Great service, friendly staff, and a very thorough wax. My skin has not felt this smooth in a long time.

I did not have a terrible experience here. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. They were very friendly and the service is great. But when I got home, I was bleeding. She went over the same area many times which is probably why. She didn’t get all of the hair either. I had to tweeze a lot. If you have curly thick hair/ethnic hair, which I don’t think they handle a lot, just go to the wax centers in Minneapolis/St Paul. They know how to work with it better, probably because they have more diverse customers.

I never really review and to be honest I have never step foot into your store, but I have to commend one of your employees. I couldnt hear the person say her name clearly, but she had dark hair, and she did a great act of kindness to, what I am guessing was a customer of yours. I was passing by early today when I saw your employee walk one of her customers out who was using a scooter for what looked like a foot injury. She helped the customer to her car, and then put the scooter in the back of the trunk for her, and she did it with a smile on her face. It only must have taken her a couple minutes, but I was very impressed.

I came to this store for my first ever expirience with waxing. I was pretty nervous at the beginning but Kat took the time to go over the process and reassure me. She made me feel super comfortable and after my fantastic experience with Kat I know I’ll be coming back for all of my waxing needs. I HIGHLY recommend her services!! She’s awesome!!

I have visited this location two times and will definitely not be returning. After my last visit yesterday I came home with burns on the inside of my legs. I don’t know if the girl who helped me was new or what happened but definitely the worst wax experience I have ever had. I’ve visited other locations and never had any issues. Strongly encourage people to avoid this location.

This place is AMAZING!! The customer service is great! They are so friendly here and truly love each person that walks through their door. They are dedicated to get the best service to every person. I personally see Liz for my services and she is the greatest. Always happy to see me and takes care of the services I need using her great skills! I have never left this place unhappy! Ive been going to European wax for about 3 years now and have gone to at least 4 different locations. I have always had great service and never been disappointed. Even if you cant get the same person, it doesnt matter because they are ALL friendly, skilled and so fun to chit chat with! Recently got my eye brows done there and it was awesome! They shaped then very nicely and I LOVE the eye brow pencil and tinted brow gel! Ive used a lot of pencils and brow gel in many brands and this us by far the best product Ive used. Prices are very comparable to the other brands Ive tried. I usually get the Brazilian monthly and they make it quick, easy(for a Brazilian) and most important, not awkward at all! LOVE EUROPEAN WAX!

I’ve been going here for years! Kathy is my girl. She is quick, personable, and efficient. When I really need to get in and Kathy isn’t available, I know I can go see the other girls. It’s nice to have that as an option. The girls that work the front desk always greet me by name and make me feel welcome. They tell me about deals going on but don’t pressure me into buying anything that I’m not interested in. I love this location!!

I’ve been getting waxed consistently with Maria for the last 3 years at the Ridgedale location. The facilities are clean and trendy, the music is upbeat, and the products are great! Maria is so speedy and the waxes are way less painful then you’d expect. I’ve had experiences with waxes at other locations and can confidently say that Maria’s waxes at European Wax Center are the best waxes in the Twin Cities!

I’ll start positive: The customer service is great, the employees are super friendly and make you feel comfortable. The building itself is very nice, and the waxing rooms are super professional. Also you get your first wax free which as an awesome deal.Negative: The wax used (hard wax) does not get all of the eyebrow hairs off. It looks more like you shaved your eyebrows with a razor and there is little eyebrow stubble. It may not even be fault of the technician, but may be the products they use. But still, it is a waxing center and when I get my eyebrows waxed I like all of the stray hairs completely gone. I tipped anyways because of the positives, but I wouldn’t recommend to a friend or go back there again.

I had a great experience at European Wax Center. Annie answered my call and scheduled my appt in a professional and efficient way. It was also very convenient to schedule my next appoint on site before leaving. Maria was awesome! She was friendly and very easy to work with. I was really happy with the results. It was easy to decide to come back again.

Liz has been taking care of me for a couple of years now, and I cant say enough good things about her!! She is the nicest, funniest, and most personable person! I highly recommend booking with European Wax Center at Ridgedale, as I have never had a bad experience there (and I have been going there for 3 years). Liz does book out fast so book in advance!

I had some reservations about body waxing due to previous bad experiences. The front desk staff was friendly and personable. Dana was amazing. She answered all my questions, put me at ease, did a wonderful job, and was very easy to talk with. I would recommend anyone nervous about waxing go and see her. I also appreciate that while the staff informed me about packages and products, at no time did I feel pressured in any way to purchase either. I will definitely be back.

The staff is extremely friendly. The employees do a good job. The wax is also more gentle than the wax at other places Ive been. For eyebrows the employees usually ask if you want them to color them. They matched my eyebrows with the perfect color. European Wax also offers a variety of products for eyebrows and skin care.

Hands down the best EWC location in Minnesota. The front desk associates (Heidi & Stephanie) go above and beyond to set up your services, inform you about the company, and remember every little detail. I walked in to get a brow wax done, and was embarrassed to get it done because Im a guy, but Lexi welcomed me almost as soon as I walked into the door and made me feel comfortable immediately. She offered me some creams and wipes to sample and set me up for my first brow wax, FREE OF CHARGE! I ended up loving the wax that Claire gave me, and was let down to find I couldnt leave Lexi a tip !! Great hire in Lexi, European Wax Center!!
