I was a customer with another big name insurance agency for my auto insurance for 20 years - since I started driving! I never thought of going anywhere else because I always had a great experience and this company offered lots of amazing deals and discounts, etc. I met Jennifer shortly after renewing my policy and kept her in mind because I wanted to see what she could offer me. I just wanted to see if there actually was another company out there that could offer me the same auto policy for a better price - and I was doubtful. When it was time for renewal the following year, Jennifer, as a Farmers agent, was able to actually improve upon the same auto policy terms I had AND she saved me almost $10 each month in my premium payments - any savings is a win! I also really like that when I have an insurance question, it will be the same person, Jennifer, who will answer the phone, or return my call, or return my email, promptly with an answer. Now I understand why its great to have an insurance agent you can actually build a personal relationship with - I know she has my best interests at heart because she really cares! My husband and I are taking care of his Moms estate and her home insurance was about to expire. I had contacted her current insurance company repeatedly, they would promise to get back to me with information or a new quote, and I would not hear from them. This became increasingly alarming as the expiration date of her insurance loomed in the very near future. A business associate who knew Jennifer asked her to call me, she called within the hour and we had the insurance all in place within two hours. In my book she is a miracle worker! I would highly recommend her to anyone who values exceptional service and a very pleasant insurance experience.
