A good deal if you want a clean car with attention spent on the final out come. Courteous and hard working staff members who pay attention to each vehicle. The lines can be long at times, but that should tell you something. Definitely worth your choice!

Fantastic! Nicest car wash ever. Reasonable price, when you enter they hand you a damp towel to clean your dash and hand blast off the undercarriage. There are blow dryers at the end followed by hand towel drying

The Halloween event was fun and a creative way to celebrate while practicing Covid safety measures. While waiting in the car line, we saw roughly a dozen actors dressed up in creepy costumes walking among the cars. A clown in a mask came up to our car, and since we had tinted windows, he looked in the back windows. Presumably he was looking for kids to scare, but it was just my husband & I so he shrugged his shoulders & walked away. I was a little worried there would be some jump scares inside the car wash, but when nothing occurred I realized that would be huge safety hazard. Still, the lighting inside seemed a lot darker in some parts & flashier in other parts, so it complemented the spooky ambience outside. A fun Halloween activity with the added bonus of getting a clean car!

Thanks for telling my kid an open oil container had to be removed from the bed of my pickup. Now to attempt to get it out of my seat/carpet. first and last time my money will be spent here

Legit just left here and paid almost $25 and not only DONT they shine your wheels and despite FOUR of them wiping my car down they did a half-ad job of wiping the door frames . Go to Toads on south Broadway or just somewhere else in general. Not worth the price!

I didnt see any vacuums and the guy at the end of the lane was not very happy to dry my tuck witch made it hard to give a tip. But the wash is amazing its really hard to find a wash that actually gets my truck clean.

Worst experience ever! Passenger side of my truck is covered in waterspots, kid was too lazy to dry it. Back window covered in waterspots also. $21 wasted! Will never be back and will tell everyone about my experience. Would give zero stars!

It was pretty good, fast and friendly

I frequent this car wash often and they’re efficient. You pay at the kiosk for the car wash of your choice and you go into the drive through car wash. There are a couple of guys that spray your car down and then they direct you to put the car in neutral. Then you just sit back and let the machine do the work. After that phase there’s two more people who will dry off your car completely. $13 for a basic wash as described above and it’s reasonable in my opinion.

First time using this business, not impreased. Paid for the Supreme with rainx, do not believe I received what I paid for. Mud flaps dirty, bumper dirty, under side of receiver dusty, water spots.Do not reccomended paying for anything above the most basic package.The basic wash you get at many gas stations appears to be just as good maybe a little better.Most of the pickup is clean, just not worth $21.00, for that price they should not be missing major areas.

First visit today. Car was filthy. All the nasty road grime made looking out the door windows troublesome. So I thought “this looks like a top rate establishment”. Well, when you look at the car from a distance it looks nice. The reality is that the spot-free rinse isn’t necessarily the situation. The back of the car...lets just say I didn’t get what I paid for. The shiny hood doesn’t represent the rest of the vehicle. Maybe it was just an off day for the personnel that wiped it down. Going to have to take it somewhere else to get the job finished I guess.

I drove a F350 in and got the supreme. After getting to my destination about a mile away, I noticed there were a couple of places that didnt get clean. I called and they said come back at no charge. I did and they treated me right.

This place was recommended to me by several people, so I expected more than what I got. Employees were nice, but when I got home and looked at my car, there were streaks of dirt on the side. I was extremely disappointed in the wash, especially for what I paid for it, and I probably won’t ever go there again, and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Machine scratched my mirrors. Manager said its my fault and they have a sign. Having never been their youd think the staff could spot potential problems for customers and warn them.Edit: I went back against my better judgment and with my mirrors folded in, the spinning brushes unfolded my passenger mirror and dragged it against the equipment regardless.

I have a brand new black Yukon Denali, I go through the wash at least once a week, and have been for 3-4 months. The wash is great, and for the price its well worth it. I Always finish drying the drips after I pull out in the parking lot and I have never seen any swirl or light scratches on my vehicle. Friendly staff who are considerate with your vehicle and take care to make sure its clean when you leave. I will continue using, A+

Scratched my pickup WITH video proof and won’t stand behind it. The first videos they try sending me isn’t of the incident, try covering it up. I had to ask for the tape of the actual wash. The tip of the pressure washer hits the side of the my box and water shoots straight up, anybody that has ran a pressure washer knows that’s what happens. Of course they are the only ones who don’t seem to see it. Sent me to their insurance and they still won’t cover it. Nobody stands behind their service anymore.

Second time Ive gone here and theyve only had one bay open. Ive got other things to do with my time than sit in a line for 25 minutes! Car washes are good tho. Fast Lane probably not the right name for this car wash.

Recently went through Fastlane and was immediately caught off guard at the price, $13-21 for one wash is the highest Ive ever seen. Decided to try it out anyways. Once through I noticed the machines damaged my vehicle, and broke my truck bed cap! Submitted a claim, and was denied almost immediately the following day for a 50 dollar replacement. The reasoning was the machine did not break or malfunction and the employees werent responsible. Pretty sad. Will never return or recommend the business. Recommend truck owners avoid, they will not repair your vehicle when damaged.

They offer free carwashes if its your birthday. Sign on drive up window states the driver must be the person with the birthday, but it also clearly states the 2 exceptions are if the person whos birthday it is is disabled or elderly, the dont have to be the driver. It was my birthday, I was not driving, and I was told that I had to be the driver. I told them why I wasnt driving was due to a disability and I even have a placard hanging in my car and was still turned away. Just because I dont LOOK disabled, doesnt mean Im not. I can drive most of the time, but there are days I cant. Can guarantee that I wont go there ever again simply because of this treatment. Theres plenty of other carwashes in this city, they can have my money. The goal of offering something like a free wash on birthday is to gain customers who will come back and pay for the service. Is rather pay someone else now because your employee refuses to accept I had a disability.

I am now reviewing this after visiting for a second time after waiting a year to go back and visit this establishment so this review is definitely not biased. The first time and the second time they both failed to get all of the road dirt and salt off of my vehicle after I specifically asked and tip the people at the exit to make sure that it was clean. Not only did I not get good service at the end of my wash they are also more expensive than the comprable competition down the road. I would not waste my time or my money here again. The level of cleanliness that my vehicle was in when I left is something that I would have expected from a touchless gas station car wash.

The machine for the carwash is great. The guys who dry the car in the end do a pretty bad job. Company might save money by just putting in a better air dry system. Would have tipped if they did a better job. Had to wash it myself anyhow to fix the streaks...

Extremely slow employees. I sat in the left lane with just one car in front of me and the guy just lacklusterly rinsed the vehicle off... anyway, 6 vehicles went through the right lane during this time. Speed up people. It’s not rocket science. Other than this, car wash does a good job cleaning.

PISS POORTook our car in for a wash, scratched the hell out of it. went through all the channels with their insurance company and got told to go kick rocks. Now I get to pay for having the car repainted. Thanks Fastlane! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! Went there tonight with my challenger and after we went in the car wash quit. After they got.it going, we heard scratching while the soft brushes were going around. Sure enough, their brushes were dirty and scratched my car. There is now about an 18 in scratch on my drivers door and a scratch on the front of the hood. The rinse didnt work either. The car was covered in soap when we gor to the dryer. The dryer literally blew the soap off the car. We will not be going back. $22 for the ultimate car wash and all we got was soap and scratches. Very, very disappointed. Think twice before taking your vehicle through there.

Just went through the wash. Paid for supreme and rainX. Didnt see any rainx, windshield still dirty. Told the kid that the last rinse isnt working, truck still full of soap. He just laughed and and wipes the soap off with the towel. Last time I go here.

Up From Minnesota, the truck was spotless when we Left. But by the time you hit Minot, it needed a Wash! Guys did an exceptional Job However I did need a rewash to do to going to a wedding. Called ahead Popped in CODY TOOK CARE OF IT HASSLE FREE. Didnt need to explain, point out stuff go thru an ordeal. Cody just rewashed my white Pickup & told his Guys To spray her good. Spotless. Instead of Paying another $21 for a 2nd wash I gave that as gratuity at the end.They dont have good service at most car washes any longer & that comes from owners & management. Its an ok car wash, the actual car wash seems to do a decent job on the car but when it comes to the people drying the vehicle, its near mediocre. I constantly get the dry water stains on my bumpers, trunk, hood, some on the doors. Never checked the roof but most likely there as well. They only open the front doors to dry the inside of door and pillars and thats sometimes and the rear doors are never opened to do the same there. I ended up being a towel in my car and finish dry things myself when I get home since I live close. Also think rain x should be apart of the way instead of $2 extra no matter which wash you get. No tire shine available, and no vacuums on site. Pretty basic stuff for a car wash costing the price it does. Im new to the area so I can only compare it to car washes I previously used in Maryland and NYC and in both places, you get alot More for your money in those places than you do here
