My roadside assistance picked magic city towing to help me get my car to the shop. My car was leaking fluid pretty heavily so it wasn’t safe to drive especially considering I’m in Burlington. The extra distance it would take me to get into minot to the mechanic just made me anxious. He (Brian I’m pretty sure) showed up probably 30 minutes earlier than the estimated time from geico which was great. He got to me at probably 8:30am and we made it to the shop, unloaded and everything by 9. He was super nice and friendly. I can’t comment on price because obviously, roadside assistance covered it. But, if I ever need a tow again in or around minot - I know who my first choice will be!

I slid off of a driveway into a culvert. Ok not my finest moment. Called multiple towing services Magic responded and appeared in a timely way. I was quoted a price and charged almost nothing. My choices were to pay a fair charge or use the car for parts and I was sure my friend would object to my car lying out in her yard. My husband and I have had a rough start to 2018. We have both been out of work with injury and illness and hospitalizations. My HHR, has been sitting for some time now and they came to my house towed it out to their shop, got it running for me AND even topped off my fluids for me. After all said and done a few hours later they brought my car home and didnt charge us!! The owner knew our situation and did it out of the kindness of his heart!! Car is running great and I am so thankful to Brian and his tow truck driver Kent. I know who Im calling AND recommending in the future!

I called for a tow and he was there within 20 minutes! Nicest guy ever! Turned out we didnt need a tow just stupid operator error! He did however suggest a fix for another problem that was happening with the car and told us where we could go to get that done! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need!
