Our home was only a year old but due to the worst builder in South Orange County we were blessed with crooked walls and framing, leaky pipes, mold, crooked tile, cheap and crooked cabinets etc. Basically had to gut our entire home to fix. The first thing that impressed us was, that JAMES, the owner of the company, was on sight working with his crew and guiding each step to ensure satisfaction! The quality of materials and labor are #1! Second, Tony the salesman and eye for design, helped us with final decisions. He understood the scope of the project and assured us that our home dreams WOULD come true! We had the highest of expectations after all that we had previously been through and are beyond satisfied with our NEW, new home!! We can sleep at night thanks to James Remodeling! We talked to multiple contractors for a home remodel that included a complete master bathroom makeover, new tile flooring in the master bedroom, updated banister and new front porch tiling. James bid seem to be the most thorough and fully understanding what we were looking for. The master bathroom had not been changed since 1990, and we were amazed at how quickly James created our dream bathroom. He has contemporized the look of our house. James and his crew were excellent communicators, prompt and efficient. We highly recommend him for your next job!

James Remodeling did a terrific job on my bathroom. There were a lot of details to cover and they explained them all. They were always on time, courteous, and professional. I look forward to enjoying my new bathroom for at least a few decades!

I read a lot of good reviews about James Remodeling Inc, and decided that it could be right place to make bookcase for my living room. I went to the store to discuss details, look at the materials and make estimation. Though I came around 4:30(store hours until 6:30), manager looked in a hurry, and he obviously didn’t want to discuss details. He copied my paper with my drawings of the bookcase, and took my contact information . He told me that estimation would be tomorrow or at the worst the day after tomorrow. 2 days later: no estimation, no call, no email. Waste of my time. And what is interesting: When I was leaving Alicia town plaza around 5:10, the store was already closed while on google maps store hours is until 6:30.

Going through a home remodel is a very difficult time; especially if you are living in the house with a family. I cannot say enough great things about James Remodeling and their amazing company. I will begin by talking about James and Armin and the many other fantastic people that worked on my home. They were professional, responsive, detailed oriented, and just super nice. I made many changes at the last minute and they just were helpful and kind. Their work was amazing and I felt so fortunate that I found this company. Every detail was handled and they were so clean throughout the process. They kept me up to date on the schedule and told me exactly when they would be at my home. It is always a bit nerve wracking to choose the “right” contracting company for home remodeling. I moved into a new house and needed to completely gut my master bathroom. After four different quotes and meetings, I went with James Remodeling and I could not be happier. Armin was seriously the BEST and oversaw the entire process, from start to finish. His attention to detail, timeliness and management were flawless. James and his team are masters at their trade as everything, especially the tile work, was exquisitely executed. On time, professional and extremely CLEAN….as I am stickler for keeping the house immaculate. I can not say enough. If you are on the fence, take the leap. They made the process seamless and I am beyond thrilled with the results as you can see from the before and after shots. Top of their game. Used James Remodeling for a renovation of my home and they did a great job. From the time I first met with Armin to plan the job to completion all went according to plan. All the work was done on the promised schedule and the job was very reasonably priced. Change orders were minimal and when a change order was needed the pricing was very reasonable and the work done on the original time line. The quality of work was excellent. I would use them again on a new project without hesitation.

This father/ son duo is fantastic! It’s the first time we have done any kind of remodeling and we stumbled upon James Remodeling through online reviews. We completely remodeled our kitchen including taking out a wall, repiped the house, replaced flooring and added can lights and ceiling fans. Not only are they trustworthy, but their entire team takes immense pride in their work and the finished product shows their artistry. This company earned our trust right off the bat and has been extremely responsive to questions and ideas along the way. We would absolutely recommend them and will use them for any future projects.

When we decided to replace our old and ugly looking kitchen countertop with the more modern looking and trendy quartz countertop, we call James Remodeling in Mission Viejo and they invited us to their showroom. They showed us a lot of quarts and other types of countertops at reasonable prices. Their installer were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our kitchen looks real nice and we are happy with the experience working with these guys. Give them a call, youll like them too.

They were so easy to work with. They come to the job site to personally check on the project and offer suggestions and improvements. their work on my clinic was so good I hired them to remodel my clinic. The results are remarkable and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

I went in to discuss getting a wall bar/cabinet idea for a small home basement remodel. I spoke with Armin who was an absolute pleasure and the best at what he does. Installers showed up on time everyday, the material they recommended not only look great, we save a lot of money going with their recommendation. A great experience. James and his amazing crew have redone two homes with me now. One in Ladera ranch and my current home in Tustin. I have worked with many contractors in the past. You will never find anyone as good, on time, on budget and as caring/honest/loyal as James. He is the owner and is on site always which I always appreciated. Clean and meticulous and his only fault is that he is a perfectionist and when I would say this looks fine, he would say no its not perfect and would come back and fix until everything was perfect! My kitchen, bathrooms, new doors, floors, have added so much value to the home, I cant recommend them enough! You will be lucky if he has time to take on your project as he is truly THE best.

Armin and his crew were great!! We had them replaced all our kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, and backsplash. They were very accommodating to our busy schedules and made time for us on a Saturday to pick out quartzite. Work was done to our satisfaction, the first time and at a fair price.
