We had Sprinkler Maniac installed our new sprinkler system today. They were here first thing in the morning I have a good size yard they were done before noon very professional showed us everything about the system. Great group of people working here, wonderful attitudes, would definitely recommend them to anyone.Thank you so much no more hoses 😁

We rebuilt our house and had Sprinklers Maniacs put a new sprinkler system around the house. They showed up Friday to look at the install scheduled for Tuesday to check out the pump and the land around the house.They came Monday afternoon and started to prepare. We had some additional issues with the irrigated section in front of the house which we pointed out. They walked through our requirements (mix of sprinklers and drip) and marked sprinkler sites.Tuesday the planner showed up early and reviewed the flags then moved some around. This is a complicated system further complicated by a large irrigation pump. By the end of the day it was WORKING.I don’t think I have seen such a well coordinated team (10 guys) ever.

I have used John and the guys for several years and they are always amazing. This year, especially, they went out of their way to help me. I just needed a startup but wasn’t able to schedule the same time as my neighbor. They kept me updated and fit me in so I could have a similar appointment time. I cannot begin to tell you how kind they are. I recommend them to whoever needs sprinkler set up, repair, anything!

Buyer beware. Sprinkler Maniac sent a technician to my house to repair my system and after some discussion, I requested a quote from them for an entire replacement of my underground sprinkler system. The technician was courteous and said he would provide me a quote. While he was at it he repaired two of my broken sprinkler heads before he left to go work up a quote. I had no issues with this aspect of their customer service.However, a few hours later I received the attached quote that was a bit to vague for my liking. I emailed them back and requested further clarification about several aspects of their quote as I wanted to be sure that both parties were on the same page. The technician who came to my house told me that the quote would be for a new sprinkler system. However, upon reviewing their quote, I had several questions including the replacement of all the underground water lines. In my mind, a new sprinkler system should have all new underground PVC pipes installed and their quote did not list this item which led me to believe that we might not be on the same page. Thus, my request to them for further clarification.I also requested additional clarification on a few other aspects of their quote so as to be positive that both them and myself were on the same page.This was their response, Thank you for your detailed replies to the quote. Unfortunately, I think we are going to be incompatible to do business together, and its best you consider another company for a new sprinkler system. Thanks for the business the past few years.I am positive that I dodged a bullet in this situation and will not be proceeding with utilizing them again in the future as I refuse to do business with any business who refuses to address a prospective customers concerns and request for further clarification. I have learned the hard way to have any and all repair work spelled out in clear and concise language. Unfortunately, Sprinkler Maniac is unable or unwilling to accommodate my request to spell things out on paper in a clear manner which leads me to believe that they may not be up to the task.Like I said, they are a great company to do business with regarding the replacement of a sprinkler head or two but unfortunately, they are not good at their customer service aspect of things when it comes to a high dollar job proposal. I will be spending my money with a different company who is willing to clearly spell things out as that is what is in the best interest of both parties when entering into an agreement.

I have been using sprinkler maniac for the last 9 years and appreciate so much their communication and prompt, quality service. I feel like I am known by name even though I know they have SO many customers and their prices are competitive for install and maintenance. When my mother was FINALLY ready to do underground sprinklers I told her there was only one way to go! They did an amazing job and she couldn’t be happier, like me!

They came out to do my sprinkler blowout on the scheduled date, but since it was cold so early my above ground garden sprinkler pipes were frozen. They came back at a later date when it was warmer to finish blowing out those pipes at no extra charge. Great service and great price too. Ill call them for any other sprinkler needs I have.

They made changes to heads that were broken or not getting the best coverage, they also moved and raised some heads. They even found a buried sprinkler head that I completely forgot about. Do you want someone tearing up your beautiful lawn with a shovel ? Then your once beautiful yard looks like a mine field, you say to yourself... I paid thousands of dollars to ruin my lawn, and was it done right by the lowest bidder, hopefully so !John the owner of sprinkler maniac was on time, gave us a fair bid price, after reading their company reviews it was the reason why I called them in the 1st place.We are so thankful we did, the crew of 3 was awesome, fast, friendly, extremely professional and they worked hard all day, and when they were done you could barely tell they were ever there.Their small unit sliced through our grass like a knife pulling the mains and lines to their sprinkler head destinations, then they drove the tires over the slices in our lawn and it was done. Then they fine tuned the sprinkler heads to target their intended paths of water.Then we were trained by their foreman about how to program the rain bird control box.he set it up for us explaining it clearly as to how to set up all 7 zones, time of day and duration, 35 heads went in the ground that day and we are now set free of dragging hoses to water 9,000 square feet of lawn. The bottom line is we are set free of the headache, the lawn is green and its all watered before breakfast.Tip: dont expect the best scenario if your lawn is not picked up, prepped, mowed and ready for a team of maniacs to be the best that they can be. I set my mower at 2 to give them a clear path to success. Our date of installation was may 15th, 2017 and the rain bird sprinkler system has run perfectly, I know Im a early riser I walk out with a cup of coffee in my hand, I open up my news paper and watch our lawn being watered as I relax in a lawn chair. I knew these guys were good, but John and his crew have demonstrated professional knowledge and skill set that has greatly exceeded my expectations! Whenever my husband or I have even a quick question about our sprinkler/watering system that could probably be answered over the phone, John shows up (after he should be home having dinner and a beer) and not only answers the question, but sorts out a multitude of other issues that we didnt even know about. John and his staff do an excellent job with all types of sprinkler systems. My lawn used to look like a rainbow of colors and my system is old and often unreliable. Sprinkler maniac does excellent Repair Jobs, and since their work on my system Ive had no problems and my lawn looks great.

Moved in to a house last fall that had a few issues with leaks in the sprinkler system and a one old sprinkler head, and John was able to address all of the issues and ready the system for the summer in about an hour, and answered all of my questions about future possibilities of adding a drip line zone to my garden beds. John came by and fixed all of the issues with my system that was extensively damaged when the sidewalk was replaced in front of my house. He was quick and efficient and I ended up with a better system than when I started.

John came out to a rental house at 8:00 AM Saturday morning and had pre-built a replacement backflow preventer. He had it all installed and the system checked within an hour. This guy really knows his stuff! If you want it done right the first time, use these guys.

Offers a cash discount on blowouts but I stopped by twice during regular business hours and both times nobody was around. Not very professional if you ask me. Waste of my time driving there too
