I called this company thinking I was getting a local business with good reviews in Mission Viejo. I was told I would hear from David in a few minutes. Then I get a computerized message asking when would you like your service to be done. One choice was today. So I chose today and a time and it said ok. Then I get a call saying they can’t be there til next week thinking I’m still with Payless Appliance Repair. Not knowing, I was subbed out to a company called DNE Appliance. The company DNE charged outrageous labor charges and doubled the price of the part. We had to wait over two weeks for the part. When the technician came he was there for 15 minutes. I asked why such a high labor charge for a 15 minute job. Then he got very rude and in my face saying do you want me to take the part back out?Lesson here: check which company your actually dealing with!!! Then ask what the fee is to come out. It was $65 for DNE. Know what you’re getting into. I hope this review helps someone else from getting totally scammed when you’re in need of a repairman. Do not use DNEAppliance!!!I was charged over $450 for this repair! Outrageous!!!

I’ve been planning to get my mom a new oven because the one she has in her house no longer works properly. She didn’t want to buy a new one, but instead, she requested to get her oven repaired.
