I did not know Mr.Bagnell before I took an industrial sewing machine for him to repair. I said I would be in town overnight and he went right to work on it.I picked up the machine in the morning. This is incredible service. The price was reasonable and I had no problem with it. I live in a rural area and to get to Mr. Bagnells shop was a 6 hour round trip. It was worth every minute and penny. I fully recommend this repair shop.

Colin fixed my machine the first time I brought it in! Not my experience with the dealer/repair service In North Central Idaho! I highly recommend Bagnell Sewing Center to anyone & everyone needing sewing machine repair work. His repair rates are quite reasonable and he offers quick turnarounds. For me, it is worth the 300 mile round trip when my machines need work or service.

The Best customer service ever! I found myself with a broken machine and an order to complete. They kindly borrowed me a machine so I could complete my order..I decided to purchase it and they let me make a couple payments! WONDERFUL PEOPLE!
