Ron was working in my neighborhood when he noticed my neighbors tree was dangerously split. He informed my neighbor and me about the situation. My neighbor decided to not address the situation. (IDIOT) Although I couldnt do anything about the situation, I appreciated Ron notifying me of the problem. About a month later, the tree limb fell on my garage. I called Ron, and he was at my house in a matter of hours. He had his guys out to remove the tree when he said they would be there. They were professional and did a great job. I really appreciated Rons honesty and the work that was done. I cant recommend this company enough.

I received a proposal from Ron late last September. He worked with me in early October with ideas to make the tree trimming more cost-effective which I very much appreciated. We had targeted a week for the work to be completed, but he never followed through. He doesnt return calls and has left me having to start my tree service search all over again - very frustrating.

Had three large trees downed in my backyard by high winds. Saw that Ron was highly rated online and contacted him that afternoon. He was over the next morning and gave me a fair price to remove them all. He had to work around a garage, power lines and a hedge to clear them all.Was very impressed with how he was able to move them all out without damaging my yard. His crew was courteous and professional and they left my back yard spotless.Highly recommended.

Ron was responsive in offering a fair and timely quote on tree removal and trimming. The quote was itemized allowing me to choose how much work to get done on our budget. The crew was respectful of our property and did everything quoted including grinding stumps and roots, removing the debris and backfilling with dirt. The yard was raked and with nothing left behind. Ron is my new tree guy.

I ordered what I know as a “full cord” of wood which is 4x4x8.... I received what is called a “fire place cord” I guess which come to find out is 1/3 of an actual cord. I feel as if this was false advertised. Good wood nicely stacked nice people but not worth the money.... 👎🏼

We have ordered from them in the past, and the service was fine in that instance. This week, my gf left two messages attempting to order more....she wasn’t even given the courtesy of an acknowledgement. No call backs, just crickets. A pet peeve of mine is companies that can’t simply acknowledge their customers. Very annoyed and happy to purchase elsewhere.

Firewood is good. Simply can’t reliably get a hold of anyone to restock on a regular basis.

Ron gave me a fair quote and stuck by it. His guys were professional, clean and unbelievably efficient. Everyone on our block watched them take our tree down, and 3 neighbors immediately wanted them to work on their trees as well. Highly recommended!

Good price on the wood that was delivered but it was expected as the wood had only been seasoned for 3-6 months. Delivery was horrible. Before delivery, they mentioned they only drop off 6 feet from garage. I asked them to walk and extra 2 feet and they complained about it. There was also a small hill to walk up and one of the guys complained about walking up the hill. I have never had any issues with previous firewood deliveries. These guys were rude and unprofessional. I would never do business with them again.

Great firewood, great service - trying to pay them has been the worst experience. I have called them 3 times a week for the past month and a half trying to call in with a card. They have not answered once. I have left voicemails. I have emailed in. Nothing. I fear this will head to collections and my credit score will take a hit. Let me give you money!!

Weve had (2) 4’x8’-16” delivered this season. Communication can be slow at times but theyre very friendly. Wood gets stacked and burn time is decent. Next winter well likely get a full cord.

Absolutely amazing - perfect job and fairly priced. Ron was great to deal with and he and his crew were very professional. I had them remove three large trees from a very tight location in my backyard, which required them to do the work without the benefit of using lots of equipment. Ron works alongside his crew so you can be very confident the job will be done as promised.

Ron’s Tree Service was excellent. The price was fair, the work was done quickly and there wasn’t a leaf or twig left behind with a 60ft tree removed. I will recommend Ron to anyone who needs tree services!

Had a tree removal scheduled weeks in advance. Due to weather conditions it had to be rescheduled, took me multiple phone calls, voicemails, and texts to get a response at all about the original appointment. I was told it was cancelled at around 5 pm the day they were supposed to be out.Didn’t hear back from the company throughout the week of the original date, and never got a returned phone call. Decided to cancel and use a different company instead of waiting around hoping someone would call to reschedule.

First used his services for only firewood, which was great service and product. Recently had Ron bid on a lot of tree work (3 removed and 13 cleaned up). His quotes were much lower than the other two and he and his crew did and OUTSTANDING job.

Ron runs a true standup service, the firewood is dry and solid. They delivered on time, stacked it neatly and cleaned up afterward. Rons company has a customer in me for life. The price is fair and the service is outstanding!

We were lucky to have Ron knocking on our door at 6:30 a.m. after the Brainerd storm July 12th. He gave us an excellent quote and did quick and clean work. He is a man of his word and gets things done the right way. He works right along side of his employees and is an impressive, sensible leader.
