Manager Terry, provided great service as she took me around the property to show me different sizes that i needed. She also gave me important things they offered that I didn’t know i needed to know.

If you go after 7pm you will not be able to get in even if you have a code. No one answers the after hour number nor any other number available. And we were there at 7:30pm. Very frustrating when you have to spend more money on a uhaul truck to come back another day.

Manager was very helpful and unit clean and easily accessible.

I decompressed my storage unit from a larger unit at a close by property to a smaller unit at this property, and after vacating that property, I was charged a substantial amount for an extra month, which included late fees. For several months, I couldnt get anyone to rectify the issue, but soon as Angel was assigned manager to this property, she came in and resolved everything within the wink of an eye. Despite my initial display of aggravation, she was very professional and diligent. Thank you, Angel.

I had the most wonderful, pleasant experience at this location with Chamekia this morning!! She saw I was kind-of in a rush, made sure she accurately answered all my questions, and was immediately able to recommend and show me the best unit for me. Her service was very speedy (which was important for me today), she was kind, and very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the different sized units. And even when I came back this evening to move my things in, even though she was busy cleaning the office, she made sure to smile and greet me warmly. Great service and great prices here!

This is the best Public Storage facility I have used. Always safe, well maintained, and the staff are always friendly and courteous. I recently was out of town for an extended time, and one of the staff named Eileen was so helpful in making sure all of my personal things were taken care of for me. She even did this on her day off.
