We called Josiah after recently acquiring a hot tub, he has been out a few times & is always honest & professional, & very knowladgable his services are affordable & we appreciate that he worked us in when he was in our area! (We are in Corvallis) Our hot tub Is older, but in great condition, so worth the couple things he has done for us, I have & will recommend him to friends & family for their spa needs. In fact im in it right now writing this review, thanks again Josiah!!

Josiah called me back the same day! Although he doesn’t specialize in pool pumps he saved me a lot of time (and likely $$) by giving me some helpful tips over the phone. Will definitely call him if we need help with our hot tub😉👍🏼

I had a problem that the power went out to my spa. He walked me through mitigation for more than an hour at no charge, then came out for a house call when it had dethawed. Was quickly able to identify and repair where it had shorted out, I will call him for all my hot tub needs. Genuinely good guy.

Pleasant, professional and easy to work with. I had initially called a different Spa repair service, Unlimited who never bothered to follow up after I told him that I had contacted the Freeflow hot tub manufacturer and they said I will need to replace my heater with sensor (He wanted to replace the Control box). Josiah was able to diagnose that my issue was the heater without my prompting and ordered the part at a reasonable price and came in on a weekend to complete the job. 5 stars! Highly recommended.
