After riding in the rain yesterday, stopped in Minot, ND for a bike wash. This place was close so we stopped here. Long story short. A bucket of water & soap and a rag would have done better.

Nothing special about this place. There is carpet throughout the establishment, which is gross because of all the water that can spill. The driers don’t show you how much time you get for your money and there in no A/C in the building so it was very hot and muggy inside while doing our laundry in July. The owner was nice to me, but I overheard him being rude with a lady that said her machine didn’t rinse her load of laundry. Plus, there is a cat tower behind the counter, so the owner must bring his cat to work with him? Gross.

Other than being a little ways away from where my wife & I are staying I just had to check it out after visiting some other laundry mats in the past that are way below par. Cause when I do laundry I need Washers that work & dryers that actually dry within a reasonable amount of time . So Here At Express Laundromat, This Is Exactly What Corey is providing as I can only assume hes the owner whom is hands on a daily part of this multi use facilities operations. Its certainly your one stop for Laundry ( Full Service or Do it Yourself) & has a car/truck wash as well . I was there on a slow day so I can assure the Water is Hot & Everything Works as it should !!!

The bays were very clean and there was great water pressure. Also you dont need quarters you use your card and the washer stays on until you hit stop. My car sits to low for car washes and this place is the best self service wash in minot. I just wish I had heard about this place a long time ago.

Good car wash to knock the chunks off of a dirty work truck. No brush so youre not going to be able to get it showroom clean but it does a good job for what it is.

Good machines and all machines work. Had no issues here.

Hands down the best laundromat/self serve car wash in Minot, Clean, friendly, pleasant staff. Staff always there to assist you if you need help. They treat you like family.

Great carwash

Used the car wash. $5.25 for just under 5 minutes of high pressure water using presoak, wash And then rinse in a hurry before time ran out. Required $4.00 initially and then $0.25 above $4 would add 15 seconds to the timer that starts counting down as soon as $4.00 is inserted I quarters. (You end up paying for the time spent inserting more quarters because the timers running as you stand there)

Average but usually pretty dirty.

My family and I come here often for the car wash, and for the laundry mat. I wish I could give more then 5 stars because this place rocks! Everyone is so friendly when I come in. Its always super clean as well. The machines work wonderfully and dont take your entire paycheck to clean your clothes!(haha)

Clean with attendant. $3.00 top load washer my clothes dried I put in $1.00. $0.25 per 7 minutes. Ill be back

I recently had a couple King size comforters dropped off for the laundry service. The total upon pickup was $60 dollars. Definitely more expensive than I was thinking, but not the end of the world. However, once I took them out of the bags I noticed one of them was considerably damp still! Not just one or two spots, but the whole thing - we had to lay it out for a day to completely dry it.I called and spoke with the owner, expecting to be given a partial refund or credit or really even just acknowledgment and an apology - but he was INCREDIBLY rude despite my attempt to be non-confrontational and polite. He brushed me off and told me he would speak to the girls and call me back. Shockingly, that never happened.I will never use this business again, even if it inconveniences me. $60 to be given a wet blanket? What a joke.

Convenient, allows use of debit card, good pressure, large bays, enclosed. Overall a well thought out car/truck wash that allows muddy vehicles.

Great people work there and its the cleanest in town!!

Rarely have water hot enough to remove bugs. Charged $25 to my card when it only cost $6 to spray off my bike! (Just found it on my bank statement and havent had time to go back yet)

I have been taking my laundry here for so long...so first time I ever had a problem..i live in my fifth wheel due to our job....as anyone knows 5th wheels are limited on space so everything has its place. Living in fifth wheel you know exactly how many hangers you have AND NEED and w out the hangers.....your clothes sit in the way!!!My husband went in picked up the clothes w the ticket.....The older woman had no idea where our clothes was...and she kept my hangers......anyone in a fifth wheel can understand the fuss over hangers. My Husband and I work 6 days a week 12 to 14 hr days ( i get up 4 am and get home if we are lucky by 10 p.m.) and when we get in we are exhausted and the last thing I want to do is move clothes from one place to another because I have no hangers. I can not just leave work when I want and it will be a week before I can get back up there...The younger woman she rocks and she is on it!!! She knows Me and My husband well.

It has it all laundry to pay and spray car wash with vacume as well. Clean and nice.

This is the cheapest car wash I can find in Minot but I was very unhappy when the foam brush wasnt working. No soap came out of it. Its very dark in there and scarey for a girl alone with the garage doors shut. No staff was available for a refund due to no soap in thw brush. The doors are heavy to open for a little chic like me. Wont be returning...

Total of car wash was $6.75 they took $25 off my card!!! It was a bit of a lengthy process but I did get it reported to the better business bureau... I suggest you all do too!

My clothes never get even remotely clean here. Washers are so worn out and beat up, they look like they were purchased in the 80s. Driers arent much better. Desperately needs updated with machines that arent ancient!!

This carwash is awsome they have a credit card reader so you dont need to deal with quarters and it is set up for large or dirty vehicles in the West bay and the next bay is for less muddy vehicles and the next bay is cleaner yet so when I bring my motorcycle up there and go in the east bay the tires dont get dirty great setup.

The laundromat itself is fine, just the blonde older attendant is sort of useless, and not at all helpful.

They do good work at reasonable prices. They require you to prepay when you drop off.

The owner has initiated a deceitful point of sale system. he routinely charges your credit card 25.00 per spray car wash. he will charge 25.00 per wash even though the time used amounts to 10.00 or less. the reason he charges 25.00 is that banks will not allow a dispute if the amount is 25.00 or more and you must have a receipt to dispute anything over that amount. the machine won,t -can,t or he doesnt put paper in them to get a receipt. beware this business and go to the one on 4th street where they conduct honest business practices

I dropped my clothes off and came back to check on them and my clothes were no longer in the washing machine. The old women that was working said the younger women had just went home (she was there when I dropped my clothes off) and she would try to get a hold of her and see if she had seen anyone take my clothes. The old women told me that they had been stolen because the younger women said she didnt see what happened to them. That meant my work shirts, work pants, underwear, my sons clothing, everything! Then I got thinking that maybe the younger women had made a mistake and put them in someone elses bag. When I asked the old women to check the bags just incase there was a mistake and she flat out told me no because she trusted the girl that worked before her. It was not about trusting someone else, it was about a potentially making an honest mistake and putting my clothes in someones bag. I will NEVER go back to that Laundromat again! And I was a costumer there for a while.

Richard O does not understand the process, It does not function like a debt card. I functions like a credit card. It puts a $25 dollar credit hold on your account, once the actual amount is charged for instance($6.75),then the $25 credit hold drops off once the funds clear. Its a banking function, I does not have anything to do with the Car Wash. If you have any further question please ask us we would be happy to help you.

I washed my truck there on 10/19/2014 . I used the credit card swipe machine and it charged my credit card 25 dollars plus an additional $15.10 and it was only $ 9.83 on the machine when I pushed the stop button, I will be filing a complaint and demanding my money back for the over charge.
