Been with this agent basically my whole life. Three generations have gone thru Gary. All the people in his office are always so helpful. They’ve always treated us like family and have us set up with car, life and renters insurance!

My mother is an elderly woman who lost her husband of 64 years about 4 years ago. We have our home insurance through Gary and State Farm. We had a pipe burst back in August of 2020 and were told that they thought it was a slow leak. They hired a demolition crew to look for said mold to deny our claim. They did not find mold but the claims adjustor told us that they could not pay for every leak and they had no proof that the pipe burst. Denying our claim. Our house is destroyed by their contractor looking for mold and they wanted us to pay for the damage they caused. I called Gary hoping he would talk to State Farm as that is his job and correct this. He told me that was not his position and said I needed to have my mom sign a form so I could talk to the claims adjustor. State Farm and the agent here are the worst!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

When we have had to make a claim, they send us to the best authorized shops for an estimate and we get a check quickly. It is everyones dream to have such quality service.
