Bob is so knowledgeable and personable. Cant wait to get my almost 40 year old Viking machine repaired.

I wish I could give -0 stars. The service is unbelievably bad! I took my machine in and was told they’d call when it was ready. MORE THAN 2 WEEKS LATER I CALLED THEM and was told it was ready. I got the machine home and it didn’t work and I heard something rattling around inside. I took it back in and was told they’d check it and call me in a day or two. No call! I called THEM on day 3 and was told it was ready, that a set screw wasn’t put back on...causing the problem. We live out of town, so not convenient to run into Missoula for these trips. My husband picked it up and got it home—they had left a part off of the machine. I called and the person I spoke with told me she’d look for it and call me. NO CALL BACK, so I called and was told it was found and they’d mail it. Very unprofessional in never calling back. And for the money they charged for the repair I would think they’d check their work. Won’t go back.

I called Bobs Sew VAC Center and Ann has helped me with my sewing machine pedal issue. She has assisted me before with sewing machine issues and my Moms as well. She is very knowledgeable about so many machines and can find whatever we need! Ann is patient and has superb customer service skills.

She didnt help and she was incorrect.disappointing.

Where do I start?! My experiences with Bob go back to at least 1979 and have always been superb. I would recommend Bobs Sew & Vacuum for all of their sewing machine needs be in buying a machine or having one serviced/repaired. I have bought new and used sewing machines from him over the past many years that I have known and done business with him. I look forward to continuing to do business with him for many more years.

This store is built on solid service and products by a hard-working, knowledgeable, caring gem of a man who is ready to help you with whatever your needs might be!I just want to say Bob has been a real helper for me! He has been flexible and willing to fix my old machines if that is what I wanted plus to evaluate what my sewing needs and offer suggestions when asked for future and immediate purchases. He has been candid and caring, willing to share information and ensure understanding. I really am grateful for this kind of attention, it is what makes businesses succeed. I am glad to bring my sewing needs local, so go see what real service is about!I really appreciate his attention to detail, willingness to serve and accommodate - he even stayed late when I hadnt meant to impose by being so late, and without complaint. I enjoy his attentive, good listening skills, resourceful and a problem solver. I live in Anaconda. I called to ask a question about my wifes machine. The help I got was more then I expected. They walked me thru my issue and sight on seen we had the problem solved. If I have any issues and just need my machine serviced. We will drive there to get it fixed. Thank you so much for your help.

They sell and fix all vacuums and sewing machines. They have or can order extra parts. They also have quilting classes, which I just learned. Its a bit crowded but that because they have everything!! :-) Very nice people who run Bobs Sew Vac Center! I highly recommend.

Bob and staff give quality service, and for industrial machines, hes the only local tech

I was merely curious about sewing machines and went in one day to inquire about them. Bob spent an hour and a half showing, explaining, and demonstrating all of the capabilities of the different machines. I learned more in that length of time than I could have ever imagined before entering. An hour and a half well spent. Thanks Bob, for the amazing service.

My husband bought an industrial machine from Bob. Bob was always polite and professional. The service was outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone.

I couldnt believe how great they were at Bobs. I brought in an old sewing machine that I thought was broken, but they tested it and assured me everything was working great. They told me that my machine was worth a lot of money, and helped me try to get a light bulb for it. Although we couldnt get a light bulb to work with my machine, they didnt charge me a bit for any of their time. They are experts and really nice.
