The service I had was good. The reason I gave three stars is because of the experience I had at the reception. I felt unwelcoming there. There was no greeting or a smile from them that makes a customer comfortable. During the service, I asked the therapist about some concerns that I have about my skin. It was not answered. As covid is spiking again, it will be a safety if the therapist wear mask during the session.The skin service I got was really good. For that, I will come back again.

I’ve always had fantastic service and results at Finale. I have received a couple Viva Venus Laser treatments which have reduced pore size and overall texture. It has also helped with my ice pick acne scars which I’ve had for over a decade. Thank you Barb!Also, I get my eyelashes done by Delena and she is very detailed oriented. My lashes last long and I always get compliments on them!

I just had my second electrolysis appointment with Alva and couldnt be happier with the results. I have been shaving, tweezing, plucking, and waxing random chin and neck hairs for over 20 years. When Alva told me she did electrolysis, I booked an appointment right away! My first session a couple of weeks ago resulted in none of those hairs growing back. YAY ME!! Hopefully this most recent visit will yield the same results.Alva is talented with the permanent hair removal. She is also one of the most knowledgeable and honest estheticians I know. I highly recommend seeing her for all of your skin care and hair removal needs.

I would not recommend Finale Hair Removal services to anyone who has medium to darker skin tones. When I met with Barb at my consultation, she addressed my concerns, tested an area of my skin, and told me I was a good candidate. In total, I completed 9 sessions with Barb, my last one being December 2020. I am not at all impressed with my results. I have a few reductions here and there, but for the most part, my treated area is still full of hair with bumps & in-growns in sight.When I addressed these concerns with Barb, she claimed that she told me at my consultation that this process would be hit or miss because the 5 or 6 on the Fitzgerald scale rarely works on skin tones like mine. This is completely false & had I known this would not have signed up for my first session, let alone continuing services for over a year.  The only warning she gave me was that it would take 6-9 sessions to achieve my goal in order to avoid burning my skin; which she did during a session.It is now apparent to me that she was not transparent before or during my services. Therefore, she misrepresented her ability to effectively treat my skin.I am very disappointed by the outcome, but even more disappointed by her lack of accountability and customer service regarding this ineffective treatment.From my experience, Finale lacks the tools and expertise to effectively and safely remove hair for darker toned clients. If youre looking for COMPLETE hair removal, I would advise other potential clients who have medium to darker skin to save their time and money and go elsewhere.

I recently had a Photofacial treatment done on my face and a thorough treatment done on my neck and decollete. Amy was doing the treatment, Bri also helped with my chest area. The two gals were students, overseen by Barb the owner and instructor. The gals did a wonderful job, they were all so nice and made you feel comfortable. Barb was great, shes very results driven, a great instructor and just puts you at ease. My Hyperpigmentation was very evident, after the treatment, just what I had hoped for! Waiting for the sloughing off now but know I will have great results! Thank you all!

A friend recommended I try laser hair removal over waxing. I had heard of other places but wanted to find one closer to where I lived. Let me tell you, this place won’t disappoint you! The price is incredibly affordable compared to other places. I did not feel pressured to sign up for more then what I was originally going for. The office is clean and professional, and Barb the own is amazing and friendly! I am so glad I checked it out! I can not say enough good things. I was worried I might not get good results since my hair is lighter, but It has worked out great. I have never had a facial or any other services before, but the excellent service I have received so far has made me want to try some of the other services they offer at this place. If you are considering laser hair removal, and want a no pressure consult, I would absolutely check this place out!

I tried laser hair removal at several competitors and their lasers did not work nearly as well as Finales. The competitors may offer cheaper prices, but you end up paying so much more because the hair removal takes so many more visits or dont even work. I trust Barb (the owner) with my hair removal. Previously I had spent a lot of time and money (not to mention unnecessary pain) for electrolysis at another place in the Twin Cities and had a negative experience (treatment was ineffective and costly as a result, and more painful than it should have been). I had nearly given up.But then I found Barb at Finale Hair Removal and she is extremely skilled at electrolysis - which is very important because an unskilled technician makes all the difference (as I learned the hard way!). LASER hair removal does not require as much skill as ELECTROLYSIS - so don’t necessarily entrust your electrolysis to a laser place.Barb’s skill has resulted in good results for me and less pain. The cost is also reasonable in my opinion. I highly recommend Finale and am grateful to have found Barb!

I purchased the Spring coupons for BBL for the whole face and hands for free. I have had this treatment done before at Finale but not to this extent. I am pleased with everything about Finale; the appointment process, the treatment itself, and Barbaras accommodating manner. I will go back for my second treatment in a month or so. Barbara and I talked about other treatments for the skin and I am planning more for the future.

I had fantastic service yesterday at my first session. I highly recommend Finale.

This place is absolutely amazzzzzzing! Over the years, I have gone to 5-6 other places and wasted thousands of dollars for electrolysis and laser hair removal. These other BIG name places milked me for everything they could. Barb at Finale, however, cleared the hair in an area (after only two sessions) that would have taken the other places 6-months to treat. Barb does not mess around, and she will tailor the treatment and intensity of treatment just for you. In addition to the hair removal, I just got my first Venus Viva treatment to my lower face area. Having researched the Viva, it looked promising, but I was a little skeptical of the before & after photos on the Internet. I had significant wrinkles and creases on my chin and around my mouth and lips. Barb said she was going to be a little aggressive with the treatment, so she slathered on the numbing cream. Both Barb and her assistant, Bev had had the treatments, and Ive noticed they are looking good. Today is Saturday and I had the treatment on Thursday. The first pass of the Viva machine felt sort of like a tickle. The 2nd pass, though hurt a little...like a strong laser hair removal session. After the treatment, it felt like a bad sun burn the 1st day, and it was a little red and swollen the next day. Today is day 3, and Im supposed to start exfoliating and moisturizing (which really feels good, because its starting to itch!). When I looked in my make-up mirror this morning, my jaw droped to the floor. THE MAJORITY OF WRINKLES AND SCARING ON MY LOWER FACE WAS GONE !!!!!!! And I still have two more treatments I wanna get. Barb knows her equipment, and she will do you right!
