Went in yesterday for balloons. They were extremely busy. The employee who helped me went above and beyond. Got back on my way quickly. Incredible customer service.

They keep their seasonal stuff in an organized area up front which makes it easy to find decorations for any holiday. Their prices are reasonable, and I go there every time Im going to host something.

I bought some Spiderman balloons along with other supplies for my 4 year olds birthday party and the cashier offered me to fill them with helium she said that there was a $0.25 cent charge for a bag so they didnt pop I said okay and paid for it. I returned to pick them up a different cashier says well I have them but the helium hasnt been paid for. The cashier from before hadnt informed me there was a charge and she said yeah I know shes new. Well thats not my problem, if I had know I would have said no thank you because I had some helium left at home, but since I was offered some I used them for other regular balloons. She informed her manager and she came back and said I couldnt take them without paying for the helium per balloon. Very annoying situation maybe you should train your employees fully before putting them to work on their own.

Lots if great stuff for any type of party

Wide variety of party things here almost to point of too much to choose from but staff is friendly but some are not very helpful they need to work on this part of customer service. Prices are a little high compared to other shops in area but you can find what you want in one place and thats a plus.

I was unhappy to get to the till with a cart full and as I pull out my checkbook they say “we don’t accept checks and havent for awhile “. I asked why that isn’t posted on the door or anywhere in the store and the clerk said “ we thought by now everyone would know “. I walked out and left the merchandise. If they had been kinder or said “ were sorry. .....” but they approached it like it was issue not theirs.
