My brand new 2016 Lexus RX was rear ended and I decided to take it to a certified Lexus Collision Center at south county. When I got there, Gary was very polite and courteous as he took my information and evaluated the damage to my car. The car was in the shop around 2 weeks and during the entire time Gary updated me with status and car was repaired within anticipated time frame. When I went to pick up my car, Gary took time to explain each replaced part and repair that was done to my car. He also took extra step to resolve an issue I had with rental car company.
