Failed to show up for weekday appointment for which we took time off from work to be there. Claimed he forgot to transfer his notes to his appointment book. We rescheduled. Then, 45 min before the rescheduled appointment we found out he was again not going to show (at least this time he called - claiming he now had gout). Wanted to send someone named OJ who would be 3-5 hours late. We cancelled.Unreliable.

Carlos always comes through and fixes the problem efficiently and his rates are fair. Been using Carlos’s service going on 20 years. He is always on time, and can rely on his expertise.

As a landlord, I have used Carlos many times (10 to 15 times) over the last 5-6 years to fix various appliances in my rental units as well as my home. Most of the appliances were able to be repaired fairly inexpensively, saving thousands of dollars in unnecessary replacements. With the exception of one situation, all tenants were very pleased with the service provided, the timeliness of the repairs, and I was pleased with the bill! I will continue to use Carlos and recommend him to others.

Carlos has been repairing our home appliaces for at least 8 years and he arrives on time, repairs fast and efficiantly at a reasonalbe price. Wouldnt use any other.

Horrible customer service! Called to make an appointment and was scheduled 2 weeks out. Guy came out and looked at my washer for 3 mins and charged 65 dollar service fee. Waited a week for a call back to get my appliance fixed and this guy Carlos never came back or called. Will never do business with them again or recommend them. Wish I could give zero to no stars.
