GO HERE NOW. I was skeptical at first but don’t judge a book by its cover. My husband and I went here to get my engagement ring sized. I couldn’t go the first time around and the ring was still to big. I went back again and they sized it perfectly to my finger and did not charge us again. It took about an hour for each sizing. So amazingly nice and you can literally sit there and watch them work on your jewelry. 10/10 would recommend.

I stopped in yesterday to have small pearls removed from a new necklace. They were so nice and took just a few minutes to take care of it. I have used them before for other items and have always been pleased. I highly recommend them!

Very nice people the second time I went in to get my wifes ring resized they didnt charge me for it, and they work on the jewelry as soon as it comes in.

Fast and friendly, but pricey.

I have been here a few times and spent quite a bit of money. This place is expensive and incompetent on jewelry. They can replace batteries on watches but don’t trust them with anything else. I brought a necklace back and simply asked them to tighten the clasp and the jeweler told me the piece has never been in the store and to show him a receipt. It’s been at least two-three months since I had the necklace restrung (for the second time at the same place!)so of course I had thrown the receipt away. It was a simple request but he decided insulting me, a very good customer, was the right way to go. Never again!

Had my wedding ring fixed after I had it cut off. They did an awesome job with the repair and it was finished earlier than promised. So happy with my ring! Thank you!!

Went in to get a battery replaced. The owner worked incredibly fast, was very friendly, and his price was much lower than I expected.

Frank Suess is kind, professional, and well trained to work on many brands such as Omega and is willing to provide ideas on fixing leather watch bands and not even try to sell you new one.

I went here to get a ring resized after reading good reviews online. The folks working here were wonderful, especially the gentleman who resized my ring. He was familiar with all the stones and materials. I also went in about 40 minutes before they closed, expecting to need to come back another day, but they were able to do the whole procedure in about ten minutes. I highly recommend these folks for ring resizes if you need one. They’re located by the Macy’s entrance on the main floor level.

I brought in an antique ring to be made wear-safe for my daughter for her high school graduation. They did a beautiful job. I was hesitant to leave it at first as it is special as an antique, and unlike battery replacements I have had done there, and a watch band sizing, but they really did a beautiful job. Regretting that I sent my Seiko watch to Seiko for service and didnt bring it to Fast Fix. I may just take back from Seiko and bring to FF. Btw, this is Kevins wife Paula.

Did we ever have a great experience here. Went in to have a ring re-sized after being told it would need to be completely remade ($1800) by another jewelry store. Spoke with Karbis. He is an amazing craftsman an said no problem the ring did not need to be remade! We walked out 45 min later with a resized and cleaned ring for a tenth of the price the other stores wanted. My wife is ready to take more pieces in for him to work his magic on.

When I lived in Cali, I loved these places! Great with glasses, watches, and jewelry! I wish we had them in Illinois!!

Rude associate when I phoned to ask for pricing to remove 1 link from a watch band using a mini screwdriver. She would not answer my question directly, instead said that the price depends on the customer. What? Will take my business elsewhere.
