Rental was superb! Took a solo road trip to Big Bend and Trina, Xavier & the young lady who checked my vehicle back in (she was swamped this morning, couldn’t catch her name) were wonderful. The minivan we reserved arrived almost 2 hours late from the Lake Jackson location. The left rear tire had a slow leak. The low tire pressure light was on, but I told that was because the service person had just put air in the tire and after driving a short while it would go off. It did go off on Saturday only to come back on Sunday halfway between Texas and Missouri. My pick up location was closed at that time. Each day during Spring Break I had to start my day at the gas station checking the air pressure to ensure it wouldnt go flat or blowout while traveling. I tried to get a replacement van from the Branson, MO location, but they didnt have any and did not offer to call me if they received one while I was still in the city. I called my pick up location to see if they could help. Advice: go to Discount tire they will fix it for free. There was no Discount Tire in Branson and the nearest location was in Springfield where they were experiencing a hail, sleet, and snow storm 40 miles from our Branson resort. Drove about 1238 miles having to monitor the tire because Avis didnt resolve the issue.07/09/21 Revisited: Excellent, prompt service. Ms. Trina and staff went above and beyond!! Wonderful experience!!

All three representatives at the Missouri City location were exceedingly courteous: Chantel, Xavier and Tricia. Also, their customer service reps have been nothing short of excellent. This is the second time I have dealt with avis in the past 8 to 10 months after having always used Enterprise as my go-to rental provider. However, this last experience has left a permanent impression that will sway my decision in my future expeditions.

I have always had an EXCELLENT experience at my neighborhood AVIS on Highway 6 in Missouri City. Michael, the manager goes above and beyond in customer service. He knows my preferences in vehicles and if he has to make a substitution, I am always delighted. The cars are VERY CLEAN and I feel confident in this time of CV-19 precautions that Michael keeps my local AVIS in the safest possible condition to help prevent spread.

Very professional, I love renting from them

Ive been renting cars from this location for over a year. The last two times Ive been told that I either did not make a reservation or they dont have the car I reserved. How is it possible to make a reservation and you dont have a car! In the past if the car I reserved was not available I was not able to make a reservation. Also just about EVERY time I get a car it is not clean or not serviced to the point that one car I had stalled on me and I had to change it out at another location. If this location represents Avis (the corporation), there should be more accountability. After all, we are customers paying for a service. No one is giving us ANYTHING free!

Why do you want to go to this store when there is Enterprise is so close by?This review is for this particular store, but not for Avis or Budget in general.These people treat you like they are doing you a favor. Service and care are not at all in consideration. I dealt with 3 people in that store. First person (man) was quick, curt, spoke very few words, but finished transaction swiftly. I have no complaints. On a different day, I dealt with another person (woman), who was more professionally dressed (with uniform), but with similar demeanor as the previous person. She asked me I have three (same brand) (same model) cars, which one do you want? The third person (man) is the worst. He was dressed like a homeless person (torn, stained, and dirty shirt) complete with bad breath and all. I kept an open mine, but his words were so insulting and his treatment was so bad that I decided just to walk out and not do business with them. Because the transaction wasnt complete, I called Budget customer service and they were very courteous and took care of the transaction. So, I put the blame on that particular store and not on Budget or Avis.Then I went to Enterprise Rent-A-Car just a block or two away and the experience there was so good that I regretted for not having gone there in the first place. If I have to rent again in this area, I would just go to Enterprise.

I love the location in Missouri City because they are always friendly and anytime I may have an issue they are always willing to help.

The guys always treat me like gold. Car always ready and they make it very easy. I definitely feel like Im treated special because Im a repeat renter. They greet me by name when I walk in the store. Cant get much better than that!

The process was smooth to pick up and drop off. The prices are very reasonable.

Rude and unprofessional. They dont vacuum in between rentals. We were told for the first time after years of using Avis that because some hair was found in the car we would be charged $350 cleaning fee. We were told we could clean the car ourselves to avoid the fee. When we went to go clean the car the man at the counter was rude and irritated because I asked him to show me the car and what the problem was. I asked if they vacuumed between rentals because the small amount of hair could easily be vacuumed up. He got mad and said you know what Im just going to charge 350. I took keys and vacuumed the car myself. Will never use this location again.

I always like Avis. Good service. Good value. My car broke down. Towed car. got me to the airport on time.

Arrived to pick up my rental and was put in an oversized old SUV, I went back in and told the manager its too big for me can he put me in what I rented a full size car. He stated he didnt have any cars, someone walked in and returned a white Toyota Camry and it was offered to me very very dirty! I returned the car on Sunday and was charged a $15 late fee as well as an extra day, my rental went from $70.93 to $122 plus $51. I called the manager who was rude and was told I was charged an extra day because I left the keys in the drop box mind you Ive used this location for yrs and left the keys in the drop box with no extra fees. I had to call Corporate to complain and they refunded $15 and split the extra day with me, I still had to pay for an extra day I didnt use! Very poor customer service! Ive never heard of making a reservation and no cars being available, I will not be back to that location for a dirty rental!!

Excellent customer service and polite staff. Car was ready when we arrived and was well maintained for a 19K+ miles on the odometer.... Would definitely be renting the next car from this center.

GAS TANK WAS NOT FULL. IT WAS 1/4 LOW. I NOTIFIED EMPLOYEE AND I TOOK PICTURES.

A word of warning to others: my reservation for a minivan for an vacation with extended family was made online on the Avis website weeks ago but not honored. When I went to pick it up, they said they didn’t have a van as they couldn’t call me to confirm that I had really wanted the van. I am being told I can drive out to the airport to pick one up. Note that a phone number is optional when booking as shown below.

We travel frequently w/our jobs & rent a few times a month. Mike is the Mgr of that location & Lawrence is an Agent rep thats always accomodating! They hv Awesome customer service skills & get you in & out quickly! Missouri City Texas is the location Im bragging about!

Classic bait and switch pricing....called local office-rolled over to call center (India) on the phone for 40 minutes with them guaranteeing a price with direct billing to insurance; get over to pick up car and price is different - call customer service and speak to second level management with no relief.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere- I am done with Avis/Budget.

This car rental is highly unprofessional, they handle customers very badly. We booked a big car 2 weeks prior to 4th July long weekend. They called us on previous day to inform that they dont have a big car, our whole plan was disturbed. Highly disappointed by this centre.
