I had a slow leak in one of my tires and the folks down at Tires Plus got me in the same day, offered to drop me off somewhere while I waited and kept me updated via text as to when it was completed. Everyone was kind and helpful and they were able to repair the tire and get me on my way. Customer service is obviously important to them!

My first time coming to tires plus. I got my oil changed and my tire fixed. Everyone was very helpful and it was an easy process. I was impressed by the young man working in the oil change area, he seemed to be very professional and kept things going. Also the young lady taking my information in the oil change area was very nice and explained everything. I would come again for sure.

I was able to get my Equinox aligned and 4 new tiresput on Thursday afternoon. Oh, and I also had the oil changed.Everything went very well with very helpful employees.I had a very positive experience - I was able to get a lot done on the suv, all at one stop.

Tires Plus surprised me. I didn’t expect their diagnostics to be so thorough. They were texting me during the whole process with pictures of all the parts that needed fixing or attention. No other shop in town does this, not even the dealership. Customers value detailed information about their vehicle and Tires Plus provides all those details from the point you leave the car with them to when it is ready for pick up. Lucas is the main guy who runs the front always helpful and just always so on it..Jordan runs the show there and runs it better then anyone can. When someone has to take off in the front he comes take over for them and maintains running the back at same time. He really cares always tries to get the best discount and just someone you can always go to.

They are all great when setting up the appointment and great when you drop the vehicle off. You get verifications through text messages and then you realize that your appointment is one they fit in for the afternoon. So you wait and wait. As you wait you see more and more customers added in. 4 hours later my air conditioner was refilled. That was a long day of waiting. Other than that they are super great to work with.

I had been putting off getting my tire plugged because Im stubborn. I kept airing my tire up in front of the building, super convenient and awesome by the way. At a certain point, airing the tire up wasnt enough anymore so I had to take the vehicle in. I had been worried for no reason. Im a single mother with an eight month old baby. I went in, they took my keys, and a very nice lady held my baby while I put the carseat in their company vehicle. She then have me a ride home where I waited until my vehicle was finished. When they were done I got a ride back to the business and it turns out I had two bad tires that they fixed for next to nothing. I thought Id be sitting in there uncomfortably with a fussy baby, unable to breastfeed or tend to her but that wasnt the case. Crises averted and all is well. I will continue to patron this place specifically for all my vehicle and tire needs, within their abilities of course.

Quoted an hour 1.5 hrs passed and my car was still in the parking lot. Didnt out spare away, just threw it in the trunk. Very disappointed.

Tires Plus always tells me exactly whats wrong with the vehicle and gives me an accurate quote. All the service mgrs up front are friendly, helpful and patient while they explain the needed repairs.

The first time I took my pickup to tires plus I was very impressed by the service that they provided. They did good work on my pickup and it was done in a timely manner. I was happy with the service so I decided to bring it back again. This time was very different. To start it off I was told my pickup would be done by 6:00pm right around closing time. I ended up waiting until 7:00pm until they finished my pickup. Once they finished my alignment the mechanic took it for a test drive in which he pulled out of tires plus parking lot and proceeded to lay into the gas pedal and roar the pipes. My pickup is straight piped so I was capable of hearing him rodding my pickup out of the parking lot. Once I got to my pickup I was very surprised to find that the trailer plug I asked to be installed was wrapped around my bumper and no care was taken in installing this piece (very unprofessional). Also I had asked them to replace my driver interior door handle which was broken and they replaced it with a door handle that was the wrong color. On top of not getting my pickup until an hour+ the time, I was told they did not change the oil on it (which I asked them to do). After all of this I remember thinking “at least they got the alignment right” but after reviewing the overview of the alignment they did not even do that correctly. To say I was disgusted would be an understatement and I will never be returning with my business. Very unimpressed.

Tires plus was there when I need them when Walmart refused to answer the phone when it came to me getting a tire rotation on my car tires plus was more than willing to get me in same-day no appointment. I would highly recommend tires plus over Walmart any day of the week because our fast friendly service is always at A+. When it comes to Walmart they don’t even answer the phone and they want you to make an appointment and make you wait on them rather than waiting on the customer like it is supposed to be all the time. Tires plus you earned my business and have a very good reputation keep up the good work !

These folks routinely go out of their way to make sure you drive away satisfied not only with the service, but also with the price you paid. I trust them, and that is everything.

We purchased a new Winnebago Vita / Mercedes Sprinter chassis which came with 80lb. truck tires but the rig came with cheap valve stems that were dangerous and quickly failed on the inside tires. Pete, the manager of the Tires Plus center at Minot AFB did a superb job of locating and correctly installing proper high pressure valve stems with metallic extension tubes for the inner tires. Now its easy to check all six tires and Pete went the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Mercedes / Winnebago should be ashamed that they installed unsafe equipment but thanks to Tires Plus, we safely traveled the 1,200 miles from Minot AFB to our home. While stationed in Minot we took our car to tires plus for oil change in Jan 2020, left a double gasket, blew the engine, initially gave us a $50 off coupon to have it “looked at.” Finally they took responsibility and replaced the engine, however they initially told us it would be a new engine, didn’t call for 2 weeks, and then said it would be a used engine but would be under a year warranty. August 2020 our car started experiencing multiple leaks and their head mechanic told us it was “normal wear and tear” despite having 2 separate mechanics look at the car and say we needed to take it back to tires plus ASAP. Their service manager refused to take responsibility and tried to charge us $1000. After fighting with management and getting their DM involved they finally “fixed” our car. However now a year later after moving out of the area, the same leaks have resurfaced. Unless you want a lifetime of car issues AFTER you move out of the area I wholeheartedly suggest you take your car anywhere BUT the tires plus in the actual city of Minot. The base tires plus was actually incredibly helpful in getting us through to the DM. Again. Please spare your car and your wallet. Take your car to an actual mechanics shop.

Tires Plus of Minot is a top notch organization. Their staff is great, their prices are reasonable, & their courtesy shuttle driver is beyond helpful.

I needed to have a license plate bracket installed for holding the front license plate, since my 2020 Pacifica did not have one. My appointment at Tires Plus was at 1:00 PM. At 1:20 the service rep gave me my estimate, and I told him to go ahead. He said it would be a 20 minute job. I waited another hour before my vehicle was done! The work was good, but it should not have taken 1.5 hours to get this job done! Thankfully I was only charged $34 for labor. If I had known it was going to take this long, I would have arranged for transportation to take me to the mall instead of sitting at Tires Plus for nearly 2 hours.

Simply put I always call around for prices. Not one business could match their price. They even, free of charge, gave me a ride home and picked me up when my vehicle was done.The guys in the shop are super and do a great job.

Of all the times Ive been to this location, its a pleasant experience. All service as been outstanding, however the one time it wasnt, management gave me credit for a future job and gave an apology. Definitely will be back for more services. Shoutout to the shuttle van for hauling me around Minot countless times while my car was in the shop.

On very short notice I called Tires Plus for an appointment to replace my factory wheels to new wheels. Got me in right away, very quick service & great, informative staff. I recommend Tires Plus.

I dropped off my car on Wednesday night. My tire had a nail in it and I needed and oil change. They called me at 830 the next morning. The car was done and they wanted to know if I would like them to change out the broken license plate lights on the car. Absolutely! They sent a car to pick me up and I was all done by 10am. That is great customer service!!! I chose them every time!

Quoted $1300 to purchase an A/C compressor plus additonal labor costs to install. We were told the unit was irreparable. Went to another shop where the oem part was quoted at $350 replaced and installed and also were told the part could be repaired with a likely reduced lifespan. Maybe it depends on whose working but if your doing anything other than wheel and tire work, Id go somewhere else.

Horrible experience at first everything seemed perfect I was going to purchase four new tires for my 2015 Dodge Durango. But then they said they couldn’t remove my spare that it needed a “ special dodge tool “ first tire shop to tell me that then when the young kid brought my car over I scene why they couldn’t I should of just teach them how it’s done there’s no special tool to remove a spare any tire shop knows that .

Worst experience. Took twice the time they said it would for 1 tire that I provided to them to rim and put on my car. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. They will say whatever they need to to convince you to give them your vehicle just to get your money and offer you poor service. I would rather pay triple at the dealership. Tires Plus in Minot has been my go-to for all my automotive needs. I gotta give a big shout out to the people who order parts, they informed me they cracked my rim and they had to order me another one. They told me it would take up to a week to get here but they took care of me and was able to get it the next day. They got me in and out as fast as they could and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I was provided from them. Definitely a great place to go!

I had $600 of work done on my Volvo. I brought the car in with 4 tire CAPS AND LEFT WITH ONLY 2!! I have tried to contact them I got the run around!! They wanted me to explain what was going on several times. Im like what is hard to understand that I want my caps back or replaced!! I think this is very unprofessional an rude!Now I havent got any response what so ever!!

My first experience was awesome I had a flat tire and called they immediately got me in. I decided to get 4 new tires and a oil change upon closing out my ticket I was told I needed me struts . I though I better get this taken care of . My super busy schedule and I had gotten a cold I missed my appointment but I called back and they scheduled another appointment.. Not going to bash the young men and women who work for this company but I believe when someone brings their vehicle in and you tell them a quote and yes things do change you should contact the customer on where they ok with the price is changing. Last but not least shop supplies?!? If your going to charge me $69 for supplies then give me the used portion of lube cans or rags it’s a bunch of ring around the rosey!I left with a bill around $300 more but my vehicle is in good shape ...FYI I worked for a dealership and all of the service departments do it .... customer service rate 1-5 (3)

Don’t go there they always trying to stole you money want to charge 15000 for a cable to fix my driver chair next day a made it at home for 20 dollars is not the first time I always go to fix the cars of the company I work I don’t matter what small fix is the always charge more then 2000 or 3000 they take advantage because they don’t have a lot competition

Very frustrating experience at tires plus today. Requested they left my keys in the truck so I could get it after hours(was instructed this would be no issue). This was after me calling at 5:30pm after no phone call all day to just verify it got done... turns out it was done. (Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they didn’t forget to call). I show up later to find the truck unlocked in the parking lot and no keys. So now I get to deal with this tomorrow as well (thankfully I don’t immediately need it tomorrow). Not to mention there sure seems to be a lack of communication amongst employees, no one sure seems to know what’s going on unless you only deal with the same person each time you call. I normally don’t post reviews, but please do better for the next guy. Thanks.Edit: got the truck back today and after leaving I noticed the oil change I had requested to be done had not got done either, just decided to get the truck finished elsewhere. The only thing accomplished was tires being swapped between both work trucks our company brought in.

Went in for an alignment and oil change. Tech did alignment inspection and determined the alignment was ok and returned keys to front desk. The front desk never called me so I sat there for 2 hours and nothing got done. When I asked for the status of my vehicle the lady was rude and lied to me several times saying my vehicle was on a lift when it was in the parking lot.*Update*One of the managers Jordan reached out to me. Had a very pleased conversation and was able to rectify previous issues. Glad to know they provide good customer service even with bad experiences.

I used this Tires Plus to get our tires rotated while on a cross-country road trip. I’ve used Tires Plus in many locations and I can honestly say you will not find any nicer or helpful people anywhere.

No appointment needed was a plus, I got prompt service. The wait time was approximately 1.15 hours. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost! Thank you Tires Plus!

Wonderful, fixed me right up!

I needed a rotation & balance. They wouldn’t let me make an appointment, which at first was convenient, but quickly became annoying after waiting over an hour for them to tell me what they found. No one was wearing any kind of mask- which was my first concern, then they said I had two bad tires, and didn’t want to show them to me. Lastly, when I agreed to replace the tires, they only had cheap ones in stock- and no other choices. I had to wait for 1-1/2 hours for tires from “the warehouse “. I have always had good luck with tires plus- but this is the first time they have asked for my feedback. I’ll probably consider my options before returning. (My only recourse as a customer)

Went in looking to switch my rims out and my sensors. They had it done within a couple hours. Simple and easy. Great customer service.

Been here a handful of times, decent service in an okay amount of time for an okay price, but this was the last straw, made an appointment for 8:30 A.M. and told them i needed the vehicle back by noon, mind you no actual maintenance was to be done, just inspecting a couple things to identify the problems. They didnt get my vehicle in until well past 10 a.m. (whats the point of an appointment if its going to take more than 30-45 minutes to get the vehicle in anyways?) On top of that i was patient enough to wait an hour after noon, because i can understand things get busy, and they only got one inspection done. 4 and a half hours pretty much wasted. I will not be back.UPDATE: while this did happen at the store, i got in touch with Jordan the manager, and he was willing to sork with me and got my service 50% off, and it was relatively timely as well. The management here really seems to care about their clients, and it is appreciated.

Went in for tires on my Porsche Cayenne and Rae was very helpful. The tires are great and I am very happy with them. The service guys did not put the security lug nut socket and the lug nut cover removal tool back in its place. Thankfully they were given to me at checkout.

Kind of like passing up brisket for a dollar store hot dog.I havent had a positive experience, nor have I heard first hand of anyone doing so. I have heard and experienced too many negative things to recommend to anybody. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt roughly 8 times. Each one a different flavor of disappointment. Two stars for spicing it up with new issues though! Every time I watch one of those scam documentaries I just wait for their logo to pop up.When they called about my review I let them know RECENT stories from my wife and friends alike. 4 years ago was the last time a vehicle driven by me has been in there. 10 years my foot. Buddy got home just recently with a dry dipstick. Gouge somebody else, plenty of customers, plenty of shops.

In line three cars in front of me and 5 behind two behind where done before i got on the ramp !! So today I go back and give them another After 30 minutes of waiting they bumped me for an inhouse service and ask me to switch lines Ill never ever go back!!!!

The tires I chose had to be brought in from another location so I spent 45 minutes listening to staff answer the phone & assist customers. I was impressed by their helpfulness & professional manner. they don’t push the expensive tires/rims & give complete explanations re: pros & cons. they’re very knowledgeable & seem to enjoy their jobs. Luke helped me & service was swift once my tires arrived. I highly recommend Tires Plus!!

I took my car in, I told them it was going to need brakes. So they inspected it, found more and didnt do anything until they got my approval. They said I needed rotors which I know is bull***t. They said they couldnt get to it today so I said okay. Lets do it Tuesday and Ill get all four brake pads and the air filter so please send me a quote. So I go to pick up my car and they are working on it and itll be another hour. I said i thought they couldnt do it until Tuesday, she says well they had time to do it today. So fine, I wait for my car. They give me a ride home and I wait an hour and they get me a lyft back to tires plus. I get there and I waited a little longer.. its 547 at this point. The guy take it for a test drive and comes back and says there is a little grind but its probably because there is some rust on the rotor. I bite.. im tired and just want to go home. I get near home and its some serious grinding when I hit the peddle. I get it into the garage and look at it. They put the fing inner right front brake pad on backwards and the metal has now seriously grooved up the inside of the rotor. So now that really needs replaced instead of me having to wait a few more brake changes before the rotors really needed replaced. They fixed the pad next day free of charge. Going to look at the rotor later to see if its actually messed up. Pay attention to everything they do.

It was a very accommodating place of business, I was very pleased with fast friendly and professional service. I brought my 02 Chevrolet Silverado to get new tires on the back and I got to watch a movie while waiting.

They fixed my tire so fast, at first I was told it would be a 3 hour wait so I was provided a ride home with their courtesy vehicle (free btw) and they would pick me up once my tire was finished - it ended up being a 45 min wait- the best part was the price...this place is AWESOME!!

I was in for a tire alignment today they were quick courteous and very helpful. As I was checking out,they mentioned that The service tech had noticed one of my tires was cupping and asked if Id like my tires rotated wich they did for free. Honestly They went above and beyond for me, and I will be going back for any and all my tire needs and oil changes.

They broke something on my window when they let it up or down ...cause it wouldnt go down after I went to the carwash when I left there and they turned around and tried to blame me for it and my car i didnt get back to another 5 hours....I take 4 cars the everytime I need work done.....but I wont anymore...for them to blame me for something that I know was done there was a terrible experience go me.....then they claimed the put an epoxy on my window to repair it ...it was like they could care less... they just put a bandaid on a broken leg and said take it or leave it....I will never go back to tires plus and I will never recommend tires plus to anyone...

Fixed a bad balance from another shop! Drove fine until above 60 mph then I thought the car would fall apart. Too the car to the Minot store and they did a great job and great service! Don’t expect a speedy in and out but the quality is way above standard. Returned two days later for 2 new rear tires after they did such a great job on the front tires. Ended up needing a 4 wheel alignment and they gave me a printout of the before and after results. FYI: always get a four wheel alignment. My rear wheels were worse than the front. My hat is off to the Minot Tires Plus store. Very friendly service but most of all great results from the tire balancing as well as the alignment folks!! I’ve had some really bad experiences with alignment and balancing in the past, even from dealerships, but these guys really know what they are doing. I can now drive my car with no vibrations at 100 mph if I want to. Could not be happier with the results!
