The facility is clean, organized and offer so many different options to making you comfortable. Refreshments are A+. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease in a dentist chair. The workers at the front desk were very kind and amazing, although I did not enjoy workers in the back. They were quite rude when I was asking simple and valid questions. You decide if you would like to come here but I do not believe it is the best choice.

My first visit as a new patient was nothing short of amazing! Friendly staff, great atmosphere and a beautifully designed office. Complimentary drinks, warm blankets, tv’s and a pleasant conversation with the hygienist(forgot her name). Smile Design Studios made me feel very welcomed and at home, my choice of music to help sooth my nervousness during my teeth cleaning. Even seeing the hygienist and dentist interactions showed me that everyone truly enjoyed working there which was very comforting. Dr. Ellis was also great and funny. She takes the time to explain everything to you and doesn’t rush you out of the chair. Miracle was very thorough with what procedures I needed and different pricing options which helped a lot. She was more than helpful, once again an awesome dentistry and I’m so happy to have found a new dentist. You won’t regret your visit!

Front desk (Gage) was super nice and accommodating. And, I had a scary (in my mind)procedure a frenectomy. Nena held my hand and talked me through it to calm me. I am new to SDS but so far my experience has been great. The staff is amazing! Friendly, Professional and accommodating. Love the WARM BLANKETS!! they offer. I have a long journey ahead but i am confident that Dr. Ellis and her staff will get me there.

My experience at SDS unfortunately has not been a pleasant one. I was seen twice at SDS once in May and once in June. Both times I experienced a one-hour wait time which is unacceptable when I have an appointment scheduled. I am not scared of dental procedures therefore, I like to get in and get out. Dr. Joy and her staff need to work on their punctuality with patients. After my cleaning was completed, the receptionist gave out the wrong price I was not contacted via e-mail or by phone from this office with an explanation, I was just told at my second appointment I owed “x” amount. I find this very distasteful especially since I told the receptionist I want to pay in full for today’s appointment and the next.Secondly, I have been waiting almost two months to hear back about wisdom teeth removal. All of my x-rays have been completed at this office.Nice decor does not make up for a lack of customer service and time management. It is very unfortunate that I have spent my money here and the service has not matched the price tag.

Not only was everyone extremely professional and knowledgeable, they took the time to make sure my visit was personalized from the complimentary drink when waiting, to my choice of show to watch or music to listen to during treatment. We recently moved into the Missouri City area, and my wife booked us here at Smile Design Studios. I didn’t know what to expect at first, but I actually enjoy my visits to the dentist now.To start with the receptionist area has a very nice ambiance, so I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I had a choice of aromatherapy, coffee, movies, etc to choose from while I experienced my dental services.I met Dr Joy during my visit and she is AMAZING! She took the time during my visit to explain in detail the long term plan for my dental health, and was never in a hurry. I learned quite a bit. She is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.When you meet Ms Kelly, you are going to love her. She is AWESOME and personable! I felt very comfortable during my visit. She even got me booked next day ASAP because my HBP was too high that day to get my deep cleaning done. I came in the next day, and I taking care of without hesitation.Ms Kim performed the deep cleaning on my teeth. She is also very knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. I had a deep cleaning procedure done previously but Ms Kim was far more thorough than anyone. My teeth felt great afterwards. I also received great aftercare.So my point is, we found our Family dentist! And they are AMAZING!! Come by and make them your Family dentist too!

Had a great experience. I usually have a lot of pain during a dental cleaning but Kim was very gentle with me. And pointed out some issues I was having with gingivitis and took care of it to prevent it from getting worse. Very fast and non painful. 10/10 would recommend!

This Black owned All Woman Dentistry in Houston is the best dentist office I’ve been to. Beautiful design, high tech and impeccable service. Walked in and they offered me wine, gave me a gift bag and put on girlfriends for me as I got my teeth worked on. The staff was amazing and Dr. Joy was such a pleasure. DON’T GO HERE! They’ve messed up my teeth and refuse to call me back after having called continuously expressing my dissatisfaction! They dismiss how YOU want your teeth and when you don’t like it, try to charge you to fix it! I should have known not to come here when my friend had issues with her veneers as well. They OVERCHARGE for services and the price doesn’t match the services they give! SAVE YOURSELF & DON’T GO HERE! Clearly offering discounts to anyone leaving a high review. This place is unprofessional and not worth the headache.

As a teenager I had braces and with that came a visit at least one visit or more to the orthodontist and the dentist; because of that I really do not like going to the dentist at all. I literally normally put off going until I am in extreme pain.I have been a patient of Dr. Ellis for about two years now; she and her staff have worked with me in getting all the work I needed done in the most cost-effective manner possible. I truly feel that they care about me as a person and not just trying to max out my dental insurance like some doctors do.Dr. Ellis is truly loves what she does and you can tell it from the design of her office; to how she greets you that she is passionate on making everyone she encounters in her chair have the best possible experience and smile possible.

My first time visiting here was great. But since then, not so much. I last visited here in April, and my visit here wasnt good. Dr. Joy is actually pretty rude and overly blunt in a bad way. I was in the chair and she was talking about my teeth to another coworker which I found was unprofessional. They will try to persuade you to get this or that done and will schedule multiple appointments which I feel was just to get money. My visit in April was my last time coming here.
