You need to have a chat with your driver that endangered my son by tailgating me on Highway 93 between Lolo and Missoula today. It’s amazing that he thought tailgating me would make the car in front of me go faster. He proceeded to tailgate everyone else that was in front of him the entire way to Missoula until he realized I was filming him. US DOT 815586 truck number 6533. He should also know hauling an empty trailer poses a risk for fishtailing, endangering everyone around him when he is driving as erratic as he was.

These guys are amazing in their customer service! The day before yesterday, I rented a residential power washer. I ran out of time, returned the equipment and reserved it again to pick up this morning. I live clear out in Target Range, and it is a little bit of a jaunt to get to their West Broadway location. So, I drive all the way over there, pick up the machine, drive all the way home, unload it from the car, haul it into the back yard and start setting up only to find that today, I couldnt insert the wand hose into the machine. Perplexing. With that I called, they said we will send someone over. Wow, I wasnt expecting that! So, the fellow shows up, helped me solve the problem, and offered some handy suggestions on other products and techniques that could help me complete the project. This was really over the top service, in my opinion, and would recommend their services. Thank you Pro Rentals! :)

Rented me a machine with a busted e-brake. Wanted to give me an engineering lesson rather than talk about making it right. I wont be back.

Wonderful staff and service. Enjoyed doing business with them so much we just kept buying and buying and buying. Ross gave our employees training on the new equipment and was so nice about assisting us if need it in the future. Above and beyond what youd expect!!!!
