complain Ill just go somewhere else. Tom took his time because my nails were as thick as a wild Grizzly bears claws. We started our journey at 6:00pm and didnt stop until they were perfect!!!!!! Truly Satisfied!!!!

Had a great deluxe mani and deluxe pedi today. Both services include a generous massage. The technicians did a wonderful job bringing my nails and tired muscles in my hands, arms, shoulders, neck and feet back to life after a year-long absence from a nail salon! Service was A+!

43$ for bumpy nails. Never come here. They made my Nail crooked. ITS HIDEOUS! I asked for brown swirl design and she did the opposite and made it glittery. She made the nails her own way like I was a test dummy.

Johnny is the best, his pedicures are something you will remember and look forward to. The entire atmosphere has a family feel to it. I have been going their for 2 years and all the staff make me feel special & safe.They do a great job adhering to the CDC guidelines.

I have loved my experience at Maui every time I come in! Colleen is so skilled at doing nails and the massage in my pedicures. She is so friendly & kind and I love our conversations. Daisy did an outstanding job on my deluxe manicure with back massage today as well, and it felt like I was in a luxury spa. I have moved out of the area but will continue to make the long drive out here for Colleen, Daisy & Maui Nails!

Wonderful experience! This place is very clean and the staff are very nice.

The picture literally shows what they did to my nails. I asked for powder dip and they did not even give me a base or top powder coat.When I asked why there were air bubbles and white marks, the lady who was doing my nails said I’ll put one more coat and it will go away.When I got to the counter to explain what happened she said “it’s the cold weather. That’s why I recommended you put the shellac top coat”. Did not even offer to fix it.Literally the worst nail service and the worst excuse I’ve received in my life.They were also doing a manicure on my sister and ended up cutting her skin and wiped it with a random cotton ball instead of properly cleaning it.

Excellent value in comparison to others with similar services. They do an excellent job and always go above and beyond for their customers. Sometimes walk ins have to wait a bit but it’s because they are usually booked up. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Enough that this will become my regular nail place. Made a reservation although it was not required. She & I have an AMAZING conversation each other. She had a much appreciated attention to detail. I’ve been going here a long time and all the technicians are friendly but professional. It’s always clean and they always accommodate me if I don’t have an appointment. There are many salons in this area but I won’t go anywhere else.

Johnny is the best and the entire atmosphere has a family feel to it. This was my second time there and now they are stuck with me. They also take their time with each customer and ensure happiness.

Advertised prices are lower than actual prices changed. Manicurist need to be trained in cat eye design. Prices should be discussed with customers prior to performing a service.

I would not recommend this place to anyone from the experience I had with my manicure. A waste of time and money.A total mess in return

As always, everything was perfect. I enjoy my visits to Maui Nails. Their work ethic is wonderful. My nails always look great when they are done with me & everyone always has a smile.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The chairs were new and fully functioning to me. She was extremely kind and helpful. She did exactly how I wanted them to look. Best of all, it was QUIET, letting others relax. I keep coming back to this one for all the reasons I mentioned above.

Called 8 minutes ago heading toward it, said they closed at 730. Got here at 703, refused me service. Just simply trying to get a pedicure while being Black. Never again!

As a Mobility Challenged customer, Im keenly aware of the accessibe services provided and Maui is exceptionally well set up to ensure high quality services to ALL customers. Luxurious is the best way to describe my experience from wine to waxing - they do it all!

Ive been to this place for the past 2 years, once or twice a month. Sadly the place is not well maintained and I always have to wait at least 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment before I was served. Today I went there, after waiting for 30 minutes (I scheduled this appointment a week in advance), I was told someone else will do my manicure because Johnny is overbooked. I said they should cancel the appointment after me or that person just have to wait like I did. They said they cant do that. After being a loyal customer, paying between $20-$30 per tips, I decided it is best for me to make the change. I told them if they refused to cancel the next appointment or delayed, I will not come back. They asked me to reschedule.....I guess one cant reason with a donkey. So I find Milano Nail & Spa by the new Kroger. Its awesome! I am so glad for the change!

I love Maui Nails, Jenny and Pauline take great care of my husband and I. They gave you new feet today after 2 months of ugliness due to Covid-19.

Johnny will make your feet feel as if you purchased a new pair!!!! I do not believe it is possible to receive a Pedicure any where, any better than he will give you!!!Now if you knew me, you would know it takes a lot to Impress me. Most pedicures I received are ok, or good . The pedicure I received for Johnny yesterday was “Excellent”.

I used to love going to this salon for a couple months. The acrylic nails are very durable and never fall off. After a while, I noticed the quality stared to go down hill. They last 2 or 3 times I went, they cut my fingers. This was pain full and left the skin around my nails bruised, bleeding, and sloppy for weeks. I hope the quality goes back up.

Almost dont want to share, as more people will come. Service fantastic. Staff is friendly and customer focused. Recently expanded to add more chairs and reflexology. Highly recommend!

Convenient salon and never wait for a chair, too many colors to choose from. Some salon services are confusing, gel vs shellac vs powder. Deleuxe pedicure is always different depending on which employee you get.

The worst service. The woman who started my manicure was fairly polite, but she got reassign to someone else. The lady who took over rushed through it, and left me sitting there for 10 minutes with half done nails. Then came back and did a oil on my nail and left. So rude. She was very apparently arguing with a man in the salon. When I asked her to file part of my nail that she painted to my skin it was like I was asking for the biggest favor ever!

This place is amazing. i was a weekly regular with Daisy on hands and Ruby on toes. i was never rushed, cut, or left with sloppy paint. all the tools used were always new and opened right at my station. the atmosphere is very relaxing and a great escape from my busy non stop schedule. Daisy also does an amaxing full body massage. and my total for pedicure, hot wax, acryllic and hr massage is less than $120!!! I really miss this place, so much that i will probably start driving an hour each way just because it is so difficult to find a salon that meets these standards!

Took my daughter in for a manicure. About 10 minutes into it the nail lady flat out insults my daughter, with me sitting right next to her. She says youre spoiled, I can tell. She didnt say it teasingly, but just blatantly rude and judgemental. Whatever compelled her to make such a flawed, ugly statement isnt my concern. The fact that she ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant experience for my daughter and a reward for getting straight As on her report card is what really infuriates me. We were not picky demanding or bad customers, we were very quiet and this woman thinks its ok to talk to customers like this. Im not taking my younger daughter back here. If I bring my older daughter she will doubtless give the staff her opinion on their poor customer service skills.

Always have a nice relaxing experience

First of all, why do nail salons make you pay before your nails are fully dry? I dont go to nail salons often just once in awhile. Mainly when I want to remove pealing skin because its bothering me so bad so I just get the mani. Today, I decided to stop by here for a mani and pedi. The lady who did mani didnt even notice an unsmooth application on my thumb nail. She reapplied the top coat. Spent $36 for my left hand looking ok... and my right two nails looking like I just painted them. I have pictures of how they look. Its unprofessional. You could say its my fault considering i was asked to pay at the time and forgot where my credit card was....But what I disliked the most was when Im trying to look into my pocket and the lady stops me and puts her hand in my pockets without asking because she I dont think understands or speaks English. For a debit card would they be deep inside the pockets??? No, but she apparently thought so so Im standing there looking uncomfortable with her hand searching my pockets for my card.I gave her a frustrated glance when she tried to go in my bag when I tried searching for it there. I was not happy at all.I wish I could be refunded. But they did my nails and so I doubt with all I went through theres nothing to do but just move on. But what I dont understand is me, a new customer watching older customers being treated with one or two people who converse with them and understand them while Im left with this lady who had no idea what Im saying. The pedi lady understood what I was saying. She was nice but never conversed with me either. Also, youre supposed to ask if you can help before putting your hand in someones pocket and dont go digging in it like a card is a coin hidden deep in the pocket. I never had this happen before and Ive had other places that dont converse with me but still do professional work and remain professional letting your nails dry a bit more before getting your card out or asking if they could help you.NEVER going here again :-(

Customer service( the person who supposed to greet people) lady is rude and also added hidden additional fees after the treatment . she is VERY RUDE, other than that the staff the nail girls are very polite and nice .
