Mark responded immediately, worked around my schedule to come out to my home the next evening and took the time to discuss all the different options that were available while taking accurate measurements. We met him at his showroom in Mission Viejo the next day and you can tell Mark passion for his work by his exceptional customer service! He really wants you to be happy with your investment. He provided several quotes based on different options and always with a smile and prompt! Once we made our selection, he was even able to squeeze our install in the same week! Mark and his team did an excellent job in my home. I hired Floor Gallery to refloor and install audio cables in my living room as well as refloor and replace the showers and a single bathtub in our two bathrooms. Floor Gallery also refloored our hallway. In addition, there were two small bedrooms which I had his team take out the intervening wall making a single large room. The workers did an excellent joy reflooring all of the above, doing the necessary drywall and finishing work making the bathrooms, single large room and flooring leaving them looking incredible. There were the normal delays here and there as would might be expected as conflicts with respect to worker availability became apparent because of an unexpected surge of customer projects came on board at the same time as my project was in play. Nevertheless, the team did an excellent job and brought the work in within an acceptable timeframe. There were only two issues which Mark immediately handled one of which required a bit of work but both were done within a day or two. I would recommend Floor Gallery for any project. Mark and his firm are licensed to do any kind of work in a house as he did with mine which while surprised I was delighted in that I did not have to hire another contractor to do the other work. Highly recommended. Prices are well within reason as you would expect in the Orange County, CA market.
