Representatives reached out to me and stated that an apartment was 1098 for the time we were looking to move in. However, upon our arrival it felt as if we were being scammed. The leasing agent, Locha, told us different prices with a rude attitude. Then asked me to call the representatives I spoke with recently. When Locha spoke to them she stopped showing interest in us and was arguing with the representative over the phone. Up until that day, customer service was excellent except for the two times we stated that our appointment time we scheduled was incorrect on their end and was never fixed, even though we called twice to make sure this wouldn’t be an issue. We felt scammed and unwelcome during our visit.
I just recently move to this community two months ago and I love it! The staff is amazing they made the whole move in process a breeze from start to finish. Lochah was very nice and professional with my leasing needs. Rene contacted me to confirm everything for my move which was amazing! The manager Mohammed helped me with everything on my day of move in. He was super friendly and professional. I made a great decision. thank you all so much for your help!!!
Ive been a resident for a little over a year now and Rene and Locha have been extremely helpful. They are always pleasant to speak with. Anytime Ive had a problem, theyve jumped right on it.
All my maintenance needs are addressed professionally and quickly with Zed. He’s always so cheerful and follows up with me to make sure things are working properly. I truly appreciate Zed’s care and time that he takes with my unit! He’s a GREAT asset to the Heritage Grand community!!!
Visited these apartments to check them out and I was very impressed. Beautiful on the outside and inside. The front office staff was very friendly, they took time in showing me the different plans a d prices that would fit my needs and took me on a tour. The apartments are amazing on the inside. The pool area was impressive too!
Worst experience I’ve ever had to did with just in 10 months. I’m not going to explain because it’s a lot I’ve witnessed. Don’t waste your time at this place. And please don’t reply on this to explain to the world the lack of consensus on your part.
So I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and haven’t had any problems. Honestly I’ve loved living here for the time I have. Maintenance team is always fast with repairs or if I ever need anything. Office staff has changed over the years but I would say for the best because the team they have at the moment is A1!! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move In the area!!
So I have been apartment shopping around the area and I came across Heritage Grande at Sienna Plantation, from the outside and inside I thought the apartments were very beautiful however, when coming to visit the apartments to view the floor plans they seem to be a bit inconveniencing and not responsive as most apartments have been during this COVID-19 epidemic. I scheduled an appointment via phone to view the medium two bedroom and the largest two bedroom and was told by one leasing agent via phone that the largest one would be available to view however when I went to the property another leasing agent told me something totally different and I was told they are only showing two floor plans which was the 1 bedroom and medium 2bedroom. I was also told that when we got inside the apartment she would give me a call and we would discuss the floor plan and I have never received a phone call from anyone. Just based on my experience alone with the property shows inconsistency and makes me not interested in the property, which I think is really sad because the apartments are outstanding from the inside and outside but I will not waste my time if I cant get any consistency especially because there are so many nice apartments in the area.
Good place, nice and quiet.
Nice Complex, Friendly Staff, and Close to the Highway. This complex was nicely built, clean, and the staff offered water when I walked into the leasing office. Maureen had a nice smile and she answered all my questions about the area, the deposit, and lease length.
We have lived in multiple apartment complexes around Houston and this has by far been the WORST experience and we hardly stayed a few months. Consistently failed to follow up on maintenance issues. After overcharging us and misreading paperwork they were so unprofessional and unresponsive its just disrespectful. Very disappointed.
Current resident... parking is AWFUL!
Delivered items purchased by a resident of the apartment complex. I didnt take any pictures.
Can I get zero stars? The apartment itself was fine. However the constant change in management and how they handle situations was sub par to say the least. If you sign a lease here, make sure you keep a copy of the agreement because when you move out youre going to have to show them on your copy where it says youve had a pet or theyll try to pin you with an unauthorized pet fee. THEY LOSE PAPERWORK.
Kinda disturbing to read some of these reviews. Ive lived here since it was watermark and since Jermisha and Peggy been here, its probably the cleanest its ever been. There are some nasty people here, and I honestly dont know how they even got approved, but whatever, the maintenance people still manage to pick up behind their nastiness. And I dont mean a bottle hear and there, Ive seen people throw a full trash bag out their car and keep driving. They could do a better job with the gym, but they have been doing a good job. And they are always nice to me. If people talk to them how Ive seen the people in my building talk to each other outside at dam near midnight, hell, I wouldnt blame them for having to get a attitude. Cant talk to people like that and expect for them to stay all cheesy and happy go lucky while you be all ignorant. So I guess they need to do something about the gym and the raggedy ghetto people that live here. Good job girls.
The new staff is very rude, unprofessional, never in the office, does nothing they are suppose to. Are very much thiefs. The apartment complex charges a pest control fee, not sure why and there are tons of bugs all around the front doors. Spiders big as eight legged freaks is taking over. No matter how much pest control things I buy or spray there is no getting around the spiders. The parking is very much horrible. I prefer the old staff or new management. I would not rent here.
Is there another disgruntled unhappy soul who would be willing to review the pool? And perhaps explain how u gain entrance to the pool. Is a code needed? Does anyone know what the pool access code is... Please!(Rated 5* to get to top of reviews!)
Karen has been a blessing to me today!!! She worked with me on getting approved for my apartment. She was very helpful and nice. I received her undivided attention until the end. Now I have my KEYS!!!! Yay Thanks Karen
So I was browsing Google for apartments in Missouri City and saw that the idiot from 2 weeks ago left a review about one of the ladies in the office at my sisters complex. I was visiting my sister and brother in law a couple weeks ago and when I tell you that one of the people that stay there talked to the girl in the office SO HORRIBLY!! That would be an understatement. Me and my sister literally had to keep my brother in law from kicking his ass. If that was ME, that would have been the day I lost my job. He called her EVERY name in the book and she stayed calm. And when we tried to comfort her, come to find out, it was all because he was mad we got to the pool before him. If ANYTHING, you should be more concerned about whether or not you would get stuck next to that jackass and not the complex. My sister just renewed her lease, so obviously the new people are doing something right.
Used to be very nice but new manager is running place down
Plain and simple. . . DO NOT LIVE HERE! I wish I could say something positive about the property. Parking, trash service, management; utilities are all well deserving of a one star rating. If you dont take this advice, good luck to you! I’ve lived on mediocre properties before, and Heritage Grand is beyond the worst. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Friendly office staff...Love gated community. Safety is a priority
When I was apartment hunting the reviews are very discouraging, and to some extent they are true, but heres my personal experience. Ive been living here for approximately 4 months, and the only things I hate about this complex are 1) The parking absolutely sucks! There is no room to get in/out of your car, and some of the tenants can be jerks with their parking skills. I have come close to attaching a pillow to their vehicle AND a note. The civil engineers obviously did not outline the parking spaces appropriately. 2) The internet service is atrocious and there is only ONE provider in the entire complex, not sure about cable because I use a firestick. 3) Yes, at times the complex can be dirty, but the staff does an excellent job at trying to keep the complex presentable by holding the tenants accountable for this mess.Other than that, I have never had any problems with the staff. Theyre very pleasant people. Thanks!
I been a resident here since last 3 month. I was this was a class A category apartment. It’s been more than 2 week I submitted a maintenance issue and it’s not been taken care till now.again I submitted another issue last week and till now no response from them.
If I could I would rate 0.This past year we moved in, and at first everything seemed okay, but then we started having trouble with customer service. We decided we needed to end our lease because we moved out of the state on short notice, and had to settle everything with my mother, and from the instance she entered, the staff, was rude. She started of saying unnecessary comments about my mother’s choice of nail polish which then escalated to her being more vulgar and rude to her when we sent her to drop off the keys and the check to cancel the lease. My mom got tired of tolerating her unkindness, and did defend herself, but when we called her back over the situation she went as far as to say she was trying to be nothing but helpful, and she wasn’t sure where my moms hostility came from. My mom isn’t one to go around attacking people, but she is one to defend herself when under attack. The Asst. Manager was great, but the basic staff, was rude, and when I spoke to her myself she went as far as to imply that I was dumb asking me, “you do know to make an email is free right?” All because we send a message under my email, because that’s the email that my husbands used under the lease, but it had my name on it, and it wasn’t okay because they needed an email with his name, therefore she kept making me make a new email with his name on it. (Pathetic, how does it make sense if he signed off on the contract that that was his contact email?)Over all, she is an awful employee, don’t know is she is still there or not. Hopefully not because she does not know how to take care of her residents.
I dont highly recommend this community. I have had problems with management and follow-through with maintenance requests in the past, but with new management and improved service request fulfillment things are better now.I maintain that the property has a serious trash problem. Specifically, front door trash collection times are 6-8 pm Sunday through Thursday only. With no access to a dumpster outside of that tiny time frame, there are no options as your trash begins to stink up your apartment. Also, trash pickup is inconsistent, so I have awoken to find trash all over the common hallway from critters who get into trash left overnight. There is often dog poop all over common areas, and additional fees for water/sewer/trash as high as $150/month for a 1BR/BA apt.
These apartments are ok. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the parking. The parking spots are literally smaller then the average parking spot, so you are literally crammed in trying to get in and out of your car without hitting the next car with your door. Very frustrating
Ordered a dress for a party and I went to go get it the next day and it was not there it was $80 and I told the front and the did not do anything about it they suck
I am actually looking for an apt close to Kitty Hollow Park and saw these apts ... however, ALL the reviews that I am reading are scaring the hell out of me !!!! but so convenient to the places I want to be close to ... I do not live here but I am giving the place a 2 star .. one for the price and two for the location
Horrible . Roaches roaches roaches . And there is a black lady in the office who is so disrespectful. Best move we ever made was to move out of there . STAY AWAY
I was not a happy camper when I first learned they switched office people AGAIN, but that was easily turnes around. Janeka has been really nice and Iam starting to see the improvement of this place. Because Lord, the dumpsters use to be horrible. Its staying cleaner now and my work orders actually get done now. My daughter handles most of my affairs and even she has noticed it being better. Keep up the good work Ms Janeka
Management is very rude and unprofessional we talked to Mia she has been telling us for 2 days she cant show us the appartment. We had call them in the morning she told us she was not sure if she could show us the appartment again we did call around 2pm she said she cant show us, we dont know what is going on but we are interested to get that apartment, in the end I would say they should hire some who should be professional they should corporate with the clients if you cant show us the appartment you could have booked the appoinment for next availability make us feel come back. There is no need to be rude on the phone this is your job to be nice and professional with clients thats what you are getting paid for.
If I could rate it a 0 I would. Although I dont live there my son does and for the past 3 months he has had major water leakage/ damage and getting it repaired was ridiculous. It took 3 months to get workers in but they trashed his apartment, overspray was all over his NEW furniture, they washed the walls that were molded with a bleach combo and he couldnt stay there for days. The mold has since returned and although they have other apartments available they will not do a transfer or compensate him in any form. Apparently the leak never got repaired hence new mold has been found on the walls. Property and Regional management does not return emails and phone calls in a timely fashion at all and their subcontractors are worthless. My 10 year old daughter can repair/paint and clean up better than how my sons apartment was left.
Ive lived here for 2 years and just signed a lease for my 3rd. Unfortunately, they just hired a new African American staff member who is rude and an absolute racist. On Sun. August 5th we went in to ask why the pool was locked. Her response was that the ph balance was off due to the rain and that it was for our own safety that the gates were locked. She said the pool would be open the next day. No more than 10 mins. Passed and my wife and I noticed that she opened the gates for an African American family, that are not even residents here. When I approached her and asked about what she had previously said, she lied and responded that someone had been here earlier to fix the ph balance. Another lie, due to the fact that my apartment directly faces the pool and I had been up since 5am. No one had done anything to that pool. When I called her out on it and stated that I would be speaking to her superior regarding her actions, and blatant racism, she followed me to my apartment, knocked on my door and yelled profanities at my wife. With in 30 min. She called the fortbend county Sherrif and filed a report stating that we had offended her. Fortunately,While the officers were taking our statements, it began to rain again. The non tenant African American family that was allowed to go in the pool area was still out there, and the pool remained open. completely contradicting her explanation earlier as to their process. Outraged to say the least. The Sherrifs office wrote her a citation for disorderly conduct. Our attorney will surely be in touch regarding our newly signed lease and the level of harassment we were subjected to. I no longer feel safe and am concerned about the safety of my family knowing that there is some one like this in our leasing office with access to keys to our apartment and garage.
Office should be open until 6pm but closes earlier. Poor maintenance follow-up or follow through. I have lived here for nearly 3 years and since then, we’ve changed office staff more than three times. When calling the office, the staff takes forever to answer and sometimes they don’t answer all. I have filed several noise complaints and nothing has happened...
OMG.......Im not a resident but do have an appointment to see a 2bedroom. I have to admit, my initial contact at this property pissed me off (for lack of a better word)/Why? I went there on my lunch break to get some information and prices. I walked in and no one spoke a word to me. I thought, okay, theyll acknowledge me in just a second. 20 minutes later, I was still sitting waiting for someone to at least say, Welcome to Heritage Grand, someone will be with you shortly but that didnt happen. I got up, put my purse on my arm like Madea and walked straight the hell out. I calm down after getting home and thought, maybe they were just busy, call them. I did, I made an appt then 5 minutes later, I see these reviews. Thank you Jesus for letting me see this in time to avoid a tragic mistake. Thanks guys!!!!
The apartments are nice on the inside. Clean, new, and bright. Great floor plan with unique island style kitchen set up.But outside is a different story. Constantly trash everywhere, dirty walkways. The valet trash service is hit or miss. Not at all what I expected from a property in Sienna. Loud neighbors, parties til late night hours, etc..Utility bills are higher than any apartment Ive ever lived in. About $100+/month for water & sewer in a rather small apartment. And at least another $100+ for electric. Also, tv and internet service availability is limited to one company, called Entouch. Significantly more expensive than at&t or Comcast. The spots in the parking lot are strangely narrow. My car doors have taken a beating from other cars because we are forced to park so close to each other. I have lots of new door dings and scratches on my car because the spaces are so tight. Recently they sent out a notice that they were going to start towing cars that werent parked in between the parking stripes...Seems like they are trying get more people to rent garages LOL..But the biggest thing for me was when maintenance came to fix a cracked window in one of the bedrooms. (it was already cracked when I moved in). After they finished the repair, I came home to find small pieces of glass on the carpet in the bedroom. Along with some trash/plastic covering off the new window pane. This bedroom was my 4 year old sons room, and the glass pieces were right next to his toys and where he plays daily. Luckily I discovered the glass before he did!Currently in the process of buying out of my lease after only 4 months.
The space inside is average, but theres a pool. The gate there isnt helpful and anybpdy could get past it, if they arent in a vehicle.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived here from 2014-2015. The rent is expensive (almost $1,000 for a one bedroom on the third floor), but on top of the rent being expensive, the utilities are ridiculously high. After water, electric, the internet they force you to use, etc. living here was around $1,700/month. Believe the terrible reviews. My granite bathroom sink snapped in half and they did not repair it for 3 months. They do not clean the staircases or halls within the apartment community so they are filled with bugs, spider webs, wasps nests, etc. Also, they do not power wash the cement between the apartments so you smell the trash that has leaked out of peoples bags. The trash area is so close to the apartment building I was in that on any average day it smelled like garbage. Also, the water bill is over $100 easily. They have a mud tax that they claim everyone in the Sienna community has to pay. My actual water usage was only $13 a month but with the mud tax, valet trash, valet trash fee of an additional $5, the pest control (that they obviously dont use), etc. the bill climbs to at least $110. You are forced to use enTouch for the internet which is roughly around $70 just for internet. I wasnt inclined to write a review until I got a collection on my credit for $210. I gave the apartment complex my forwarding address, my cell, my email, plus they had my account on file to autodraft, but I never got a notice. The collection agency they use would not give me a transcript of their attempts to collect. Mind you I moved out in May 2015 and this appeared on my credit report in February 2016. Save yourselves money and headaches by not moving here. I would have expected this from a place where I was paying $400-500/month, not a complex that claims to a luxury apartment complex in the Sienna community.
Written: 1/4/2016- Considering the fact that I worked in the apartment industry throughout college, I know whats normal apartment tendencies, and what is not. This apartment should be labeled as a C property based on the terrible customer service, incompetency of the office staff despite the high rent, and poor structure. In this case, the rent does not represent the overall quality expectation.Stay far away from the money sucking dump. The carpet was filthy when I moved in. It had stains all over the place, but I moved in despite my better judgment (my mother had recently passed away and I wanted a fresh start). Boy do I wish I had listened to my intuition. There were huge roaches inside the apartment the day after I received my keys. No, they were not there the day that I signed my lease, or else I would have politely given the keys back to the apt complex. The apartments were poorly thrown together. For instance, I was unable to have the living room light on as well as my tv, wireless soundbar, and stove as well as the kitchen light on without the breaker tripping. My father, a mechanical engineer, stated that whoever installed the electrical wiring couldnt have possibly been certified to do so because that should not be happening. So dont expect to cook and watch tv at the same time. The plumbing in the restroom is below standard. I had a water leak in the ceiling in the restroom for over 2 months, and black mold developed. It wasnt until I reported the mold that they sent a contractor to simply paint over the bubbling paint in the ceiling. Approximately 2 days after the contractor painted the ceiling, the leak persisted and I had water all over my bathroom floor again. I reported the leak once again and maintenance came out and repaired the leak and then had the nerve to tell me that they were glad that it was finally repaired because it was water leaking from the above residents toilet from whenever they flushed their toilet. SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT FOR TWO MONTHS IVE HAD FECES AND URINE DRIPPING FROM MY CEILING??? Unacceptable isnt even the word. I was furious, but only had a few months remaining.I am a very clean individual, lived alone, and literally cleaned daily and still had roaches. HUGE ROACHES. There were times that I literally packed some clothes and went to stay at my boyfriends house while the roaches had a party. If my credit was bad I promise that I would have broken my lease and I would not have paid them a dime. Pest control did not work. You will definitely have move-out charges despite your apartment being left in the same condition that it was when you moved in. I gave the assistant manager my forwarding address so that they could send me any correspondence letters regarding move-out charges, along with my keys and remotes. I never received a letter. I didnt think anything of it since I gave the ASSISTANT MANAGER my forwarding address. 2 months later I receive a call stating that my account was sent to collections and 2 days after that I received a letter stating that I owed $250.00 PLUS INTEREST due to the debt being unpaid in full. You guessed it, I ended up being charged for the filthy looking carpet, holes in the wall (which I take full credit for since I did mount my tv in the living room), and move-out fees that even the office couldnt explain. I owed $253.00 upon move-out (including interest). I have gone to the apartment office twice since talking to the collection agency, the last visit was on 12/16/2015 and the Assistant Manager at that time stated that she would remove the carpet charges;she even went so far as to tell me that the changes would be reported to collections agency by the following day. Here were are on January 4, 2016 and the changes have not been sent to collections, interest still accruing. I am absolutely sick and tired of dealing with this, but right is right and wrong is wrong. I refuse to pay for the carpet charges because it was disgustingly filthy before I even moved my belongings in.Moral of the story is: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Very Nice and Very Pricey
Be ware! The customer service is horrible. When you call they dont answer and when you get someone they are not helpful at all.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not live here. When you call no one answers phone. If someone does respond they are not helpful at all.
Great place for shopping
Cool place
The new staff is rude and unprofessional
