We parked in front of the business owners house on the street while visiting friends for approximately 2 hrs. We came back outside and the owner had backed his trailer up to the back of our vehicle and parked his truck touching our front bumper. When we tried to contact the owner by knocking, ringing the doorbell, and calling the phone number on his vehicles, he would not respond and we were forced to call the police. He then ignored 3 police officers knocking on his door and windows. He came out only after the tow truck was hooked up to his truck to tow it away. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE.

If you need a patio done I would use someone that knows how to communicate with people instead of going out of their way to block a vehicle in that was legally parked and then ignoring that person and law enforcement. Shows poor communication skills and a likely hood that if you have issues with their work they will simply ignore you so why take the risk? The fact they used company property to do this really shows they wanted to get their deed out to the public.

Aggressive and unprofessional.. Need to move back to Miami where they’re from. Maybe they’re like that down there, but that’s not how we are here

I called Western Montana Patio to schedule an estimate for a patio and as an after thought texted Dirik the day before he was coming to see if he would install vertical blinds that I had ordered for my dining room sliding doors while he was here. He told me that would not be a problem. He did such an awesome job and is such a pleasant person to deal with. He actually tweaked the custom wood valance that was in place so it could still be used for the new blinds. It looks PERFECT and I am very pleased with his work!!! Ive decided he is going to be my go to man for everything I am unable to do myself. I am so looking forward to having him install my patios. He is more than fair in his pricing which was a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Very, very pleased.

Dirik was great to work with, such attention to detail. He did a make over of our patio we put in 20 years ago and I cant believe what a beautiful job he did, looks like new!!! And the price was reasonable, we highly recommend Western Montana Patio. Jeff and Pam Smith
