The people at this location are very nice and professional. They keep the place clean and tidy. They follow all COVID protocols to make sure everyone is kept safe.

I absolutely love this place! The office is always in tip top shape, extremely clean. The front office staff Maria and Ashley are so lovely to work with and always beyond helpful. Also, the 2 assistants Marina and Mariah are the absolute sweetest. I am extremely terrified of going to the dentist and both these ladies have a way of putting me at total ease. Ms. Mary and Dr. Shah are both understanding and patient with my fear. I know, Im to grown to cry at the dentist but hey, its a real thing :). I will definitely continue to come to them. Great job ladies! I come just for yall.

I had appointment yesterday at 9:30 my anxiety was going through the roof but after meeting all these wonderful ladies made my anxiety went down. Ms. Ashley at the front desk was very nice checking me in letting know the doctor will be with you shortly. Ms. Marina the assistant was very understanding letting me know your going to be fine, Ms Mary the hygienist was very helpful and understanding and also gave me ideas on what to used that was very helpful. Doctor Hoang was very nice and understanding letting me know everything going to be okay. All these ladies had great customer service and more. I look forward to seeing these ladies again 10 plus stars❤️

Only my second visit to this location and so far I’m loving the staff. The staff are very friendly and this office is very clean. I am definitely not a fan of the dentist but they are patient and understanding. The dentist was definitely reassuring with the work she had to do on me

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were kind, informative and gentle ( we even laughed together). The dentist could have been a bit more gentle while conducting my cleaning. This is still my favorite office and we will forever be customers.

I just want to say that this location has great service and friendly staff! I am astound at the amazing customer service Ms. Ashley showed me and my family. She made the entire appointment super easy, and less stressful for us (which we could all use a little more of these days). I have been to a few Lovett Dentals and this location by far has the best front desk operations. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my dental needs.

College son enjoys his experience at this location. The staff explain and show him estimates before procedures. This makes it easier for me.

Dr. Shaw and her staff were great!! Very thorough and answered all our questions. They were very patient with us and did everything in the most professional manner. We have not had a regular dentist as others have moved or retired. Since we found Dr. Shaw we will continue to see her as our regular dentist.

When I called to asks general questions, the front desk receptionist, Ashley, went above and beyond to assist me. I don’t know about other locations, but I highly recommend this location.

Great service all the way around. Ashley is very welcoming and helped me with my DMO insurance assignment. The assistants are caring and show much concern towards my situation and Maria was very informative and upfront with my treatment plan, she even got my insurance on the line to clarify somethings. Dr. Shah is nice as well and shows much passion for what she does. 5star service hands down.

Wonderful experience. Ashley is very welcoming and Maria is very informative. The assistants are very hard working and really caring for their patients. Dr. Shah can come off a little rude though but everybody else in the office makes the 5 stars worth it.

I am very very happy and pleased with Dr.Shah. Today we were in the office for my daughter’s tooth extraction.It was a very difficult procedure due the location of the tooth. But she performed the extraction very smooth and easily. Usually this type of extraction are done by oral surgeons which is a lot more expensive and is more time consuming. That saved our time and money. My daughter is very happy too. She didn’t feel any pain. Dr.Shah is very competent and knowledgeable dentist with excellent bed side manners. She is very compassionate to her patients. She was very patient with my daughter.

The office scheduler and/or office manager need to be trained or fired. They quadruple book and we never get in on time. They always try to upsell us extra treatments, that we decline. They also do not enforce masking or distancing protocols. At 415pm we were still waiting with my 4 and 5 yr old for their 230 appointment. 3pm and 330pm families were still waiting as well. It is standing room only in the office, and there are no ETA for anyone.Every time we try a new day of the week or time, as me and my wife are also patients here. The doctors have changed, and the staff dont care about patients. That is absolutely clear to everyone waiting here today.I understand overbooking for cancellations, but over the last 2 years we have never missed, and we still never get in on time. EVER. And if we do, they have us wait over an hour inside while one hygienist or dentist slowly makes their way through the rooms. I guess they feel once you are inside, time stands still?Get people on staff who know what they are doing, or shut down your office.

Had a few issues with scheduling (appointments being rescheduled on a regular basis) and not being able to reach someone at the actual location by phone. Once you actually get to the appointment everyone is kind and helpful.

I had an excellent visit today. I had minor work done on my gums and teeth. Its been over a year since Ive been to the dentist but when I arrived they really took care of me. I was going to another dentist prior but Dr. Yuen was excellent and I look forward to keeping her as my dentist. Also the Mary the Hygienist did a great job. I love her voice and demeanor and her conversations kept me engaged and I didnt think about the work she was doing which is something that usually happens to me and I tend to let my nerves get ther best of me. Also, Ive had the pleasure of working with Marina in the past and shes always been great to see and keeps me laughing. Today was an excellent visit.

This dentist office and the staff are great. They make you feel welcome and at home. Mrs. Mary did an amazing job with my deep cleaning. She was very thorough. They explain everything and make you feel comfortable. I saw an earlier review complaining about a COVID fee. I think it’s just the price we have to pay for added safety during this pandemic. It is a PANDEMIC after all. You can’t put a price on you and your families safety. Everything was exceptionally clean which I really appreciate. I have scheduled appointments for all my family. This is my new go to dentist office.

Really good experience. I came here because I had broken a tooth - I was a new patient. Everyone on staff - front desk people, the person who did my X-rays, the treatment coordinator, the dental assistant and Dr. Ashni Shah - explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. Dr. Shah ended up saving the tooth. She and her assistant (who did my temporary crown) were amazingly efficient, I experienced no pain, everything was explained to me, they made sure i was comfortable and it was over relatively fast. Id recommend Dr. Shah and the entire staff.

I have had a bad experience with Lovetts lack of Customer Service. The Missouri City location has amazing Medical Assistants, but my experience with the front desk personnel was not great. Furthermore, Dr. Shah was very rude, she was not personable and seem aggressive and disengaged. I do not recommend this place nor will I return.

Very good team...i went in for a tooth extraction that lasted 3 HOURS!!!! it was so difficult but i dont think i couldve went to a better place...very patient we stay 2 hours after closing!!! they didnt want to give up...very dedicated and i recommend EVERYONE to get their teeth done at Lovett Dental....they care so much for they patience they refused to send me home in pain!!! (p.s. do to the condition my tooth was in was the reason it took so long, theyre usually done within 30 mins to a hour) Thank you guys so much!!!!

It was very calming, especially for someone with Anxiety of the dentist during Covid.

The space in this place is very small and does not comply with the distance protocols to keep us safe from Covid 19. You also have to wait more than 1 hour for the dentist to attend you. I do not recommend this place

Dr Asni Shah is very unprofessional and unreliable. Not trustwothy. Postpone my appointment for cleaning for 4th time. Always on emergency leave at last minute. Dont waste time on her otherwise you and your family members will keep on taking leave and time off from work.Also earlier, my friend went for exam, x-ray and cleaning. Cleaning only takes 3 minutes. Is it because the oral irigation and fluroride was refuse for $49 and $39, that she refuse to clean the teeth. Neverthless, Dr Shah cause Lovette lose thousand of dollars cos he went to other dentist for further treatment for root canal and crown.

This place is amazing!!! I came in for a root canal and the process went very smoothly and I didn’t feel a thing!!! The doctor (Ashni Shah) and her assistant (Munira) talked me through the whole thing and I truly appreciated it. They constantly checked on me and made sure that I was okay. The lady who came and did my X-ray (Marina) was so gentle with me. Even the ladies at the front desk were nice! They made me feel very welcomed. I have received dental services from this location for 7+ years. Myself and my child went in for a routine cleaning. Just before being escorted to the service area, I was told I would be charged a $10 (per person) PPE fee. I informed staff I would not be paying that fee. The $20 was not a financial hardship for me, my issue is the lack of common courtesy and the PPE fee in general!!!PPE SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE FOR A DENTAL OFFICE. Prior to the pandemic staff wore mask, gloves, faceshields, etc due to the fact their daily duties include coming in contact with bodily fluids. Seems like Lovett Dental is trying to capitalize off the pandemic. This would have been my 2nd visit during the pandemic. There wasnt a PPE fee for my prior visit. WHAT CHANGED?I should have been informed of the new mandatory fee PRIOR to my visit. Consider those whom are on fixed income but are in need of dental care. This fee isnt fair. I took off work for this appointment but did not receive dental care.

Terrible first appointment.. which actually didn’t even happen. They “couldn’t verify the insurance” so they cancelled the appointment, but forgot to communicate with us... we showed up while another angry mom was walking out. Then after about 15 minutes of fumbling with paperwork they tell us we were cancelled. No we will not be rescheduling and not coming back. Not to mention the waiting room was jam packed with kids and people.. no hand sanitizer to be found.. and lady at desk was doing a mask under the chin thing... beware of infection risk!Follow up: just made a call to Comfort Dental in Sugarland, Dr. Gandhi.. great over the phone booking experience and customer service, and they have good procedures on social distancing in the waiting area, etc.

My son is 3 years old and has been seen by Dr. Gainey and her assistant Raul. They are both wonderful caring and gentle with kids. Raul went above and beyond making sure my son was comfortable with his baby root canal. He is bilingual and my son asked for Spanish lol so made him even more at home. I recommend their team to treat your kids! Also the person at the front desk takes great pride in keeping the area sanitized and clean in between patients. Only down side is that their wait times can be minimum an hour the times Ive been here.

Had a very great experience with the staff here at this Lovett location. Maria explained my treatment plan very well and the assistants are very friendly. Dr and Suzette are very informative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr.Gainey is a very good and wonderful dentist.We were referred over there for my son’s root canal and she and her staff were very patient and kind with him.He isn’t the most compliant patient and he normally cries when I mention dentist but their level of service is first and foremost to put the patient at ease.Dr Gainey explains what she is going to do very clearly and answers all your questions with patience.The day of his root canal, she actually called us in the evening to ask how he was doing.I have never gotten from any dentist after hours.The fact she called shows me how much she cares for her patients.

Dont take the first appointment of the day. They will schedule you for 9 am, but wont open the doors until 9 am. They will then stall as the dentists and staff roll in over the next 15 minutes. Your appointment wont start until 9:20 or later.The adult dentist is pushy on expensive treatments. It is unlikely you will get an unbiased assessment of your dental needs compared to the associated costs. In my several visits, they have always erred on the side of the most costly solution. I would have to ask several rounds of questions to get the information I need.The one shining star here is the childrens dentist. She is good with kids and doesnt try to get guilt trip you into expensive treatments. I feel with her I am getting an honest assessment. Unfortunately, I believe she is only here on Wednesdays.If not for the childrens dentist and our limitations of choices enforced by our insurance, I would take my family elsewhere for our dental needs.Update (May 3, 2021): They will change your appointment time and not let you know. They have long waits and a packed waiting room. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this practice. They dont care about you, your teeth, or even your overall well being. This will be our last visit, as thankfully, our insurance agrees with our assessment and has approved another dentist in the area.

The staff is helpful, courteous and attentive to my families needs. Dr. Chuks listens to your needs and develops a customized plan of action. My family and I have been patients for 6 plus years and will continue our dental care with Lovett Dental (specially the Missouri City location).

My kids were seen by Dr.Chuks and I’m happy with how this office took care of them. I was told everything that was going on before it was done and was given a detailed treatment plan by the manager with my out of pocket copay after my insurance. We will be returning, the wait was not so bad, the staff kept updating me on the wait which I found very caring and considerate of them.

Great service from start to finish! I’m one who dreads going to the dentist, but this visit put a positive outlook on it. The dental hygienist Suzette and the dentist Dr. Chucks were awesome!
