My visit today was the second time and the pedicure was amazing. The shop is lovely, welcoming and friendly. My feet are so happy and my toes look terrific!

Elegant Nails is the most professional and thorough client experience I have ever had!!! I was so thankful that the owner, Kate, recommended the dip powder for my manicure!! They are so natural and my husband loves them and also kisses my toes!!!

Dirty, long wait and not in the order people arrived, not welcoming at all. I will not return.

Towels are dirty. they use the same one for every customer. I saw it with my own eyes. even the nail utensils are not sanitized. This place does not practice COVID rules for safety either such as the six feet distance, and wearing masks or gloves when working directly on customers. The new owner Kate seems like she is not getting enough business and that is why she overcharges on service. Owner Kate is constantly talking in Vietnamese about customers, you can tell with the disgust face she expresses. She also persuades every customer to leave a review on yelp. the nail stylists are great people but owner Kate is the one who controls the facility and she over charged me on a service I didnt even request for. The whole night I spent thinking on why she had charged me $65.00 for a pink and white tip and she kept insisting to pay in cash only. Please note I also left a tip of $15.00 thats a total of $80.00 for just a manicure. I felt like she over priced me so I called the next day out of curiosity to ask for prices and she verbally gave me a different price, ($50.00) which was $15 less of the price she quoted me the night before. with my tip included that is $30 OVERCHARGED!!!! I was appalled for how I was taken advantage of, especially when I was a customer that would leave $10-15 tips on every visit. And please note, I will continue to leave good tips anywhere I go because I appreciate when someone puts in a good effort. I went in to ask for the money I was overcharged on and she was trying to come up with a story that didnt even make sense, such as the nail stylist put clear gel on top of my pink and white tip. First of all, I never requested for that service. I was charged for something I didnt even ask for? and how does that equate to the $15.00 extra charge? She then was showing me the paper receipt and the screen record of payment transactions. both of them showed different amounts, which was contradicting everything she was saying. Kate never returned my full refund but instead threw me $10.00 and stated to not return. This woman couldnt even say sorry that she took advantage of me because I would leave good tips and she practically stole money from me. I also understand that due to COVID, businesses are going through hardships. However, lying and stealing customers money by overcharging is not the way. I am disappointed with this place and I will certainly never return. Not clean, not professional, poor quality and poor customer service. Please save yourself the time, headache and money and do NOT go here. Stay safe and make smart choices!

I didnt get to have my manicure and wax like i was planning but the 1st impression of this place was not a good one and very unprofessional. I called ahead of time to ask about appointments and i was asked what time i wanted to go in so it was about to be 3:15pm and i said 4pm? so she said can you come in at 3:30pm so i said sure, once i arrived i was told that I would have to wait and wouldnt know if i would be helped so i said okay fine ill wait but it just didnt seems right so after 10 minutes i decided to leave and i told the woman at the front and she tried to book an appointment but I refused because why would you rushed me in there and then say i would have to wait and wouldnt be sure if i would get my service???!!! so i walked out and as i was walking to my car she came out and told me that they were ready to help me?!!! and I still said no because i rather go somewhere else where they do know customer service manners or at least not to lie just to get people in.

This was my first time getting a gel manicure at Elegant Nails, I had a satisfying experience. The manicure was done perfectly, my cuticles were cut properly, and my nails werent over-filed like they have been in other salons Ive been to. The gel polish colours look fantastic. Quyen ( I believe thats how her name is spelled) took her time on my nails, she didnt rush through it. Im especially happy with the price, usually I pay $70-$90 dollars for a basic gel manicure, this salon is a breath of fresh air. Id recommend this salon to anyone.

Loved the nails that they did for me!! Lasted more than 3 weeks, there was no wait time, and the people did and amazing job! The staff was talkative and welcoming and I would def recommend this place and go back! Parking is great in the location and there are alot of choices to pick from for nails.

I met the new owner, Kate yesterday. Shes very nice and I had a great experience! They did a full renovation of the salon. Everything is clean and shiny.I was a little worried to go to a nail salon during Covid, but they have shields between the customers and technicians and everyone wears masks and gloves. They also use only half of their chairs, so it was very assuring that they are very careful. Thanks and see you soon.

Come here for the eyebrow waxing, but do not waste your money on the SNS manicure. I was very disappointed in my manicure. I did not catch the womans name, but it did not help that she spoke about 5 words of English. All that she did was dip my nails in the powder and then file and buff them. She did not touch my cuticles, so they still looked terrible. When she was done, I had sticky clear nail polish all over my fingers because she didnt clean it up. I also saw her put the buffing block she used on my nails back in her clean box before she went over to her next client. I really hope she didnt use it on that person. I cant believe they charge $35 for this. The only reason why I did not give one star is because they really do do a great job with eyebrows. But I will never get a manicure here again.

I love Elegant nails. Their owner and entire staff is the best in the industry. They do an excellent job, each and every time I go and truly do care about each and every customer that enters into their beautiful place. It is extremely clean as well and they take their time to always do a fantastic job for their customers and cliental. I have let everyone know this is the best place to go to be pampered and cared for.

Gave this place a 2nd chance & it was worse. Took the guy over 3x to get the nail shape i wanted (w/ pics) & failed. Finally asked for the manager to do it after he sliced my finger (pretty deep). At the end all i got was an im sorry and was charged $65 for a Full set & a pedicure. Never going back!!

Horrible experience, several times. Cold, unfriendly atmosphere. Worst of all, she used a used, dirty file on my toe nails - YIKES, had to ask for a clean, new file. Gave it a chance several times, but never again.

Nope, nope, nope! My daughter gave me a gift centificate to go there for a pedicure for my birthday. I gave them the certificate when I got there and asked for the womans name on the certificate to get the same person my daughter had earlier in the day. I also said the name. I sat at the work station and waited a short time. Then a young guy came and sat down to begin working on my feet. I text my daughter and asked if it was supposed to be a guy. She said no. So I asked the guy and again stated the name of the person I was requesting to work on my pedicure. She was sitting three stations down getting ready to soak her own feet and said sorry, not now. So, the guy began working on my feet without any other conversation. He did a messy job cutting my nails crooked then began filing. As he was looking up to check out the tv, he was filing the top of my big toe. I pulled my foot back. Then without finishing shaping my toenails he put the oil on and wrapped my feet in the plastic wrap. My daughter text me back and told me I needed to be satisfied and ask for a woman to work on my feet. When he came back I told him I wanted someone else and wanted a woman to work on my feet. I asked him if he understood english. He said yes then said What do you want? Obviously he did not understand what I was saying. I said I want a woman, female, a girl to work on my feet. He got in a huff and walked off. One of the other workers told a young girl working on another client to come work on my pedi. At this time I was embarassed with everyone in the shop looking at me. The guy working on the lady next to me stared at me and gave me snarky looks. Oh boy, this birthday present was going really bad. The young girl took over but didnt appear to be happy doing so. She actually ended up doing a very good job, but I never relaxed from the trama caused in the beginning. My nails are still crooked but I was happy just to get the heck out of there as quick as I could.What a horrible experience. I will never return and would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Not even to someone I hate, really!I had recently gone to another establishment in Laguna Niguel off Crown Valley Parkway, Le Nails, that I really liked. Not a fancy shop, but attentive, non-pushy staff that does really good work. I will not stray away from them in the future. I should have just told my daughter that is where I would like to go. Unfortunately a co-worker of hers suggested this place to her so she went, and she felt they did an ok job so she got me a certificate there.I guess it is nice they serve wine, but it would have taken me a couple bottles to think all was well. Then when I survey the mess the following day I could assume that my feet were run over by a truck!

Friendly People, comfortable seating. They do great work for a reasonable price.

Hannah is the best, and she maintains the best staff. They all take pride in their work and most of her clientele have followed her.
