Rick is absolutely Awesome!! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional! He was very accommodating as we are now in a rental and couldnt have equipment mounted to the home. Thanks Rick for going above and beyond for my family! We are LOVING the service!

Weve gone through Centric for over a year, pay 60.00 for high speed internet (which they said was great service) and 90 percent of the time we cannot connect. If we can connect its slower than dial up days, we live in the country so its really our only option. However, a rip off paying as much as we do for Dr appt service, Also, they never answer the phone when you call and they dont get back to you right away. I asked they have the manager call me a year ago, hes never called, Im ready to say heck with it and go to Dish.

Biggest piece of crap internet service if thats what you want to call i cant even get them to come out and make mine even remotely usable. Takes an hour to pay bills online if Im able to stay logged in that long have no other service available out by Frenchtown where I live and they know it. Are there minus stars to rate them JUNK !!!!!

We have had Centric Internet service for 3 years now and up until about 4 or so months ago it was good then it all changed! They started having equipment issues and we were with out internet for days and the customer service was rude and unhelpful. They only offer excuses and never solutions. Recently our internet signal has been bouncing in and out. I called and Katie told she would send their tech up to our house to check out the equipment to make sure it was functioning properly. That tech never came. We called two more times before we were finally told that it was a miracle that we even had service (what have I been paying $50 a month for?) and if we wanted to find another internet service they would understand. I am not sure who owns Centric, but I would be furious if an employee of mine ever told a customer that!Even though I would have preferred to have had the issue fixed I am now being forced to find a new service. I would caution anyone thinking about getting Centric Internet to shop for something else.

Supposedly they offer high speed. But only if you live in Missoula proper. They, along with other ISPs apparently are disinterested in expanding high speed further it into places like Frenchtown (where I live). The best they offer is 1 mbps. Cant stream movies off my xbox so I dont even bother with Netflix. I can download a movie off iTunes...IN TWO DAYS. I play competitive online multiplayer (call of duty and halo), but with both Centric and CenturyLink its virtually impossible with their garbage connections. If I had a better option Id take it.

Beware of this company. They do not follow up on service calls. And will send you to collections for services you never received.I run a small business here in Missoula and high-speed Internet is crucial to my operations. I was very optimistic at first. I like supporting local businesses and building relationships. Sherry, the receptionist guaranteed I would get a speed of 4 to 6 Mbs and then the owner Rick told me the same when he came out to complete the installation.I explained to both of them how important it is to have a high speed connection as we upload large files on a regular basis. After the first week I was experiencing average speeds below 1.5 Mbs and it was delaying our operations. While files were uploading we couldnt use the Internet. So I was paying my employees to sit around and do nothing. This poor Internet connection was hurting my business and losing me money.I quickly called Centric and spoke with Sherry who said she would look into it and get back to me. After one week I received no follow-up. So I made a second call and once again Sherry said she would get back to me. One week later still no follow up. I then decided to walk into the office to confront them in person. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Nothing. I was completely ignored.I spent the next several weeks scrambling to find another provider that could provide a faster service. I was finally able to switch to one of the big companies and get my business back online. I then cancelled service with Centric. To my surprise they actually started sending me bills. I responded with a letter stating that I never received the service promised, was completely ignored and will not pay for something that caused my business to lose money.One year later I received a letter from a collections company. When I called Centric to dispute the charge, Sherry denied all wrong doings. She said the owner Rick would call me back. One week later still no call. So I feel its necessary to share my experience with others who might be considering using Centric.In summary, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I just cant believe a small company in Missoula would treat their customers so poorly.

Our service was out for 21 of the 30 days of june. Left numerous messages with them and no call back. They refused to give any bill credit. When it does work its too slow for Netflix or streaming UPDATE 7-5-17 just found out this company sent us to collections for $437 for canceling their services that somewhat worked 20% of the time. Filling to sue them in small claims court tomorrow
