I have been coming here for 22 years and have never been so disappointed. Le did my pedicure and if I had not told her twice that my heal was hurting as she was scrubbing it, she probably would have scrubbed all the skin off my heal. It was bad enough that she scrubbed enough to break the skin on my heal and now it’s painful to walk. It also seems that they are not as clean as in past years and they do not appear to sanitize their supplies as could be seen clearly in my past visits with them. Unfortunately, this will have to be my last visit. They are such sweet ladies but the quality and cleanliness is not there anymore

I WAS 4 MINUTES LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT WITH LEE AND SHE REFUSED TO DO MY NAILS, I SETTLED AND GOT MY POLISH CHANGED ON MY TOES FOR THE TIME BEING. LEE’S NEXT CLIENT CAME IN ALSO 4 MINUTES LATE AND LEE SEATED HER PROMPTLY. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE OTHER CLIENT WAS OUR SKIN COLOR. WE BOTH HAD APPOINTMENTS, BOTH WERE 4 MINUTES LATE, AND I WAS DENIED SERVICE AND THE CAUCASIAN WOMAN WAS NOT. AFTER MY TOES DRIED I PAID WITH A $10 BILL, THE AMOUNT DUE WAS $9 AFTER BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY LEE I HAD TO ASK FOR MY CHANGE. I MADE IT KNOW THAT I CHECKED THE TIME AND HER NEXT CLIENT WAS ALSO 4 MINUTES LATE AND ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS “SORRY” I SHOULD HAVE NOT COME BACK WHEN THEY BLAMED ME FOR MY WHITE NAILS TURNING BROWN BUT IT ENDED UP BEING THE TYPE OF GEL LEE USED BECAUSE I WENT BACK AND ANOTHER TECH RE-DID MY TOP COAT AND I DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND BEWARE THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT CLIENTS THEY TAKE!

Been going for several years but after two poor experience have found a new salon. The issue was that I came without an appointment and they squeezed me in. Then I received a rush job and had my toes hacked and my fingers bled in two areas. The second time I got an infection in my toe and had to get antibiotic medicine from my doctor and was off work for a week. I can’t go back. I never had a problem before and feel was partly my fault for asking to be seen without an appointment but they could have said no instead of doing a below par job

I have been coming here for over 18 years and seeing the same technician. They give you your own personal box with your own tools and are reasonably priced. They are all sweet ladies and great at what they do!I suggest them to everyone!

I use Lan and have for several years. She is very good. My nails always look nice and it is not apparent that mine have some help. Lol. It is a pleasant place to relax and get your nails done. Wether a full set, tips, or a manicure.

I was there last week. The store was pretty small and outdated. The technician did put electric file heads in some sort of solutions, but that was the only thing that was “sanitized” since they reused dirty plastic nail buffers. The technician didn’t push back my cuticles or treat the dead skin on my fingers; she even broke my skin...image all kinds of infections I might get from those buffers lol.Overall, people were nice; price was at the lower-end. Just need to remember that you’ll get what you pay for.

The service here is Awesome... they are very kind to everyone that walks in.. I get my eyebrows, pedicure and usually a manicure everytime I get a chance.. I would recommend this place.

We enjoy our girls day out here every single time. Prices are reasonable and the technicians are wonderful people.
