I bought my tub 2 years ago, and it has been perfect! The sales team was great, and the installation done seamlessly. Recently, we discovered that a power outage happened that impacted the tub, and the 10 degrees below zero that then happened caused one of the pipes to freeze. Tim, our excellent service man from Spas of Montana, did an emergency call and saved my hot tub from totally dying in the upcoming 9 degree weather. When I initially bought my spa, I had a great experience. Now that I need help, for the most part all I get is an answering machine and only twice did they call back and told me they would find out what happened to my parts, but never called back. Havent been able to use my tub in a month, and I ended up going to the store to get answers. You cant blame covid for lack of customer service. And my parts? Good question.

Just bought my first hot tub from Spas of Montana (03/15/2020). The sales staff was very knowledgeable and great to work with and the installers were equally great. Their selection gives you a great value for your money. I cannot recommend this business enough! They are great to deal with - you wont be disappointed.

Recently purchased a hot tub and found the staff to be knowledgeable, professional and committed to customer service. Although there was a minor issue it was related to factory equipment installed and not due to any issue with Spas of Montana or their staff. It was a bit tricky to diagnose, but their follow through was critical in identifying the glitch and prompt remedy. Outstanding customer service and will readily recommend them for others seeking a hot tub/spa. These guys know their hot tubs! We knew we wanted a hot tub but didnt know exactly what. Brian and Michael were both very patient showing us different tubs and explaining the different features. They know every inch inside and out of every tub. We looked at almost every tub. Awesome customer service! They are also excellent explaining how to set up and maintain your tub. Service has been much better in the past. Now it is impossible to contact store by phone (nobody answers it), no follow-ups happen on discussed issues, no return calls, and I had 2 no-shows for services scheduled in advance. I am moving on to another company for services and purchase of products.

After visiting many other stores and several visits with Brian and his team..I recently purchased a beautiful Amore Bay tub from Spas of Montana. We are thrilled with our new hot tub..Brian gave us a deal as it had a blemish ( which we still have not located!) They set it on our deck which is a good 8 feet off the ground with no issues, Liam came on a Saturday and spent the morning setting it up and teaching me how to properly care for and operate it! After much research and shopping around, we narrowed our search down to one of the brand name spas (not a big-box-store spa due to the long term cost). We worked with Michael at Spas of Montana who immediately zoned into just what we were looking for. He did not immediately push us over to the highest end, most expensive spa since I had told him what we were looking for. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable, and even though we were pretty confident in what we wanted, he gave us a lot of things to consider that we hadnt before. Ultimately we ended up with a fantastic spa, the price was really good and when I compared the price we paid to others online across the country, we did very well. Delivery was fast, it was free, and the guys who dropped off the spa and hooked it up were awesome and really took great care of both the new tub and our property. HIGHLY recommend Spas of Montana!

All tubs were imperfect in some manner and we found that by sharing our past experience with Brian and his team at Spas of Montana they were able to match our family to the best dimension spa that would serve our purposes. Our new tub was a blem- imperfect color mark 1/8 of an inch in length ( CANT SEE IT!!!!). It arrived on site with issues/ Spas of Montana replaced components immediately/they have continued to provide assistance when dealing with techno issues easily over the phone- never making excuses; only finding solutions! My wife and I couldnt be more pleased - Brian and his crew are top drawer. I did a lot of research both online and in person before settling on Spas of Montana. I bought a floor model and they had it installed within a week. No high-pressure sales, upselling, or insistence on buying every accessory under the sun. They were very accommodating in letting me wet-test the ones I was interested in, so Im confident I chose the right one. Weve been very happy with our hot tub and they made it clear they stand behind their product. Having it only a week, I havent really put that to the test but they did quickly address a minor cosmetic issue I discovered on the first use. Theyve also taken plenty of time to help me learn about caring for the water. My research put Dimension One on par with the other brands sold in Missoula, but the price and service at Spas of MT was superior.
