Went here for a comprehensive lab draw where the staff took quite a bit of blood. Was very fortunate to have Marta as the technician. She was not only effective at the actually task of filing the vials, but very supportive making sure i was not going to pass out or have any adverse reactions to losing so much blood. She was very calming and offered me her snack (from her own lunch) to recover from the procedure. She was encouraging, and maintained a sense of calm with her personality and conversation. Definitely the best experience i have had with these annual lab draws. Ask for Marta!

Went there for blood testing needed by my mother. The staff was fantastic, very professional and pleasant. Miguel was super! Would highly recommend this location for any testing.

My experience today was outstanding! I was able to park at the front door, greeted immediately by Martha who was attentive and professional. I would recommend this location to everyone. I would also like to recommend a raise for Martha. She is a definite asset to Lab Corp.

Today everything was different. Different staff. Short staffed. From my point if view chaotic. I had a 10:00 appointment, checkedi. At 10:00 and sat waiting for the draw l. Its 10:52 only because after 40 minutes I asked what was taking so long. They had lost track of me.I love this place... very friendly staff, easy access from parking, clean and well organized.

I had an appointment and signed in noting I had an appointment. After 45 minutes I asked the front desk when I was going to be seen. I went for blood work and was fasting. An older man working there said he could see me then. He kept telling me I was a nice lady / a pretty lady. Kind of odd. They lost my blood so I had to go back and do it again. Not happy. I went to another location.

We come to this lab because the staff is very courteous, and they open their doors BEFORE the open time, just to help the patients get thru faster. Great service!

I have been using LabCorp for years. The location at 26691 Crown Valley is the worst one I have ever visited. Minimum 4x year I have blood drawn. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The technician I have had the last 3x is without personality!!!Bottom line...avoid this location. I definitely wont be back.

I LOVE coming here everytime I need to do bloodwork. EVERYONE is so kind and patient. Especially Karim..... besides being kind & patient, hes such a FUNNY, FUNNY MAN, his personality & amusing jokes puts us ALL in a MUCH BETTER mood than when we first walked in. I HOPE he continues to work here forever😁 Thank you Karim for my first laugh the day....I wish there were more people like you in this world😇

I paid in cash, and she told me to my FACE it was 200$. I swiped my card, and my receipt showed 242$. That’s all. Paid and done with being told the wrong amount.

Would NOT recommend this location. I take my mother every Month for her labs due to her Chemotherapy for her Cancer. Staff is EXTREMELY Slow! Just brought her last week and a New Female Staff member at the FRONT DESK was so Incredibly RUDE! Why does LAB CORP Hire New people that Show No Customer Service or Kindness towards people that walk through their doors blows me away coming from someone that has worked in healthcare for over 20years. I will never bring her to this location again.

Compare to other LabCorp offices in south county, this is the best office. The main reason is the Staff who work here. They are simply very helpful and caring. Although you never know how busy they are, but they always seem to know how to manage the place really well.

Always quick, friendly staff, clean and sanitary.

Generally, I use this office because it is easy to park and if you have an appointment, it is pretty quick. However, twice this week I booked a 3:00 appointment online and showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment just to find their doors locked and no closing early notice posted on the door or explanations to why they are shutting out their patients with appointments. After knocking on the door, nobody would answer nor respond to explain why they were closing without notice. This is just wrong and unfair to patients.

Great place, friendly and does a very well job. I do not know why a lot of people disagree? Very clean office.

Please be aware of this place! The lady couldn’t find my veins. After several pokes, she was not sure that she got enough blood for the test or no. My left hand thumb was numb for two days. I never go back to this place.

Way to busy. One hour wait. No sanitizer at front desk. Make appt only. Not enough chairs OR reading material. Go to QUEST if you can

Had one tech call in sick. about 30 people waiting. Their kiosk sign in doesn’t help and their scanner didn’t work. Place is chaos and rude!

Very friendly and professional staff. Didn’t have to wait too long to get blood drawn and the place is very clean.
