Twisted my drive shaft off 20 minutes out of minot. These guys were up all night and day and still came to give me a tow. Ole treated me like a long lost family member. He was a great guy to deal with, he even gave me a ride to a cheaper hotel. And personally came in to tell the lady to give me a good deal on a room. The next day he had his guys looking everywhere to find me a drive shaft. He is very meticulous with his trucks and his employees.they only run the best. These guys are here to help! The Tow truck driver his name was Brandon did an excellent job. He is a professional. Knows how to hook up and transport my vehicle with out any damage. Very satisfied with his work.

Had to get a car towed before I left for out of town today. Called 4+ tow companies that claimed they were 24 hours but no one answered. Called Ole Olson’s and they answered on the first ring and had someone to the car within the hour. Brandon, the driver, was super informative and nice. Made sure all our needs were met, went through how he was going to tow and had a smile on. Definitely recommend! Brandon saved the day, thank you!

I do NOT recommend Olson towing! They suck! Jim has absolutely no customer service skills and was rude and hung up on me when I called him about the damage they caused to my vehicle. I am now currently filing with small claims court to get this matter resolved. They broke my driver side mirror when the tow truck driver folded it in. Charged me 300 bucks for it being impounded for an hour.

Brandon was an absolute life saver the day a deer jumped out in front of me and I was left stranded by the side of the highway with my car undriveable. It was late at night and he stayed with my girlfriend and I until we got my car dropped off at a reputable body shop and he even took me to the airport so I could get a rental car and made sure we had a hotel to stay at for the night. The fact that he cared about my well being and what happened to us meant the world to me at a time when I was really in need of help.

I had one of those days last Tuesday when life comes right up and bites you right in the A$$!!! So of course I called on Ole Oleson’s Towing & Recovery to the rescue! Brian was the man (knight) riding in the White Wrecker! (On the white horse). Anyway long story short I had amazing customer service from Brian. He was very courteous, understanding, and quickly did his job. He was professional and I appreciated his kind heartedness, that is often lost in this word! I highly recommend this towing company, be sure to ask for Brian! (Ole, the only thing that would have improve my financial experience would be to have my damaged baby (my car) be towed in by a shiny, brand new wrecker! If you got them why not flaunt them???

Awesome from start to finish, called for a tow, dispatch took my info and had a truck on scene in 15 minutes. Cant complain, negative 20 out (North Dakota Heat wave), Brandon showed up made sure my wife and I were good to go, hooked up the rig and got us home under 1 hour.

Great place very qualified for any towing needs. Great people to work with and good response time. I would recomend them to anyone. They have all the equipment to do heavy hauls and semi tows! Highly reccomended.

They may not be the cheapest in town but Id rather pay more to have my vehicle towed properly without being damaged. Fast response and very careful with my vehicle

Amazing service. Showed in less than 20 as they said they would. Where able and willing to tow a truck to friend shop that had front ball joint snapped at less than half what other places in town quoted. Would use again or suggest to anyone.

My vehicle was stuck. They came over and helped. Turn over was very fast.

The worst experience of my life! Their driver Nick was extremely rude and very suspicious. He told me they took credit card then told me he would only take cash. I brought him $180 for my $175 fee and he said he didnt have change because they werent allowed to carry cash. If they only take cash shouldnt they have change. The following day I called the Ole the owner and very calmly and rationally explained what happened and he started yelling at me. I asked him why he was yelling at me when I was the person with a complaint and was being very reasonable and he just yelled at me more. If you have any other option use someone else because this company has the worst customer service and management I have ever come across!

Im very disappointed in this place I had totaled a truck and they sent it to their junk yard and I asked to get my remaining personal stuff out of it and they said in order for me to get my personal stuff back I have to pay $300 all my stuff is gone taken by them

Very rude over the phone, and just as rude in person as if towing a vehicle is such a hassle to them even tho thats their line of work. Looks like someone had rummaged through my vehicle aswell so who whats stolen if anything. Rates are also ridiculous. Would give half a start if I could. Wouldnt go through these guys unless its 100% emergency.
