Highly recommend. My wife needed a repair on her weeding ring. We felt great about our choice to use this shop from the second we walked in. They were welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. They told us exactly what they would do and exactly how much it would cost (very affordable). The repairs were complete in about an hour (We couldnt believe it was so fast), and the ring looked amazing, you couldnt even tell where the repairs had been done, and it was so clean and shiny my wife stared at it all the way home.

I searched for several months to find a reputable jewelry store that is a family owned business. I had a few diamond rings and other jewelry to be appraised plus I wanted to upgrade my wifes diamond wedding ring and diamond bands. We will celebrate 15 years of marriage this year. It has been a tough 2020 and into 2021 for our family.I searched Yelp and Google and the search results kept yielding Royal Diamond Jewelry. I felt the urge to contact them. So glad I did!!Rafi and Rosette greeted me and my daughter upon entering the store and explained the appraisal process plus the costs. When I sat down, they were talking with me ... I felt so comfortable, so at ease, and I felt reassured that they had my best interests at hand. They completed the appraisals on time with ease and for minimal costs. Amazing!Then, I asked Rafi and Rosette about my plans to upgrade my wifes diamond wedding ring and diamond bands. I explained what I intended to do and heres what clinched the deal. They presented various-sized diamonds of various quality standards and we compared them to my wifes diamond. They explained the cost involved to upgrade my wifes diamond. They recommended that since my wifes diamond is already of exceptional quality, upgrading the center stone would cost about 5-digits, while not making that noticeable of a difference. Wow, such honesty!Instead, they recommended a double-halo type of customized upgrade to the diamond wedding ring. They showed me what the final upgraded diamond wedding ring, with the double diamond halos, and diamond bands would all look together like plus explained the costs. The timeframe to complete the upgrade was also important to me.I couldnt believe it! How in the world can this be possible? The upgrade would look SO brilliant, would not cost nearly as much as planned, and would be completed within a very short turnaround (two weeks)?I trusted their inspired creation, their expertise, and the plans for the upgrade. Within two weeks, my wifes upgraded diamond wedding ring, diamond bands, and diamond halos were ready to be picked up. My jaw dropped! I could not believe how brilliant/radiant their creation upgraded my wifes diamond wedding ring by adding the two diamond halos, plus added rhodium plating to the entire piece!!They also included other items (Tungsten ring, new appraisals) that were at no charge and included in the price. They EXCEEDED my expectations!!! They were SO correct as to the quality of their creation and the minimal costs involved versus upgrading the diamond ring alone. Now we have extra cash available that we are going on a wedding anniversary staycation!!When I presented this to my wife, she fell in love with me all over again!!! SHE LOVES IT!!!!Their customer service, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail are 1000% appreciated. You will not be disappointed. We found our jeweler and will not go anywhere else. I first found Royal Diamond Jewelry when I needed to get my wedding ring appraised for my homeowners insurance in 2019. Fair pricing, friendly service, and quick turnaround. So we brought my husband’s wedding ring in to get to appraised. . Wonderful customer service. They take the time to educate you about diamonds and gemstones.When I came back in, I noticed a beautiful shade of topaz that I was not familiar with, London blue. I made a mental note to come back in the future and possibly get a ring from them.We came back in January 2021 to look at rings. Raffi had a custom designed beautiful star shaped ring. I am not into square or diamond shape gemstones, but this one really fit the design well. Rosette and RaffiBoth were very patient and helpful. Plus, my husband liked their coffee. We decided to buy the 14 karat gold white ring and we came back in to choose the individual London blue Topaz that I wanted. My husband also saw a piece of jewelry he wanted so we ordered that as well.Their original ring design with London Blue topaz came out beautifully! Gorgeous ring...the pictures don’t do it justice. With the diamonds, I love the unique star design.One thing has always bothered me about my wedding ring, the large retail jeweler that we bought it from set the center stone diamond crooked and there is a large gap around it which we were not led to believe would be there, not to mention the halo was yellow gold gold dipped in white gold which they misled us saying it was perfectly fine. anytime I’ve had the ring polished, the yellow gold returns. Plus, I had already lost two small stones. I’ve been frustrated about the design flaws but figured there wasn’t anything I could do about it.Raffi suggested we redo the halo portion of the ring in white gold, use even sized diamonds in the halo, and remove the gap. I didn’t know that was possible!We picked up my repaired ring, he reset the Center diamond into it making sure that we were present during every part of the process because it was an expensive center stone diamond (he’s very aware about the customer trusting him).Great workmanship! I’m thrilled with the results and can’t stop staring at it in the light! We couldn’t be happier. I had my engagement ring sized here and they did a wonderful job. The owner does all the work in house, so we were able to get it back in less than a day, where as other locations estimated 2 weeks. The couple that owns the business are so kind and helpful. We also purchased a couple of rings for my husband for a great price! They do beautiful custom work, as well. My husband and I both agreed that we would be going to them for any future purchases.

Rosette and Raffi are prime examples of why I prefer doing business with people and not companies. From the moment I walked into their store about a month ago, on a mission to surprise my wife with an upgraded engagement ring for our anniversary, they were willing to become my partners in crime.Long story short, they helped me design and build a new, 3 stone diamond engagement ring with an adjustable gold band, repurpose and resize the original engagement band with a beautiful birthstone and resize a wedding ring. All of this was done under the guise of resizing and and repairing her existing rings. They played their roles beautifully in order to keep my wife from finding out what was really going on.All of the fibs and deception culminated in a huge surprise for my wife this morning. Best of all, she was TRULY surprised! She didnt have a clue! While the new engagement ring is gorgeous and the work done on the existing rings is 1st class, the real gems are Rosette and Raffi!Thank you both so much for the excellent service and personal attention that you gave us.

We went in this afternoon looking for a replacement wedding ring but wanted to use the diamonds from my wifes current ring. She wanted something more current with a different design. We stopped by this store and was greeted by Rosette (wife) and Raffi (husband/owner) came in a few minutes later. They literally spent hours with us! They were extremely NICE, FRIENDLY, POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. They explained the process to us and showed us numerous options. She ultimately decided on a ring and we are just waiting on the final product. We were quoted 10 days but shes feeling optimistic (LOL)! We literally cannot say enough about them! I received an eternity band for my 25th anniversary and found this business when I was looking for an appraiser. Rosette and Raffi were very welcoming. While I was receiving my appraisal, Rosette had asked where my original wedding ring was and I had told her that I had not been wearing it because the setting was in yellow gold and I felt was a little out of date. Additionally, the prongs had weakened once and my diamond had popped out so I was paranoid to wear it. She gave me some ideas and suggested that they can put my original diamond in a new setting. They helped design a beautiful new setting and even allowed me to keep my original diamond as they built the new setting. Once the new ring was ready, I brought my original diamond back and they allowed me to watch as they put my diamond in the new setting. Had a wonderful experience at Royal Diamond, after being surprised by other jewelers, refusing to size my wifes ring, unless we bought something. I know now, why this business has been in business, for over twenty years. They pleasantly sized, without charge for my wifes ring which has gotten too tight because of arthritis in her finger. They also had some beautiful jewelry which the owner has made, we noticed.
