We had a disappointing and frustrating experience with Anthony and Montana Custom Floors. We hired Montana Custom Floors to fill control joints, grind and seal a concrete floor. Anthony was friendly and responsive up until the project started. The control joints and other irregularities were filled with white concrete; it had not even occurred to me anything other than gray might be used. I let Anthony know the same day that the white was not going to work, he initially said he would fix it. I did not hear anything for several days, and when I finally was able to reach him, he said it was not possible to get gray concrete, and that he was not willing to grind out the white concrete anyway. His only suggestion was to apply a layer of thin-set over the entire floor, which we were not interested in doing. The last time Anthony answered my call, he hung up on me and then followed up with terse text messages. Our floor now needs a lot more labor to get to a finished state, and we are out our 50% deposit.

We used this company to install epoxy floor in our garage. We were out of state when work was done. We paid them prior to inspection.For a while they took our calls, scheduled appointments to repair, failed to show now refusing to answer text or call. We have advised that we will take to them to court, even this fails to motivate this family run business. DONT GO NEAR THEM

Anthony came over to evaluate my situation. The newly poured concrete garage floor was not poured and finished level. There were areas of drainage into the home instead of out through the garage door. Anthony provided an estimate for the leveling procedure and an epoxy flooring. Returning later he and his assistant completed the job in three days time. The floor has drawn many compliments from friends and family for its beauty and texture.

Montana Custom Flooring was fantastic. They installed a beautiful garage floor for me and their attention to detail, professionalism and high quality of work was awesome. I would highly recommend this company and their craftsmanship to anyone that wants to transform their garage floor into something that is beautiful and will last a lifetime. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would.

Awesome place to have your flooring needs met. This guy started everything on his own, is very knowledgeable and just tries his best to be helpful. Everything was amazing. Anthony is super OCD which is what you want. It’s all in the details. He was honest about everything when asked very open and up front guy.

Shoddy work and they refused to come back and fix it. I would Never recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding basement floors completed! Left the basement Very clean during and after the install. Wonderfull working with Anthony and Cody. We are using them for future projects in the garage. My basement floor is a work of art!

I saw pictures of the companys work via facebook (AMAZING!) and contacted the owner for more information. Anthony responded to my inquiry right away and said he would be happy to come by our property and do a free quote! We have yet to schedule the inspection due to my own availability, but we fully anticipate hiring them in the future. I was really impressed with both the quality of work on the companys facebook page and the professionalism showed by the owner as well.

I apparently upset Anthony by saying I would be there to observe his work and that started a refund of my $1000 down payment which since July he has not completely refunded. Beware this very temperamental individual.
